Mary Maxwell in the 2020 NH Primary — Good Results!

Our beloved candidate, Mary Maxwell, PhD, LLB, did well in yesterday’s election.  She came THIRD on the Republican count with 926 votes. Third against a field of 17 candidates. First was Trump, well-known tweeter and sitting President, and second was Weld, ex-governor of Massachusetts.

Over the last two months Mary would call about the odd meeting. She fronted up to speak to some University students on one occasion. In her talk she spoke about 9-11, but as she relayed to me, “These kids are totally unaware of 9-11 as they were all born after 2001. They have been born into a completely different world.”

During her campaign, which started off quietly in December, Mary penned 29 articles for GumshoeNews. . I am now recapping them here with links. for the interes.

In the first article, Maxwell explained that she had originally asked to sign up as a vice-presidential candidate but that was blocked by recent legislation. In that article, you may recall, Mary promised not to outshine Tulsi in the PE line.

Being a books person, Dr Maxwell thought of using libraries in NH as her “hustings,” but the crowd in Gorham, NH was a bit small, and later, when another librarian told her not to talk about politics (!!!), Mary decided to try other means.

As December was also the month of the House’s Impeachment, Mary sent us an article on the beauty of impeachment, referring to Rep Henry Gonzalez’s attempt to sack Poppy Bush.  She also noted how,  as new (post-impeachment) president, Mike Pence could nominate his own VP and could choose someone (not herself!) that would be able to make it to the top without climbing the usual ladder.

The Comments to that article quoted Rick Wilson:

“The creation of a new form of American government, where the executive branch is permanently and utterly above the law, oversight, and accountability is upon us, and the exoneration of Trump in the Senate is the moment that historians will look back on and say, ‘There. Right then. That was the tipping point’.”

Mary, being Mary, wrote to the Massachusetts Bar authorities to give Alan Dershowitz a disciplinary kick, after he expressed a “legal opinion” that a president can do whatever he, on the throne, deems to be ” in the national interest.”

Thinking we are all in deep trouble, Mary wrote “How We, Too, Will Burn in the Camps.” She noted  Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn’s praise for the people of Vermont. They:

“are a race of pioneers who have almost beggared themselves to serve others. If the spirit of liberty should vanish in other parts of the Union, and support of our institutions should languish, it could all be replenished from the generous store held by the people of this brave little state of Vermont.” [Emphasis added]

The Gulag idea led to a swatch of articles by our half-candidate/half scribe, on prisoners, namely Leonard Pelletier, Julian Assange, Ursula Haverbeck, and Jahar Tsarnaev.

Mary also asked “How about Impeaching Someone for the Cruel Federal Prison System?” Her guide in this was Edgar Allan Poe’s story of “The Pit and the Pendulum.”

Relatedly, Maxwell likes to throw down the gauntlet for the Boston Marathon bombing, as regarding the FBI’s murder of Ibraghim Todashev, and her RICO (racketeering) lawsuit against the FBI.

During her campaign, Mary attended some hearings in the NH Legislature and wrote in great praise of them. Doing civic duty can be fun!

Never abandoning her concern with mind control , she held forth on memoirs by Cathy O’Brien and Brice Taylor, and asked “What Does Mind Control Do to the US Constitution?”

The killing of Iranian general Soulemani brought up the war-powers issue, on which Maxwell can rightly call herself an activist. She reported to Gumshoe on Congress’s latest move to regain power, and also asked if there is a treasonous conspiracy to start World War III.

Our dear Presidential Candidate presented Dreyfuss’s (unproven) theory of the 1979 Hostage Crisis in Iran, and showed David Ray Griffin’s proof that the US invasion of Afghanistan was for pipeline purposes.

Not forgetting her ties to Australia, Mary sent us an article on the Prince Andrew-Epstein item. And with regard to the Child Protection crimes, Mary wrote articles on the M and M case and on her suggested civil disobedience in the form of chitting.

Of course, no season would be complete without Mary yakking about conspiracy theory. In preparation for a talk she gave to New England College for a conference on “The First in the Nation Primary,” she organized her conspiracy ideas into Part 1, on Orwell, Part 2, on Machiavelli, and Part 3 on Dr Richard Day.  Specifically in regard to 9-11 she added Graeme McQueen’s sleuthing.

