Part 1 of this series argued that even those who shrink from accepting “conspiracy theory” will probably grant that our march toward totalitarianism and other Orwell-like behaviors are plain to see. “Something’s going on” and no one offers much of an explanation beyond, say, pointing to ordinary selfishness and political corruption.
My view — for which I do not claim originality — is that what Orwell chronicled, seemingly in regard to Soviet society, was never a genuine consequence of Marxist ideology. It was the age-old trick of leaders who discover how to control a population, and Orwell was merely reporting that trick. We should have known it could eventually be used on us.
Machiavelli had said in the 16th century that control can be accomplished by deceit and by fear. Friedrich Nietzsche (1844-1900) said you can do it by religion — he referred to Christianity as “slave morality.”
It helps for a leader to conceal what he is doing. He may also use the advantage of surprise. Consider this example from The Prince:
“Oliverotto gave a solemn banquet to which he invited Giovanni and the chiefs. He artfully began grave discourses, speaking of the greatness of Pope Alexander … but he rose, saying that such matters ought to be discussed in a more private place, and betook himself to a chamber, whither the others went in after him. No sooner were they seated than soldiers issued from secret places and slaughtered Giovanni and the rest.
“After these murders, Oliverotto, mounted on horseback and besieged the chief magistrate in the palace, so that in fear the people were forced to obey him. [Subsequently] he strengthened himself with new …civil ordinances.” [Wouldn’t you know it!]
Now jump from 1513 to 1773. I got the following quote from the website Spingola.com.
“In 1773, Mayer Rothschild summoned twelve wealthy men to Frankfurt and asked them to pool their resources, then presented the … plan that would enable them to gain control of the wealth, natural resources and manpower of the entire world.”
The Plan for Control
Here are the main points in the Rothschild plan (lightly edited and with bolding added):
Preach “Liberalism” to usurp political power.
Initiate class warfare.
Politicians must be cunning and deceptive – any moral code leaves a politician vulnerable.
Dismantle existing forces of order and regulation.
Remain invisible until the very moment when it has gained such strength that no cunning or force can undermine it.
Advocate the use of alcoholic liquors, drugs, moral corruption, used systematically by agenteurs to corrupt the youth.
Seize properties by any means to secure submission and sovereignty.
Foment wars and control the peace conferences so that neither of the combatants gains territory.
Choose candidates for public office who will be servile and obedient to our commands, so they may be readily used as pawns in our game.
Use the Press for propaganda to control all outlets of public information, while remaining in the shadows, clear of blame.
Make the masses believe they had been the prey of criminals. Then restore order to appear as the saviors.
Create financial panics. Use hunger to subjugate the masses.
Infiltrate Freemasonry to take advantage of the Grand Orient Lodges to cloak the true nature of their work in philanthropy. Use systematic deception, high-sounding phrases and popular slogans. The opposite of what has been promised can always be done afterward.
A Reign of Terror is the most economical way to bring about speedy subjection.
Masquerade as political, financial and economic advisers to carry out our mandates with Diplomacy, without exposing the secret power behind national and international affairs.
Ultimate world government is the goal. It will be necessary to establish huge monopolies, so even the largest fortunes will depend on us to such an extent that they will go to the bottom together with the credit of their governments on the day after the great political smash.
Use economic warfare. Rob people of their landed properties and industries with a combination of high taxes and unfair competition.
Make them destroy each other so there will only be the proletariat left in the world, with a few millionaires devoted to our cause, and sufficient police and soldiers to protect our interest.
Substitute arbitration for law. [Emphasis added.]
The Structure of World Power
We Americans should not want there to be a world power, a unified world government, even if we were to be the boss of it. The picture laid out by Rothschild is accurate, for any century. Men who want control will try to arrange for total control. Indeed, we see things moving that way now. Europe merged 28 countries into an economic-political unit, the EU.
Within the US, the 50 states are constantly giving up parts of their sovereignty in ways not agreed to in the 1787 Constitution. It’s a pity that state governors and legislatures do no insist on sovereignty. They are abdicating their responsibility.
Sherman Anti-trust
It is also a pity that Congress does not live up to the responsibility it created for itself in the Sherman Anti-trust Act of 1890. By the way, guess how many members of Congress voted for it. Are you sitting down? Every senator and all but one rep said “Yes please.” This bill was the answer to takeovers and monopolies. Its words still stand in law today, at 15 USC 1:
“Every contract, combination in the form of trust or otherwise, or conspiracy, in restraint of trade or commerce among the several States, or with foreign nations, is declared to be illegal. Every person who shall make any contract or engage in any combination or conspiracy hereby declared to be illegal shall be deemed guilty of a felony, and, on conviction thereof, shall be punished by fine not exceeding $100,000,000 if a corporation, or, if any other person, $1,000,000, or by imprisonment not exceeding 10 years, or by both said punishments, in the discretion of the court.”
