Statistics on Extra Nurses, Absenteeism and Excess Deaths

People working fewer hours in 2022 than in other years. A shocking rise that is not discussed on mainstream media

Dan-the-man, as part of his re-election campaign, is promising 17,000 extra nurses in Victoria, Australia, if (when) he slides into his 3rd term as Premier of the state.

17,000 more nurses… why? On his website, he published this:

“MORE SUPPORT FOR OUR NURSES AND MIDWIVES

“…They’re there for us during some of the hardest times in our lives. We have so much to thank them for – their patience, strength and most importantly the skilled care they provide.”

But Dan, you banned many of these excellent nurses from returning to work unless they had the experimental jab. To continue…

“Labor has always stood alongside our healthcare workforce – and we always will. We’ve already made it free to study nursing and midwifery as part of a $270 million push to recruit and train an extra 17,000 nurses.”

Is this in addition to the already 99,977 nurses in Victoria, or is this to replace nurses leaving? On the Australian government website it states:

“Chapter 2.1  The shortage of nurses is being experienced worldwide. …In Australia … according to anecdotal evidence, 75 percent of nurses in hospital wards are now talking about leaving.”

Why is there a shortage of nurses? Is there a possibility that more people are falling ill? Does Dan know something that we suspect?

Interestingly, the number of Dan’s extra nurses (17,000) is a 17% increase in nurses in Victoria — assuming that he is referring to “extra” and not replacments. Well, this 17% resonates through to statistics in “Excess Deaths”, for example in this article:

“…Insurance CEO suggests covid jab excess deaths represent largest mass die-off of working-class folks in history. The situation is slightly worse in Europe than it is in the United States, the data shows – at least as far as excess deaths are concerned. Absenteeism

It is very hard to find comparative statistics, but let me scatter a few in this article. We know of the excess deaths, but anecdotally I have heard of so many people suffering various symptoms of possible vax injury (e.g., had to race to emergency with a heartbeat of 32 bpm, fatigue, virus-type symptoms etc., etc.) So one would think absenteeism might give us clues to the overall health status of an almost vaccinated population.

I found some statistics on absenteeism in 2015 in the UK here. They list the expected ailments such as back injuries, mental health, pregnancy, fractures etc:

However, I cannot find a breakdown of reasons for incapacities in 2022. We might see that in the near future. But these stats below are concerning. These are US statistics from a soocial.com article entitled: “22 Workplace Absenteeism Statistics For A Reality Check” The stats suggest a 110% in January 2022:

“Around 7.8 million workers were absent from work due to medical reasons in January 2022. Medical reasons in this regard include having an illness, injury, or a medical appointment scheduled. The above figure stood at 3.7 million in January 2021, adding up to a YoY increase of over 110%. Of those, 4.2 million full-time workers (3.3% of them) worked part-time due to medical reasons in January 2022. This is a 57% increase from the figure in January 2021 when it stood at 1.8 million. Another 3.6 million workers didn’t work at all due to medical reasons.”

According to Sidekicker, absenteeism results in 92 million working days lost in Australia per year, totaling a staggering cost of $ 33 billion annually.

The third sector reports that “Regrettably, absenteeism is a major problem in Australia. Since 2010, the rate of absenteeism across the country has risen by 7%, while as much as 5% of the Australian workforce calls in sick on any given day. To put it another way, in a company with 20 employees, there will be one absence every single day.” Wow, these figures are considerably more than the US and UK. The average workplace sickness absenteeism rate in the UK stands at 2.2%. Could Australia be 3X higher?

But this Australian graph is alarming and is further represented in the diagram at the top of this article. Why the sudden rise in 2022?

    Is there any condition to be imposed on his Seventeen thousand (interesting number, 17) to be injected with his fake, does not work, covid mysterious injections?
    If so, he is going to be a few short wasting their lives being trained for the profession.

  5. Just reminded me, Sweden has this chewing tobacco called “snus” which they put up inside their top lip, pretty weird habit but that’s what they do there. So we hear nicotene is a good antidote to spike proteins. I bought some “nicorette” gum and chewed it for 5 minutes until I nearly vomited. A smoker I know informed me that you aren’t meant to chew it continuously because it’s too strong. Well I just got ovef the Bangkok cough-cough flu, almost like a bronchitis but not too much weird symptoms, could be 5 minutes of nicotene was enough.
    ( Swollen soft palate for a day or so was the weirdest ).
    Our governments are apparently set to ban the nicorette gum in another attempt to get us on the dodgy flu injections ( one for each arm ) so unless you have a tobacco bush ( already banned ) you better grab some gum just in case, it’s not very expensive. Half life probably at least 5 years I would guess.

I struck up a conversation with another bloke whose cancer, in remission, had suddenly come back. I asked him if he had taken the ‘vax’ – “Too right, Mate!” was the reply. I then told him that it was likely that the ‘vax’ had precipitated the aggressive cancer as the vax compromises the immune system. He looked at me like I was the crazy person.

    I noted about five minutes today of a report at situation update at beforeitsnews.com. .. people powered news. Starting a bit after 23 minutes. Before the comments come in, it must be obvious that I pick with discretion reports at that site, as one would do in any newspaper that has a astrology section which I never bother with, as a example.
    My problem for years has been:
    WHY ARE SOME PEOPLE APPEAR TO BE SO EVIL.
    There could be an answer that I think has legs.
    Leave aside for this comment any preconceived beliefs that one may have on the existence of God and/or Satan and whether either exists.
    The basis of my awakening is that some BELIEVE IN BOTH.
    On that basis they act accordingly, whether God or Satan exist.
    Consider the antithesis, God is love and Satan is the reverse…… hate!
