The Brunson Petition asserted Biden, Harris, Pence and 154 members of Congress broke their Oath of Office to uphold the Constitution and committed Acts of Treason by not investigating hundreds of allegations of foreign interference and voter fraud in the 2020 Election.

This letter/affidavit is to express my support of the above-referenced case, in reference to your recent decision to deny hearing the case, because I am concerned the United States has experienced a national security breach.

Bouvier’s 1856 Law Dictionary – accepted by four Acts of Congress – serving as a commentary on Constitutional law, under the definition of “misprision” states a purpose of this Affidavit: “4. It is the duty of every good citizen, knowing of a treason or felony having been committed; to inform a magistrate. Silently to observe the commission of a felony, without using any endeavors to apprehend the offender, is a misprision.” 1 Russ.on Cr. 43; Hawk. P. C. c. 59, s. 6; Id. Book 1, c. s. 1; 4 Bl. Com. 119.

There is ample evidence presented to SCOTUS to show that Brunson’s claims have plausible merit. 388 elected officials collectively conspired to violate their oaths of office and you are hereby notified of this potential felony and treason by this undersigned “good citizen.”

The Department of Homeland Security has a national campaign to raise public awareness of the signs of terrorism and terrorism-related crimes called, “If you see something, say something.” This current case before SCOTUS leaves a most important question before the court, “What good does it do, if no one responds?”

“I, ___, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter.   2. In the 5th paragraph from the last is a reference to misprision of a felony.
    Misprision was a common law offence as was affray.
    In the 1980s, those common serious law offences were ‘codified’ in the NSW Crimes Act.
    As for misprision, there are now two distinct sections covering the offences.
    Namely section 316, ‘concealing a serious indictable offence’ and later introduced,
    Section 316A, ‘concealing a child abuse case’.
    The sections can be searched easily with a search, e.g. at AUSTLI or via a relevant NSW government site.
    Both are worth reading and noting.

  3. Exactly 2 months ago, on Dec 22, 2022, I wrote a major article at Gumshoe about Brunson and the Leviathin. In it, I made the very serious (profound?) statement: “I hope we will someday date American political theory as being pre-Brunson and post-Brunson.”

    Hence, I have no idea why anyone thinks my approach is trite. The use of music is probably what will turn this case. Many GSers relate to music — Simon, Foffa, Cherri, and the MIA Fish.       I take it that you will also consider the reports by Derek Thompson on what appears to be presently a ‘continuation of government protocol’ being implemented from about March 2021 when military confirmed T as Commander in Chief.
      I think I have previously referred to the Law Of War Manual in comments for your consideration.
      Particularly clauses/sections? 11.1 to 11.12
      I refer you to 11.3, or Thereabouts as to the foreign occupation of a territory……. To be declared within 12 months. ( from 21st January 2021 as a guess)
      Please consider in your opinion what ‘territory’/space that has been ‘occupied’ by foreign interests in the U.S., if any, and a failure to declare by the foreign force: (internal?) that justifies military action/defence against that foreign force and opine as to how that may be accomplished with the utmost tactics to avoid hostilities within.

        I’m not a barrister or lawyer but I am an American who has been researching U.S. govt In light of what has come out about WEF/WHO, I’m guessing WEF/WHO is the foreign occupant. Also considering that about half of Congress are members of the CCP, one MIGHT make the case for foreign occupation with that fact. As I say, I’m no lawyer and don’t know for sure, just guessing here. I don’t know if you’ve seen this but it’s interesting, written by a U.S. military vet who went active again when T put out a call for vets to join up again.         5.) M. Hominus is found in joint tissues in rheumatoid arthritis.
        6.) M. Pirum is found in AIDS as a co-factor accelerating AIDS progression.
        7.) M. Salivarium is found in salivary glands and joint tissues in rheumatoid arthritis.

        High-level exposure of Mycoplasma to blood, semen, mother’s milk or vaccines will lead to AIDS. Low-level exposure to bodily fluids where concentrations are less will contribute to chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis and other autoimmune diseases. Specific diseases can be targeted by controlling the Mycoplasma concentrations to bodily fluids.

        Mycoplasma Thrives On Cholesterol

        What makes these designer diseases so elusive is that they’re genetically engineered only for DNA replication, transcription and translation with no organelle or cell wall. They have lost their genes for amino acid and fatty acid synthesis, forcing them to invade and steal proteins, sugars and sterols (cholesterol) from healthy neighboring cells to survive.

        These cholesterol dependent molecular terrorists immediately take up residency in the individual’s genetically pre-disposed weaknesses, (the weak link in the chain of organs or systems), or the path of least resistance. Since Mycoplasma has absolute dependence upon the uptake of preformed sterols (cholesterol structures), they have an affinity toward cell membranes, nerve cells, sex hormone cell factories, glands and the gray matter in brain tissue, where cholesterol sterols are found. Since cholesterol is a co-factor in glandular hormone production, the endocrine balance is drastically altered with cholesterol being pulled out of the cell cycle. That is why pathogenic changes are seen most often during pregnancy, hormone replacement therapy, steroid therapy, menstrual cycles and xenoestrogens from pesticides, herbicides, meat and dairy.

