There’s nothing like a badge, a uniform, and a board meeting, to give some respectability to a subject matter. The matter here is the firefighters of New York calling for the court to take up the petition for a Grand Jury for 9-11.
Granted so far it’s only one district, the Franklin Square and Munson Fire District — that has put pen to paper. But that is enough to make a big difference. They did so on the eve of the event’s 18th birthday.
Here is their text, with bolding on key sections, including the naughty section about explosives:
Whereas, the attacks of September 11, 2001, are inextricably and forever tied to the Franklin Square and Munson Fire Department; [as] firefighter Thomas J. Hetzel, badge #290 of Hook and Ladder Company #1, Franklin Square and Munson Fire Department of New York, was killed in performance of his duties, …
Whereas, members of the Franklin Square and Munson Fire Department were called upon to assist in the subsequent rescue and recovery operations and cleanup of the World Trade Center site, afflicting many of them with life-threatening illnesses as a result of breathing the deadly toxins present at the site;
Whereas, [we] recognize the significant and compelling nature of the petition before the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York reporting un-prosecuted federal crimes at the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001, and calling upon the United States Attorney to present that petition to a Special Grand Jury pursuant to the United States Constitution and 18 U.S.C. SS 3332(A);
Whereas, the overwhelming evidence presented in said petition demonstrates beyond any doubt that pre-planted explosives and/or incendiaries — not just airplanes and the ensuing fires — caused the destruction of the three World Trade Center buildings….
Whereas, the victims of 9/11, their families, the people of New York City, and our nation deserve that every crime related to the attacks of September 11, 2001, be investigated to the fullest and that every person who was responsible face justice;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Franklin Square and Munson Fire District fully supports a … grand jury investigation and prosecution of every crime related to the attacks of September 11, 2001, as well as any and all efforts by other government entities to investigate and uncover the full truth surrounding the events of that horrible day.
As reported by Ted Walter, on 27 July, 2019:
“They started off by saying the Pledge of Allegiance. Ten minutes later, they were reading the text of a resolution drafted and introduced by Commissioner Christopher Gioia. [It] was unanimously approved by the five commissioners. Members of the audience — including the families of fallen firefighters Thomas J. Hetzel and Robert Evans, both Franklin Square natives — joined in solemn but celebratory applause after the fifth “ay” was spoken.”
CBS did make an announcement about the ongoing health problems of the men. On September 9, 2019 at a press conference, they said a study had shown that forst responders who arrived at the site befor noon on September 12, 2001 were (modestly) worse off then thpose arriving lter.
They quoted a federally-funded study R published in the Journal of the American Medical Association.
“It tracked the health of 9,796 male firefighters through 2017 — 16 years after the collapse of the twin towers exposed many to a cloud of thick dust and particles from fires that burned for days. …
Medical records were available for years before the attacks, so researchers could consider high blood pressure, cholesterol, smoking and other factors.
They documented 489 heart problems since the disaster, including 120 heart attacks and roughly 300 procedures or surgeries for clogged arteries. Risks were higher among the 1,600 firefighters who arrived at the site by noon on Sept. 11, 2001, and among the 2,400 who worked there during six months or more.
Try Anything — Small Is OK
It is often the case that folks can rally around one person rather than around impressive statistics. At the Franklin Square and Munson gathering, tribute was paid to two of the fallen firefighters — Hetzel and Evans, whose families were present.
The Hetzel and Evans families were appreciative of the proceedings,” Commissioner Gioia said.
“They know it’s an uphill struggle. But at least they have hope, which is something they haven’t had in a long time.”
“We’re a tight-knit community and we never forget our fallen brothers and sisters. You better believe that when the entire fire service of New York State is on board, we will be an unstoppable force…. We were the first fire district to pass this resolution. We won’t be the last.”
See? It can be the smallest initiatives that change history!
Pessimism, Anyone?
As for the petition that has been on file since May, 2018, I do not think there is any point hoping for it to take off. The president of the Lawyers Committee for 911 Truth, David Meiswinkle, says they will now go for a mandamus action to get the Court to do its job in setting up the Grand Jury.
As far as I know, the US District Court of the Southern District of New York was wholly corrupt before 2001, and has really had a heyday ever since. That jurisdiction is mandated (by whom I don’t know) to handle any and all lawsuits pertaining to the WTC attacks.
That can be ignored, thank you, by any of the 50 states. As long as one person from your particular state in the US — or Australia — suffered on that day, a suit can be brought at a forum other than the hopeless Southern District.
I recall Phil Berg filed a RICO suit on behalf of a 9-11 widow, Mrs Mariani, but he filed in in Philadelphia and was told “Wrong Forum, Phone Judge Alvin Hellerstein.”
By the way, a huge number of signatures was collected after the event asking New York’s Secretary of State Elliot Spitzer to undertake an investigation. He did nothing.
He then got sacked over a prostitution matter.
At 44 mins on this video he says something my mother drummed into me: “To whom much us given, much is expected.” Yeah, Mr Spitzer, we really did expect you to do something about “the day that changed history.”

