        • Curcumin is in the tumeric and usually recommended to be more effective with pepper.
          So here’s how I do my eggs sometimes.
          Try to find some decent bread and toast it.
          Mix up two eggs and add some tumeric and salt and pepper and any type of non-watery milk about 50% of the eggs or more.
          A large knob of butter in the pot and once it’s sizzling put in the eggs and turn down the heat, don’t stir yet, wait until it’s half solidified.
          Because they say don’t cook eggs too much they are superfood if undercooked. So at the exact right time mix it with a rubber spatula and you’re done.
          Or you could make dahl, another superfood from India, or you could just make biryani rice. Or something else. Tumeric is very cheap but of course messy if handled incorrectly.

    • I just got rid of some gallstones out of my liver this morning using Epsom salt, grapefruit juice and olive oil, I think Nexus magazine prints all that type of stuff. It worked pretty good, I got a few the size of a smallish pea and about 100 more small ones. Might do it again next weekend, we’ll see.
      A few months ago I got rid of a cluster of nasty melanomas thanks to the Black Salve recommended here by commenters berry & T+S. Thanks to the both of them and the publisher. I didn’t know what the lump was but I had some Black Salve in the fridge so I put it on and the cancers turned sulfur-yellow and texture like cheese. After a couple of weeks I could dig them out and it healed up without any scar a couple of weeks later. The whole cluster was about the size of a 10 cent coin.
      As for spike proteins, I didn’t have any mRNA treatments and if I was working somewhere where it was required I would have refused, I would tell them they could have my injection and they would be double safe. I don’t believe in Rockerfellas medicine at all any more, they have a list of A-grade cures which they get banned, and sell the B-grade cures. That’s their modus operandi, keep them coming back. Every doctor has to learn surgery, why ? Why not be a DOCTOR:

Things appear to be returning to normal even as the infrastructure goes in under our noses.       I live not far from Williamtown Air Force base – nearly everyday I see transport aircraft like the Hercules C130 and the Boeing C17 flying into and out of what is basically a fighter base. Fighter bases do not normally have transport aircraft as part of its structure.

      Just 12 months ago, seeing such large transport aircraft was a rarity and not an almost daily event that I now see – even this morning I noted AEWAC Wedgetail flying out of the base – this on a Sunday morning when ALL aircraft at that base were not long ago kept out of the air on weekends?

      Williamtown air base has become a very busy place since November, 2022. Why is that occurring if a major alliance operation is not already in place?

          I’ve been living here for ten years from April this year. At no time in the past prior to November, 2022, has the air base been active in December or January of the following year. Williamtown shuts down completely over those two months.

        I no longer can fight like I used to, I’m an old man now, I can’t even mow my own lawn anymore. About all I can do is build up my property for the coming ‘food crisis’ – and I really can’t do that personally as now I hire two people to do the work for me. Thankfully, although I pissed away a lot of my life fighting for the rights of others that didn’t deserve that effort, I did provide for my retirement while in the middle of the fight.

        If I see something that strikes me as interesting, I usually send it on to Dee to see if she wants to do something with it. So far she’s used about half of the stuff I’ve sent her, so I guess I’ve done some contributing.

      • I read the same article, who would have guessed that a fake vagina that needed to be opened up all the time could be a problem. OK, she’s awake now, so she has decided that believing all the previous BS on the ‘trans’ issue was a mistake. She’s/he’s decided that her/his life is totally screwed and wants to end the horror.   22. Just for commenter Schulze I will write out the liver cleaning recipe which may rejuvenate people slightly, it takes just over 24 hours.
    If the reader is totally weak and enfeebled get further advice from somewhere but personally I did it yesterday and no issues.
    Follow the timetable strictly.

    Ingredients,
    1 large grapefruit, half cup olive oil, four rounded tablespoons of Epsom Salt.

    Start the morning by filling up with plenty of water and keep doing so until 2pm.
    You are not allowed to eat any fat, to allow pressure to build up in the liver.
    You may eat porridge with honey which is what I did at about noon, and drink black tea. Don’t eat or drink after 2pm or you might make yourself sick.
    At 6pm and again at 8pm: Mix a spoonful of Epsom Salt into a cup of water and throw it straight down your throat. This will send you to the toilet a few times.
    At 10pm make sure you’re ready for bed with absolutely everything done. Mix a half cup of olive oil or more if you’re big, and 3/4 cup of fresh juiced grapefruit juice no pulp. Shake it up and carry it to your bedside. Throw the drink straight down your throat and immediately lie down in bed on your back without moving for half an hour then go to sleep.
    At 6am and again 8am another dose of Epsom Salt drink as above.
    The gall stones come out like small green peas and you’ll see them floating around in the toilet, they were blocking your liver, and absorbing bacteria and parasites, creating a home for these unwanted entities.

  23. Back from my newspaper. As I thought only part truth. My interpretation. If what Dr Kadlec story is true then what Dr David Martin (not M.D.) has informed us of, is a lie, if Dr Martin is correct then Dr Kadlec is a liar.

    According to Dr Martin who claims he has the documentation to prove his claim Covid Sars 2 was engineered in a laboratory in US.

    “Dr Kadlec first approach was to ask the National Academy of Sciences in late 2020 to formally examine the sequence of SARS-Co-2 to understand its origin”. From newspaper article 29-30/07/23.

    However Dr Martin informs us that Covid Sars 2 was created at the Chapel Hill University. In 2003 the CDC took out a patent on Covid Sars 2 which means it was not a natural virus. Dr Kadlec should have known this fact.
