Take the Maui Problem to Court, Fast, by Seeking an Injunction against the Coverup

map is from Maui County websiteThis copyright map is from Maui County website. The dark line indicates shore that is covered by laws that ensure public access. Lahaina, not shown, is .3 of a mile inland from Kamaka Circle, Therefore I surmise that the new wall is in an area that is dark-lined.

Having watched the video by Geoff Cygnus, where he drives alongside the newly-built wall near Lahaina, I tried to think of how this coverup can be nipped in the bud by an injunction. I’ve drafted a make-believe lawsuit, below, for everyone’s inspection.  By no means am I implying that Geoff Cygnus is involved in this project of mine. Think of it as a ‘moot court’ exercise. Here is the Cygnus video; please watch it.

My understanding of Article I, sec 9 of the US Constitution is that if we have martial law, the courts (specifically, the writ of habeas corpus) go into retreat. Thus any action you wish to take needs to be handled as soon as possible, while we still have a court.

United States District Court

District of Hawaii

[This is a purely imaginary “filing,” composed on September 4, 2023 in New Hampshire by Mary Maxwell]

______, Plaintiff, PRO SE

v

John Green, MD, Governor of Hawaii,

John Pelletier, Police Chief and Coroner of Maui,

The Head Officer of “Special Police” in Lahaina,

John Doe, putative government official who allowed Directed Energy Weapons to be used on Maui,

Defendants

Jury Trial Demanded

I. Introduction

  1. Starting on August 8, 2023, there were fires on the island of Maui that have led to over 100 deaths so far, and the loss of homes to many.

  2. A survey of the debris shows that the fires did peculiar things, such as cause the hubcaps of cars to disappear.

  3. The fires seem to have not burned houses that have blue rooftops. The sparing of blue-color objects is a known feature of Directed Energy Weapons [hereinafter “DEW”].

  4. People are distressed and shocked and have asked for information, but unavailingly.

  5. A long wall is being hastily built along the roadside.

  6. Nissan cars that look like police cars, manned, are sitting along the roadside.

II. Jurisdiction and Venue

  1. The United States Court is the proper court because the case involves deprivation of civil rights under 18 USC 242, including a matter of color of law.

  2. The Hawaii federal district court is the proper venue because the relevant fires occurred in Hawaii, and because the defendants may be engaged in a coverup in Hawaii.

III. The Parties

  1. Plaintiff, _______[name to be provided], age________, lives at __________. His occupation is ____________. He is an amateur videographer.

  2. Defendant Dr John Green, age 53, is the governor of Hawaii. He was elected in 2022.

  3. Defendant John Pelletier has been Police Chief of Maui since 2021. Before that, he was a captain in the Las Vegas Police and was in charge of the response to a mass shooting there in 2017. He also has been serving as Maui’s Coroner.

  4. Defendant “Head of Special Police in Maui” is unidentified at this time, as it has not been admitted that Maui is using a special police force, along the roadside.

  5. Defendant “John Doe” is a potential defendant if it is found that a Directed Energy Weapon was used in August 2023 in Maui

IV. Facts and Allegations

  1. In late August, 2023, someone (presumably Gov Green) directed that a long wall, at least 8 feet tall, be built on the roadway along the seaside in Lahaina, a town in Maui.

  2. Plaintiff has been blocked from taking photographs near the scene.

  3. When Plaintiff drives along the road, he is not allowed to pull over, or stop.

  4. Plaintiff sees Nissan cars that look like police cars, manned, sitting along the roadside. He is told that they are Special Police. The cars appear to be brand new.

  5. Plaintiff alleges that his constitutional right to liberty is being violated, as he cannot drive up roads that are blocked, or see what he wants to see.

  6. Plaintiff has been prevented, for no apparent reason, from taking photographs of the area. Such photos could provide evidence of a crime.

  7. Plaintiff also alleges assault, by means of the wall that is being built, as it is causing him great worry. Secrecy naturally suggests something bad and unlawful is occurring.

  8. Plaintiff notes that Defendant Pelletier may be in a conflict of interest by serving as a Coroner, who determines the cause of deaths during the fires, while also being a police chief possibly connected to the wall-building or the establishment of “Special Police.”