There are other possible venues. As pointed out by Bill Windsor in his Lawless America series, any citizen can ask for the same kind of Grand Jury that Meiswinkle asks for in New York. That is, people in Florida, or Colorado, can get a Grand Jury empaneled.
And, says, Bill Windsor, if you try that and get the cold shoulder, run to a civil court and sue.
So sue.

Ever since Sept 11, we’ve seen countless such petitions and law suits submitted, and everyone of them, has been stymied. So much for the rule of law. We all know, (or bloody well should know by now) laws do not apply to the criminals in charge, only to US all. The whole object is keep us under control, and that’s working admirably well. We really need a little more that squiggly lines on a bit of paper, nothing will ever be achieved going down that road. We need massive protests similar to what’s going down in Hong Kong. That will achieve some positive results IMHO.
As Eddy says, every attempt to bring the matter up officially is stymied. That should not be a surprise. Look at the JFK assassination and the point that springs out after nearly 56 years is that an official lie is repeated ad nauseum by the mainstream media. In a sense that tells one all one needs to know about the msm.
50 years from now my grandchildren will still be trying to get the truth about 9/11 in the msm and still be facing the wall of lies and misinformation that we see today on a regular basis. The truth will only start to emerge 100 years after the event (as is now happening with WW1) when all the protagonists are long dead.
So my suggestion is: don’t stop fighting for the truth; know that they use the lies to justify their own agendas (usually another war); and that BS is the modus vivendi of all politicians.
The only real problem as far as I’m concerned is that the World is achievement oriented at the expense of doing/acting purely for righteousness sake. Most people seem to be oblivious to the fact that the former is transitory but the latter will be carried through to eternity; the whole concept of winning is skewed.
There also seems to be very little understanding that if you become aware of a crime and don’t speak up you automatically become a party to it.
Your remarks of achievement awards is more noticeable each week, with all the awards made news-worthy each week in local newspapers. It is also notable that most awards are self issued or appraised. The film industry awards itself, schools issue awards to teachers for doing the job that were employed to do, school children are awarded for learning and at sport most get awards just for competing, as not to do so would be shameful for the loser.
It is noticeable also that it is not unusual for professional sports people to break down and cry in public when defeated. A situation never dreamed of, when I was younger. I would have cried all my life, as I take part in sports, to win, but more often than not I am defeated.

Last Tuesday, I came across and congratulated a son’ s school friend on his appointment as one of 21 senior counsel in NSW.
I simply said that I was ashamed of our profession as the profession is supposed to represent truth and justice as part of the westminster system of separation of the executive, the legislature and the judiciary.
When the judiciary and we, as officets of the court, is/are compromised by 911 lies leading to millions being killed in the ME, we are failing in our democratic duties to the public.
I may as well have been addressing the footpath!