Swearda God they are felons if they do that. And they all do it. And the DoJ couldn’t care less, apparently.
I think the world would change tomorrow if we “went Sherman.” For instance, our war-making would change. If an anti-trust act could get its scissors into Lockheed or Boeing that would take away much of the “urge” for war. Is it not the case, as any decent Machiavellian — or Madisonian –would predict, that the US often wages war to please the weapons manufacturers?
I distinctly recall after the Kuwait Desert Storm affair in 1991, that one of the leaders of the firm that manufactures “Patriot” missiles shouted “Thank you, Saddam Hussein!”
Note: I’m talking about money in the sense of profiting from war by way of weapons-use. But there is another whole aspect of the control over war that is exercised by banks. Banks too can be hit with Sherman. As for the control of culture by the all-powerful mainstream media, it would crumble tomorrow.
Consider, too, that agriculture is controlled by a handful of corporations. One or two insurance companies determine the shape of the healthcare industry. Walmart destroys small retailers. The developer, Frank Lowy, runs Westfield shopping malls in the US – their layout affects the style of people’s daily social encounters. All such companies have huge budgets, and many individuals involved in them are multi-billionaires.
World Government
Let me clarify. I am trying to climb into the brains of American citizens to persuade them that much of what gets ridiculed as conspiracy theory is in fact accurate. It’s urgent for the US citizenry to wake up and realize that 9-11 was indeed an inside job. By the way, I ran for Congress in 2006 on the theme “9-11 was an inside job” and got 11% of the Republican vote.
But even if 9-11 can fairly be labelled an inside job, there were “outsiders” working inside. They worked alongside normal, “inside” Americans who may not have had the slightest clue as to what was going on that day. The “outsiders” (who are also American) are members of a secret — yes, I said secret — world government. Let me persuade you about this.
What Machiavelli or Rothschild described for any particular nation is — unfortunately — true of the world as a whole. They said that bosses can’t afford ethical restraint — they must ruthlessly pursue control. So it’s no surprise that men who attain full control in their nation may then start to aim for world control.
There is plenty of research to support the idea that it was Rothschild himself, starting around 1770, that organized an incipient world government. This was based on his good luck of having five sons, each of whom was willing to run the bank of a different European city. Via the role of money, they could control governments and see to it that wars “broke out.”
Now go back to the Plan outlined above by Rothschild, and see that the ruler inevitably gets down to fine points of controlling people’s lives. For example, the Press must be owned by Insiders and they must not publish stuff that would hinder the rulers. The Plan also calls for war making by stirring up group enmities.
If there is a world government today — sometimes called the cabal — it would require a strong army. I am guessing that NATO is that army, along with the military of the United States and its array of military contractors (mercenaries). Naturally, this army doesn’t admit that it works for the cabal; it says it works for the US or, to some extent “the members of the NATO alliance.”
Proving “Conspiracy” by Noting the US Empire
Historian Chalmers Johnson has done a mammoth job, in his book, The Sorrows of Empire, to show how the US has become an empire. At the time he wrote the book in 2004 we had 725 bases overseas, about 110 of them being in Britain, most in the Middle East and Eurasia.
The word empire may imply settling one’s people in colonies but that has not happened, we only set up bases, from which an area can be militarily controlled. As with the Roman Empire, a motive for grabbing many locations is to deprive any rival of the chance toget there first. Currently no other nation has 725 bases or even 10% of that. So what is this all about?
It could be that segments of the whole gain a momentum and can’t stop. For instance, each of the US military services takes pride in being the biggest or the best. Also, there is bribery of legislators. There is blackmailing of presidents. There is the amazing revolving door whereby retired politicians become lobbyists, and arrange “regulatory capture” for an industry.
Seldom mentioned is the horrific fact that we sponsor terrorism so that we will have someone against whom to wage a War on Terrorism. In 2018, Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard and Senator Rand Paul sponsored a bill called The Stop Arming the Terrorists Act. It failed. Maybe next time they could come right out and ask for a Stop False Flag Operations Act. (Tulsi, being a reservist, doesn’t appreciate soldiers being used as cannon fodder.)
Millions of people have died at our hands or under our sanctions. The good reputation of the US is long gone — it is pathetic to hear Americans still boasting that this country is loved and admired. It is feared and frequently condemned.
An Australian recently commented that the use of napalm should have been enough “to have the United States expunged.” When Nicaragua took us to the International Court of Justice for mining its harbors, we responded by quitting the court. A Truth Commission in El Salvador found that the Death Squads in that nation were US-based.