        With the disruption of the hormones, comes an open invitation for the RNA directed HIV to replicate. The newly formed HIV RNA makes its way to the host cell surface where it connects and breaks away carrying with it a GP 120 protein envelope that was hijacked from the previous cell’s surface. It repeats by countering another cell, adheres to the cell surface and accesses the interior genetic material of its new host where the cascade process is repeated.

        Unless Mycoplasma penetrates into tissues and cells they cannot exert their terrorist effects. They will lay dormant, sometimes for a decade, until physical or emotional trauma, severe stress or vaccine contaminants wake up the sleeping giant to invade and feed on the cell’s genetic material like an intracellular parasite, taking the cell hostage until it ruptures and dies.

        Mycoplasma Triggering Mechanisms

        Mycoplasma is activated and stimulated by initiators (ignition) and potentiators (promoters). The potentiators are the toxic substances in our food, beverages, environment, pharmaceuticals, heavy metals (mercury amalgams) and chemicals that we bath in, etc. that store in fat cells and weaken our cellular terrain and immune system to allow the initiators (i.e. stress, viruses, bacteria, fungus, parasites, emotional and physical trauma, fear, increased estrogen, anger, etc.) to ignite or light up the gasoline that’s poured on the barn -Mycoplasma.

        If the gray matter of the brain tissue is the target of Mycoplasma invasion, you’ll portray symptoms of dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease or memory and cognitive thinking disturbances depending on the area of the brain terrorized.

        If the spinal cord is the victim, you will exhibit symptoms of neurodegenerative diseases like myasthenia gravis, Guillain-Barré and ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease). If your weakness happens to be the synovial fluid cells in your joints, rheumatoid arthritis with severe joint pain will be your disease. In fact, many of the 21st century diseases that were thought to be autoimmune turned out to be Mycoplasma invasions. I do not believe that God made our immune systems that stupid to attack our own tissues.

        If Mycoplasma invades the beta cells in the pancreas that manufactures insulin, you can’t regulate blood sugar and Diabetes Mellitus will be your demise. If your cardiac tissues are your weak link, cardiomy-opathy will manifest. If M. Pneumoniae or M. Fermentans attacks the bronchial lining of the bronchial tubes, the inflammation will trigger asthma and upper respiratory infections. If the myelin sheaths of the nerves are targeted, you will exhibit neurological symptoms of multiple sclerosis. If the intestinal lining is penetrated, the damage to the mucosal lining will perpetrate Crohn’s disease or leaky gut. In the case of Lou Gehrig’s disease, 80% of the patients have detected at least two Mycoplasma strains -M. Penetrans and M. Fermentans.

        In ALS, the oligodendritic nerve cells which require cholesterol to synthesize neurosteroids are eaten. If the Mycoplasma population is large enough, they gobble up so much cholesterol they diminish neurosteroid synthesis which leads to severe central nervous system malfunctions. Even Lymes disease, which is the fastest growing infectious disease in the U.S. and possibly Europe, with the exception of AIDS, was found to be linked to both Borrellia and Mycoplasma infections as a co-infection. The Mycoplasma species of M. Pneumoniae and Chlamydia invading the pericardium lining of the heart, seem to be common denominators of myocarditis and pericarditis infections.

        Mycoplasma steroid stealing properties also make the energy producing mitochondria leaky by robbing cholesterol lipids that are necessary in mitochondrial membrane integrity. When mitochondria bleed, they cannot generate ATP energy necessary for cell energy and function and nerve cells are the most sensitive to energy deprivation. This explains why chronic fatigue and neurological disorders are the main symptoms of the trinity diseases chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), fibromyalgia (FMS) and Gulf War illness (GWI). In my opinion, they are the same disease ideology with all three characterizing common symptom traits of chronic fatigue, short term memory loss, low grade fevers, tissue and lymph swelling, joint and muscle pain, stomach and digestive disorders, immuno-suppression and severe systemic chronic infections that invade various organs, tissues and cells including the brain, nervous system and heart.

    • A had a friend who had Lyme for 20 yrs. She finally met a doctor who prescribed H C Q for her. Within 2 weeks Lyme was gone. She tested absolutely negative for it, there was zero trace of any Lyme disease and she felt absolutely wonderful. Here in U.S. it’s very difficult to get a prescription for H C Q – because it cures so many things. With Lyme it works by killing the spirochetes. This has been verified by my husband, who has 55 yrs research as virologist/immunologist under his belt. He worked for many yrs at Public Health Dept. in Pennsylvania and also worked with a Nobel prize winning scientist. Not bragging, just presenting credentials. There are numerous people here in U.S. suffering from this horrible disease, don’t know about Australia but please spread this info where it might help. Thank you.

    Watching the TV ads lately, what happened to “Velvet Soap” (c. 1900) and so forth, instead I see “Local Celeb Version of Globalist Reality TV” making us feel local with out local B-grade TV friends, “Global Shop Direct” selling the plastic junk by mail-order, “Swissy’s Life Insurance” you don’t care for your family without this, “Anti-Covid Spray” of some sort or another smells like the forest (sort of), “Pitiful Underprivileged Child” give money for school uniform because they have no friend, “Cuddly Animal Going Extinct Requires Hospitalisation”, this last one suckered me in once a long time ago and I sent them some money and when I got the report back they said they threw it into General Revenue instead of helping my cuddly animal, and General Revenue spent it on buying back Shark Fishing Licences from the Government which the Government created out of thin air by effort of legislating them, in other words printing money, I smell a kickback !!!