V. Possible Additional Defendants

Depending on what is found at Discovery, it may be appropriate to add other defendants, such as media persons if they are delivering false information about the fire, members of the legislature or state executive, and/or members of the federal government.

VI. Prayer for Relief

Plaintiff seeks injunctive relief, informational relief, and damages, as follows:

  1. For the continuing construction of the wall to be enjoined, as it violates plaintiff’s rights, per the laws that give citizens access to the ocean,

  2. For the governor to explain what the wall is for, and to explain the Special Police, as it appears that the violation of plaintiff’s constitutional rights is being carried out by persons acting under color of law (as “Special Police”),

  3. For the Police Chief to explain why the Nissan cars, manned, are sitting at frequent intervals along the seaside road,

  4. For putative defendant John Doe to give an accounting of the use of DEWs in August 2023 on Maui, or for government to explain-away the evidence that indicates DEWs were used.

  5. For plaintiff to be paid $20,000 by the government of Hawaii for the assault he endured, and for his lost wages at his normal job while he is devoting full time to helping the citizenry.

Respectfully submitted, PRO SE,

[Signature of plaintiff] _____ ,  address, telephone number, email address _____,

Date______.

    • Think how useles guns were on Maui. Even if you got angry enough to shoot a government member, it wouldn’t have prevented your siblings from burning to death.

I’m not a pacifist. I am sure violence is needed and has been the normal way to contend, in history. Pacifism today strikes me as a cop-out — we need to use the law. People “get” authority.

Having a shoot-out for shoot-out’s sake might be understandable, though. Especially if all other methods have been tried and failed.

      • Law, give me a break.

“nobody ever cooperated their way out of tyranny” – Go back through history, there has NEVER been a tyranny that hasn’t been brought down without violence. The Kabal knows this, they have studied history. That is why they did the disarmament agenda well in advance of their present machinations.. Port Arthur was just one step in their plan.

        • My article is to let people know that something bad happened and that they should (and can) do something about it.

All they do is sweet F.A.. Terry, you say that constantly.

So you own a gun. Bullly for you. There is nothing you can do with it.

If there is, you would have done it already.

Let’s say you want to kill the doctors who did the ventilator thing. Try shooting one, and you will spend the rest of your natual in jail. But it is those docs who should be jailed. We can do that.

It would take effort. Nobody wants to put up the effort.

“The Kabal knows this.” Right. To the victor belongs the spoils.

          • At 4 min: “even if I have my rifle it’s not going to do me any good if the government wants to knock me out; all they have to do is fly over in a helicopter and drop a fire-bomb”

As she’d be in her 40s by now the interview must have taken place about 20 years ago. I can’t help but wonder how much has really been learnt during that time

  1. “glutton for punishment … Someone who habitually takes on burdensome or unpleasant tasks or unreasonable amounts of work”

and I remembered when you retired.(like you can)

    • Simon, I think you mean me. Conceivably I take on “unreasonable amounts of work,” But as for it’s being “burdensome or unpleasant,” that is never the case.

I do not lift that barge or tote that bale. (I admire those who do). I get to sit in the shade and read marvelous books. My life is so full of privilege it’s scary.

As for my threat to retire last year, it was to free me up so I could do some marketing of my books. That’s an area in which my innate laziness is manifest.

      But thanks!

  2. Today Dr William Bay won a case in the High Court that brings to the end the nonsense known as the Referendum vote for “The Voice”. The format is unconstitutional.

    Brought to me via “telegram”.

      • Even Sky News is ignoring it, they will just have their referendum anyway, it’s a complete crock from the start so what do they care about one judge and the law, when they have the M$M and all the corporates on side.
The big 4 banks, the BlackRock duopoly supermarkets, the 2 big miners, Telstra, Westfamers, Qantas, Woodside etc all pushing for Bent Elbow’s change to the constitution to corporatise Australia, well surprise surprise the corporates want to corporatise everything

      • Somebody better check this out. What I heard him say was that the justice DECLINED to hear the argument that the referendum was unconstitutional. In others words, NOTHING HAS CHANGED!