I am thankful that Mary spent so much time thinking and penning for Gumshoe, but I wish her voice would get more widely spread.

  1. Thanks Dee. Now I offer to exonerate Trump as follows:

Peeps are saying he shouldna sacked Vindman, the whistle blower. A federal employee who blows the whistle is legally job-protected by the FEAR Act. That’s important, but as far as I know, an appointed official (Cabinet or less) is not considered an employee.

It’s only reasonable for a Prez to dismiss appointees, and surely they all realize that their position exists at his pleasure.

(If Vindman et al told the truth, well good on them. I’d still like to know what went down — the full scenario.)

On another matter, I hear Trump being criticized for making suggestions to the Attorney General as to what penalty to seek for “his friend Stone.” I don’t care if Stone is his friend. It is the president’s job, per Article II, sec 3 of the Constitution, to “take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.”

Not only is it Trump’s prerogative to suggest adjustments to the plans of DoJ personnel, he could dictate the whole thing to them; it’s ultimately his responsibility. To carry this to extreme, if he has proof that Hillary needs locking up, he can handcuff her himself. Nothing in the parchment prohibits it.

He can also let federal prisoners out the door by writing a pardon this very minute. Good ol’ Article II, sec 2: “He shall have Power to grant Pardons and Reprieves for Offences against the United States.” Leonard Peltier has been Inside for 45 years. Wouldn’t it be nice if Trump could get it through his nog that this situation is calling for intervention?

  2. You are amazing Mary. How do you do it?!!! I want some of what you’ve got! 29 articles and a push for the presidency. All in a couple of months work hey! On another note, I wish Trump would hurry up and lock up Killary too. She prophesied her own neck in a noose – it’s about time she is proven correct.

  3. A true inspiration, especially to my daughter Lilly who has now started writing small stories about life around us.
I am grateful to have met Mary and hope to have half the courage she shows in all she does.

    • Courage, my arse.

I operate on fear, Mark. I’ll admit it is more intellectual fear than the full-blown emotion, but that is my guide to the world. Robespierre’s terror is right there on the radar.

I wish I had said more during the campaign about the coming police state. Funny how it’s “impolite” to bring up such things. I am sorry to say I bit my lip many times when I “shouldn’t of.” Politeness reigns supreme.

As for your child Lilly, thanks for the good news. She is magic.

      Go, Lilly!

    • Go for da gold, Cherri? Think of King Midas, he wanted everything he touched to turn to gold and it backfired.

Cherri, could you please write a song for Tulsi? She’s got 8 months left in the slog toward the White House. Glad I am not in it.

The best thing about being an ex-candidate is that I won’t have to hoover, or hide the contraband every day. My campaign website, ConstitutionAndTruth.com, had extended an open invitation to citizens to visit my Concord abode. What could I have been thinking!

  4. That is a fabulous recap Dee of all, actually, not all.. a fraction perhaps, of the hard work of one amazing fighter for justice!! I dont wish to ignore all the work done by yourself and others here @ Gumshoe, but congratulations all round on a fantastic result. Well done Mary, truly inspirational, you see something that needs to be done, and you go out and bloody well do it!. Sincere thanks on behalf of those that wish for a better world… and leave it at that.

    • Yes, Fish, I am VERY interested in Michael Hoffman.

Re the music, I can’t play it yet as it is pre-brekkie here and the neighbors may still be asleep.

Thanks to you and Diane for music. Always welcome.

  5. I’m with you Mary, as far the endorsement of Rand Paul as a future President .

If he’s even half as good as his old man , he’ll be orders of magnitude better than any POTUS in the last 50 years .

  6. Meanwhile , for those misguided souls who still believe Trump will be the economic saviour of America ( we already know his foreign policy has been a disaster ) , you really need to watch this :

Yes, that’s former Ron Paul economic advisor & legendary financial commentator Peter Schiff .

No, he’s not related to Adam Schiff & couldn’t be more ideologically different.

Peter is 180 degrees diametrically opposed to Democrat Adam Schiff on the important issues.