It’s the Cabal’s Empire
That said, I don’t think the empire belongs to America. I think it belongs to a nation-free cabal. Chalmers Johnson has correctly drawn the picture of the Pentagon controlling Congress to get the money for it, and the media pushing the whole thing as patriotic, but please entertain the idea that it may not be our “property” after all.
Here is an example of the way a global ruler can work. We have noticed, in Australia, that there is a terrible amount of child trafficking. Indeed it’s no secret. A Royal Commission that ran from 2014 to 2017 invited adults who had been sexually abused as children to come in and tell their story. Tens of thousands did so. But when an abused child is discovered today, the police, the psychologists, the “child protection agencies” and the courts beat a hasty retreat.
I have been very involved in this matter and can affirm that all members of the Australian state and federal governments whom we contact refuse to cooperate, even when the law spells out their duty precisely. They must be answering to a different boss. I deduce they must be run by an overseas cabal. By overseas I mean a global enterprise.
A retired New York police detective, Jim Rothstein, told an Australian victim of pedophilia, Fiona Barnett, that the pedo rings are run by the CIA. To that I say “So what?” The CIA could be, and probably is, a servant of the cabal rather than of the US. Needless to say, the CIA’s “right to secrecy” prevents our examining this (but note: Congress could at any time alter the secrecy legislation).
Generally, Australians doubt that they have a sovereign country. Their politicians, known as pollies, never stick up for Australia’s wishes in the face of a demand by the US for something else. And not even the prime minister of Australia, or the Minister for Defense, gets to enter the large US military base, Pine Gap, in the center of the Australian continent.
Conclusion to Part 2
My argument above was that both Machiavelli and Rothschild gave advice on how to control people. They had insight into the structure of power arrangements, with the main concern being how to keep people subjected. It’s basically mathematical.
I say we must come to realize that we’re on an Orwellian path (see Part 1) in our domestic American society, and we’re also more or less hosting and financing a cabal that runs an empire — in our name. This “American empire” has got to stop. It is outrageous and stupid.
This series is meant to encourage you to stop thinking of conspiracy theory as something silly. Powerful people do conspire. What could be more logical than that?
Don’t let them keep you from nosing into their business for fear of getting labeled. I myself boast of being the only presidential candidate who is a conspiracy theorist.

Will and Ariel Durant put a tremendous amount of research in the 11 volumes of ‘A Story of Civilizations’. It is well worth a slow read to understand why each civilization died out. Jared Diamond’s ‘Collapse’ is another good read that is much shorter, but not as precise as the Durant’s.
I note that Mel Gibson used the quote of “A great civilization is not conquered from without, until it has destroyed itself from within” as a lead-in to the story of his movie ‘Apocalypto’.
The Durants distilled the 11 volumes of ‘Civilization’ in a shorter version in one book, which is shorter that ‘Collapse’. If you don’t have the time for the 11 volume work, this ‘History’ is very good.

I suppose the 20th century rulers would not have needed to study it, Berry. By the time they were born — and recruited — the techniques were all in place. In fact they were provably in place in Neanderthal days. It’s just mathematical — control people by deceiving them. Some animal species do it too, but only in simple ways.

We ought to work out the mathematics of control. When the Berlin wall fell in 1989, the Stasi records got opened up and it was found that 30% of the population were spies. I am guessing that that’s what is needed for complete surveillance and so I imagine it is now the rough figure in Australia and US.
Another measure of the “numbers” needed to control people involves pressure that can be put on people to change their perception of reality. I recall a psychological study in which two ribbons were taped to the wall, one being 12 inches long and the other 15 inches. The “subject” came in and saw them and correctly identified the 15-inch one as the longer. Then 6 or more stooges came in and chatted about the 12-inch one being longer. With enough “authority” from the group, the subject caved in and agreed that the12-inch ribbon was longer than the 15-inch.
Isn’t that awful.
That is called the Asch experiment Mary – developed by psychologist ((Solomon Asch)) in the 1950s. My grade 4 teacher pulled this scam ON ME by sending me on an errand and when I returned, the whole class tried to convince me that a red car was in fact blue. Luckily I was a stubborn and headstrong bugger even back then and refused to bend to the peer-pressure. I’m extremely proud of that by the way.

This paragraph helps us understand how there were 30 intelligence agents identified at Port Arthur, seven of whom were victims of the murderer. Names of those 7 are known to the public.
Government department and corporations work in the framework of Rothschild program. Look at the ACCC, which has over the years allowed the now big four banks to take over smaller banks seen as becoming too competitive, which has now lead to the situation that we have today. Four unruly corporations that walk all over their customers and tell politicians what legislation is needed to save the banks from their own bad actions caused by absolute greed.
