To recap: This is a case of prosecuting a mother and grandmother for trying to protect their offspring. They are not related and did not know each other.
Judge Clare presiding over the case, identified above on the District Court of Queensland listings (redacted), yesterday spoke in court saying that the names of these two women (DC & GA) be removed from the internet.
Could the judge then please order the District Courts Listing to remove the names from the court registry?
Secrecy
I am reminded of the famous speech by John F Kennedy on 27 April 1961, at the Waldorf Astoria, New York City, USA. He said…

We decided long ago that the dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts far outweighed the dangers which are cited to justify it. Court Proceedings
I was not sure if I had been told correctly, so I wrote to the court asking for clarification. The Court’s Principal Information Officer kindly replied with the relevant transcript. This is what Judge Clare said in court yesterday (in the above case):
“HER HONOUR: Yes. All right. Any publication, I will repeat again as clearly as I can, that any publication of the names of Ms G [my redaction] or Ms D [my redaction] or their children or any information that may make identification of those people possible is to stop and any current publications that contain any of those details is to be removed from the internet or in any other material for publication. Those people who persist in doing this are acting in breach of the law and this is my final notice to them that if it persists then there will be an investigation and the operation of law will take effect.
MS REECE: Thank you, your Honour.
HER HONOUR: I will not have this trial or justice jeopardized by behaviour and Ms Reece you’ve named Pastor Burton. I don’t know at this point whether he is responsible for some or all of this but it is a disgrace for anyone to embark on such behaviour that might risk the course of justice and especially in such a serious matter. And I cannot speak more firmly than that.”
It is quite extraordinary. The court has focused on Pastor Paul Burton posting about the case on a Facebook post — with the names as exactly described in the Court listings. The post was for a fundraiser trying to help the defendants that have been left destitute.
“I am transferring what money we have from our ongoing fundraiser (link below in picture) and I am sending it evenly to all three defendants to assist them to survive whilst stuck in Brisbane and unable to work or sustain themselves.” (Link)
The name of DC has already been altered so as to protect the identity of her children. But the father’s name — as a witness — was kept as is by the courts. The witnesses called to testify today continually name the children in question in open court. There was talk, in some detail, of their abuse disclosures, and how they were continually presented to doctors for genital bleeding and various ongoing infections.
Like in my 2018 survey, I can see the pattern playing out — where children’s disclosures are not properly considered and the matter goes off the rails. But more on that later. What I don’t understand is why the grandmother, GA, cannot be named now — when her name has been plastered around the internet for 5 years, and she is named in the listing of the court.
Could the barristers reading Gumshoe (retired or not) please explain further? Will removing the name of a grandmother serve the course of justice? Why is Grandmother GA even in court? She had custody of her grandson at the time.
With my knowledge of child abuse, and the family and children’s courts, it becomes clear that Australia is caught in a culture where the suppression of child sexual abuse is the order of the day. There is a reason why the Palmer and Milne study named reliable sources that identified Australia as having the highest incidence of sexual abuse of young girls in the world.
And here you have two siblings that were bleeding from the anus. Do I need to say anything more?
Judge Clare is looking for an out, give it to her. That hush stuff about children and family is standard fair. Don’t corner her here, we can double(hell I’ll triple) down if this plays as intended. That includes coin(next fin year ok)

The Covid-19 coronavirus was “intentionally released” by the United States in Wuhan, China, with the target to trigger a global pandemic to raise public acceptance of vaccines, a US businessman specializing in patent auditing said.
David Martin, the founding chairman of M Cam asset management company, said at an International Covid Summit organized by the European Parliament in Brussels earlier this month that the US was responsible for the making of both coronaviruses causing the outbreaks of severe acute respiratory syndrome – or SARS – in 2003 and the Covid-19 pandemic in the past three years.
The third edition of the summit featured speakers from anti-lockdown advocates to medical academia to discuss the global pandemic response. The speakers shed light on the possibility that the coronavirus which caused the pandemic was man-made, instead of naturally occurring.

It’s said the triple murder at the Train brothers house, and double murder of two young cops, plus murder of neighbour, total 6 dead was partly organised to annex the land for a pipeline or similar infrastructure. Not sure why the entire land was needed or maybe just convenient for a pumping station or similar. The Queensland Police lost no time in saying they wanted to acquire the land.
Now we have the cops taking the heat for the taser killing of the 95yo lady, 40-something kilos, on walking frame, threatening the police officer with a little $2 knife. Suddenly a huge fire breaks out in the middle of Sydney the likes of which hasn’t been seen for decades. Some brats of childrens’ court age have been appointed arsonists. This event also may play into the hands of developers who previously had to accommodate an unremarkable heritage building. Well it has taken the old lady off the headlines so we can all go back to sleep now.
