Rosa Koire on Opposing Regionalisation

by Dee McLachlan

We’ve all heard of Adgenda 21, but Rosa Koire, a retired forensic commercial real estate appraiser, explains it well. She describes the public-private partnerships that are progressing towards fascism and explains the three E’s: Economy, Ecology and Social Equity.

  1. It is worth listening to every word of the above video — twice.

This little trick of regionalization has been going on apace for a long time with hardly a word of opposition. Here is an article, a plea, by the late David Mitchell of Tasmania, saying Please don’t mangle the Australian Constitutiion.

“Why local government should not be recognised in the constitution”

Quadrant, Volume 56 Issue 4 (Apr 2012). by Mitchell, David

Abstract: In the present campaign to change the Constitution, the proponents have adopted a catchcry proclaiming that local government is the “third tier (or level) of government”. However, I want to demonstrate that in our system local government is not a “tier (or level) of government”at all. It is a means used by the state governments for exercising aspects of their own administrative governmental functions. Local government itself is created and maintained by state government legislation, the geographic extent of local government districts is determined by the state governments, the powers of councils are determined by and conferred by state governments, the authority to make regulations is delegated and supervised by the state governments, and the establishment of new councils and amalgamation of existing councils are matters for the state governments.

  2. …. this is why they dont want people to have guns… ???

the darling river has dried up… ( stolen water ) – they are now pumping water upstream to broken hill hill from wentworth…

they can turn the tap off any time they choose…

    imagine .. having no water?

    • No worries, Fair. You can buy a bottle of water for $18. Oops, sorry, it just went up to $200.

(You’ll need a permit to buy it. Oops, we see you read Gumshoe. Too bad. No permit for water for you.)

      Have a nice day.

  3. Off-Topic (I suppose) This just in from Michael Dorf at Verdict;justia.com:

“Last week the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom handed Prime Minister Boris Johnson a stunning defeat when it ruled that he acted unlawfully in asking the Queen to prorogue (i.e., suspend) Parliament. The unanimous judgment delivered by the Court’s President, Lady Hale, and Deputy President, Lord Reed, was notable not only for its substance but for the fact that the Court adjudicated the merits at all. Courts in the U.K.—like their counterparts in the U.S.—do not resolve so-called non-justiciable political questions….. [such as in Maxwell v Trump, 2018]

“While recognizing the political question limit, the Court opined that “the fact that a legal dispute concerns the conduct of politicians, or arises from a matter of political controversy, has never been sufficient reason for the courts to refuse to consider it.” That language echoes a landmark opinion issued a half-century earlier. In Baker v. Carr, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the political question doctrine did not bar challenges to a state’s failure to reapportion its legislature to reflect current population distributions. Writing for the majority, Justice Brennan explained that ‘the mere fact that the suit seeks protection of a political right does not mean it presents a political question’.” .

  4. Geoengineering(persisting contrails/chemtrails) are commonplace in Australian skies.Questions re the why,the who and the how abound but what is not beyond dispute is the whiting out of the sky and the testing of the “fallout” in the soil, water and pristine snow which contains aluminium nano particles, barium, cadmium etc.Toxic coal fly ash which is added to jet fuel has the same content profile(Jim Lee -Climateviewer.com covers this in great detail).Aluminium which is a fire accelerant may well help explain the uptick in bush fire intensities in Australia and overseas(in California for example). This covert operation has a name-Operation Indigo Skyfold(State of the Nation article August 22 2015).

  5. I long to see the counter movement of people into rural areas.
People who know that they have a good cause are good survivors.
Whatever those mad buggers in the UN want to do does not have to be our problem.
Hopefully 5G will wake a few up
    …or put them to sleep?

  6. Back to local government… the purported 3rd tier…

The founding fathers of this nation, ie the blokes who put together the first draught of the Australian Constitution for Federation of 1901, evolved absolute consensus on the topic of local government: they uniformly recognised its inevitable corruptibility, manifested in the British experience. They did not want that evil visited on Australia. Thus, the 3rd tier was excluded from the Constitution.

Although the British Government massacred the draught constitution, removing all references to democracy and citizen’s rights, they dared not override Australian’s rejection of local councils.

Corporations and local businesses fumed that this handy funnel for siphoning residents’s wealth into illicit pockets, was denied them and so state governments were lobbied to establish facsimile local government, which served the function of corruption extremely well.

However, with the corporatisation of state and commonwealth governments, launched progressively by Whitlam and Hawke, this created renewed pressure to amend the Constitution to accommodate ‘the 3rd tier’ and so, in 1984, Hawke attempted to insert local government by amendment referendum. On memory, 61% of Australians opposed this.

Global corporations tried a new tack and used the UN to sponsor reform and so the Local Government Association of Australia was born. A couple of years ago the LGAA undertook a survey to gauge the likelihood of a successful referendum-derived amendment but to their dismay it was found that opposition had deepened to between 70% and 80%.

Meanwhile, the transition from Town Clerk-led local councils to unaccountable CEO-controlled corporations, has resulted in double dipping in gargantuan proportions. Services funded by rates and Commonwealth Government State Funding, are now also charged directly to local residents, especially in terms of rubbish management. Whereas decades ago, anything recyclable was recycled informally and free by local residents, there is now a heavy charge for dumping a fridge, car tyre, or mattress; and stiff prices are charged for recycled items.

And recycling from an environmental point of view, is a farce, with a mere 12% being actually recycled and most being exported, only to be returned to warehouse storage. At taxpayer’s expense, no doubt.

Worse, most councils have now abandoned street-side collection of heavy or bulky items, with the result that these and high charge items now litter local bush land and parks.

Local government has also commenced hosting corporate and foreign invasions, including the US military; occasionally both at the same time, as in the town of Nhulunbuy in the NT’s Arnhem Land. Although a year ago I recorded the involvement of war industry corporations Lockheed Martin and Ratheon in the Defence Department’s “civilian aerospace” facility in Arnhem Land, a site illegally leased out by the hegemonic Gumatj clan, this was denied by both the government and ABC.

Incrementally, it was admitted that NASA is involved, and now that Lockheed Martin has a role. We eagerly await the announcement that Ratheon will be installing nuclear-armed ICBMs here; a lovely reprisal target for China to incorporate in its first ten strikes strategy.

The reality is that local government has become seamlessly involved in the globalisation of Australia… a euphemism for annexation by the American Empire. With all of Australia’s media under the control of American Rupert Murdoch, there is no way the Australian electorate can be warned about this takeover, or of how we are being sucked into WWIII before it even begins.

Most people have now forgotten that former PM Malcolm Fraser predicted all of this before he died.

    • “American” Rupert Murdoch:

      https://www.veteranstodayarchives.com/2011/07/16/murdochs-deeply-hidden-jewish-roots-a-biography/

      From the link:
Murdoch belongs to, and has been honored by, a number of leading Zionist organizations in which Silverstein, Lowy, and Eisenberg all hold senior positions. These organizations include the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), the United Jewish Appeal (UJA), and the New York-based Museum of Jewish Heritage – A Living Memorial to the Holocaust.

Fifty days before 9/11, Silverstein Properties and Lowy’s Westfield America secured 99-year leases on the WTC. The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey turned control of the World Trade Center over to the private hands of Silverstein and Lowy on July 24, 2001.

“Silverstein and Westfield were given the right to rebuild the structures if they were destroyed, and Westfield has the right to expand the retail space by 30 percent,” Goldberger wrote [New Yorker, May 20, 2002.]