Peter Schiff is a small government free market libertarian capitalist of the best kind & demonstrates here succinctly why Trump’s fiscal recklessness is worse than Obama’s .

    • Merci, Josée. I think every 18-year-old should run for State Office this year, and every 25-year-old for Congress, and clean the place out.

(Not sure what your situation is up there in Canada.)

  7. I opened this with trepidation– and then realised it is actually one small bit of positive news.

It is a very short article – sharing FYI as this lego-constitutional stuff is right up Mary’s alley.

“In a vote of 55-45, the Senate passed the Iran War Powers Resolution on Thursday afternoon, setting out opposition to any unauthorized war with Iran, and instructing the president not to deploy troops for such a war.

The Senate Republicans supporting were Mike Lee of Utah, Rand Paul of Kentucky, Susan Collins of Maine, Todd Young of Indiana, Jerry Moran of Kansas, Lamar Alexander of Tennessee, Bill Cassidy of Louisiana and Lisa Murkowski of Alaska.

Trump has opposed the resolution, arguing overwhelming support for his recent hostility toward Iran. Trump has broadly opposed war powers challenges to his wars, arguing he is allowed to launch such conflicts without Congress.

    • Fab, Fish, fab. I am trying to track this on Thomas.gov (Congress’s user-friendly website). I note there is a similar one for Syria, sponsored by Rep Perlmutter and a “Get out of Venezuela” one sponsored by Rep Cicillini.

Congress has long been silent since the 1973 War Powers Act which was, I think, vetoed by Nixon and that veto was overridden by 2/3 of Congress who had been held to account by citizens, re Vietnam. The one you mentioned is called a “Resolution” not an “Act” so it does not require the president’s signature — however it is not an act.

In my opinion it’s nevertheless fine, even as a mere Reso, as The Acquitted One would not dare disobey it. Even the Reso itself is not even needed, Fish, as the Constitution clearly says the president cannot make war without Congress’s say so. That was the gist of my 2017 lawsuit Maxwell v Trump and my 2006 lawsuit Maxwell v Bush.

Something really humorous here is that this newly awakened constitutional jealousy on the part of Congress has perhaps been caused by the Impeachment circus.

For background, search Gumshoe for “AUMF,” or for “Professor Louis Fisher.” As Lou said to Congress at a hearing “That is what you were elected for.”

  8. Truth Vigilante thank you, I couldn’t work out who Pete Buttigieg reminded me of lol. Sorry Mary, to me the likeness is uncanny. I’m sure Neuman, if able to walk, would shuffle similarly also.

  9. Rachel, seeing as you asked , this is how Pete Buttigieg walks ( courtesy of Jimmy Dore ) :

    Watch from 2:20 onwards.

Warning : Jimmy Dore is partial to a bit of profanity so if you’re offended by the expletives , keep a wide berth.

  10. re the video: spot on the Tavistock grin- the robotic walk – the grin reminds me of one of our top pollies and the walk identical to another–

Talking about mind control of the masses a couple of video clips “suicide Programming” the matrix—first one shown on abc 2—8 am today- then I turned over to abc “news”channel and have this cardboard cut out of a reporter saying -“it is okay for men to show their masculinity but they must show compassion too”. towards the end of Bring the noise imagery light and sound frequencies gold—and rainbows–and subliminal using L Cohen

    Mind control of the masses

    M.I.A Bad girls

    M.I.A Bring the noise

  11. re watched Bring the noise–not LCohen words but Janis Joplin’s- “nothing left to lose”–l

Also reposting this– very long –very important–

Elisa E.: Mind War: Psy-Ops, World-view Warfare, and Targeted Groups

The initial introduction worth watching–“Are you Being Programmed” or I ask have you Been programmed.

“need our perception levels raised with our intuition fully engaged in our understanding that the enemy of truth right now is not lies but what is inserted into the truth that spins us in another direction”

Also the conference scene– I have experienced this–both as as a targeted individual at Survivorship conferences California and as a “groomed” leading educator here in Australia–NFP Non Gov orgs are now running the education mental health forums/conferences with obedient trained “inspirational” speakers–ignoring the evidence, rigging statistics and using slogans to “Closing the Gap”–all funded from Tax Havens off shore and managed by SERCO-Big Industry.