        • Terry,
Managed to cite commencement application filed 5th Sept 2023 but cannot find the judgement.
No opinion until I find the judgement. –

          Commonwealth of Australia 1st D
Tom Rogers (Australian Electoral Commissioner) 2nd D.
Tried AUSTLII but maybe it is not published yet.
Will check again later now that I have the parties.
Have sent ( tried) copy of application to you.
          Basically, orders sought;
The text of the referendum is (unlawful)……etc …
To restrain Roger’s from printing, issuing or otherwise distributing ballot papers for the referendum……
🤣🤣💰💰💰💰💰costs not sought that I can discern…… if it is necessary or just follows….. I make no comment thereupon.

  3. Our communist government that is this corporate fascist technocracy, now renders land off limits to anyone other than themselves, controlling the system with their snoops technicians and slaves.

They have forced small farmers from their gardens and artisans from workshops into techno collectives, where they must toil and pay dearly for what was once produced by creative hands from God’s paradise.

Now fiat money slaves, as sorceress create money punching keys on iPhones.
We are at war, the enemy’s propaganda thick and everywhere 24/7. Don’t be fooled again, this is a war of evil against everything good.
    Who’s side are you on?

    • Do something about it, Ant. Form your own little team and give the team an attractive name. Go to the highways and the byways and force them to come in.

  4. OT.
I only tolerated SBS for awhile tonight because of the second matter I mention here.
The SBS report on the Jan 6th ‘insurrection’ was complete BS.
At the opening there was mention of a report that Australia’s cardboard drones were attacking Russia.
So I watched for the report which gave some more detail. Seems that there is a Russian allegation that a private? company is making them in Australia and the government is ‘allowing’ them to be used against Russia, presumably launched somewhere up near or in Russia, our government can prevent this upgrade in warmongering if it desires… per the report…… legislation cited.
Whilst I am impressed with advanced Australian ingenuity since the Jindivick, it is a bit concerning that we do not know more.
Bushmasters within Ukraine to be blown up in Ukraine is one matter but flight attacks into Russia, against it’s people and the cities are at a different level.
    We need to know more.
I am reminded of the Lusitania being set up in ‘torpedo alley’ (by Churchill?) without escort, (withdrawn) to be justifiably torpedoed by the Germans, to bring the US into WW1.
The Germans placed newspaper advertisements for people to not travel on that ship because it was alleged that it was breaching the US impartiality, for want of the appropriate word, by providing weapons to the UK.
Of course that was denied but we now know that it was carrying munitions, after they were discovered in the wreck of the L. SO IT WAS ALL LIES ……AS USUAL JUST TO GET INTO A WAR.
I TAKE IT THAT IF THE RUSSIAN ALLEGATION REPORTED BY SBS HAS SOME TRUTH, THEN HOW IS THE ‘CARDBOARD’ BEING DELIVERED AFTER MANUFACTURE AND ARE MUNITIONS INCLUDED?
I wonder if any Canberra wizard understands that Russia might well interpret the situation that we are NOW IMPLICATED IN DIRECT ATTACKS WITHIN RUSSIA AND RESPOND AS THE GERMANS DID, or liquidate a site within Australia ?
We await the PM to ‘Please Explain’.
Perhaps some of our politicians should be provided with a rifle and sent to fight Russia, like the French and Germans🧌💁🏼, why should our kids be involved again in some Northern hemisphere blood bath that is none of our business….. like Howard’s ‘coalition of the willing’ in the Middle East. All based on usual lies WMDs, anyone? End well, did it Winston?
Albanese, Wong et.al., want to do better?
Oh, and how did Vietnam work out?
    IDIOTS R ‘US’…….oops, ‘THEM’.

    • Yes, the ‘JINDIVICK’ FOREIGN MINISTER, EVER HEARD OF IT? Doubt it.
It was a time when we could be proud of Australia.
Have a look in the front yard of our base in Williamtown, open to the public.
      One might still be there.

      • Yes, ‘proud of Australia’ ….. I was, when I saw it fly in a black and white news reel in the local picture show in the mid? 50s.
It flew through a large hole in very large sheet suspended between two high poles with no pilot.
Yes, a time when one could be proud of Australia……. Then came the politicians as we now have.

    • First we have to support the war, this is going extremely well. We have gone seamlessly from jew hate to asian hate to muslim hate to aborigine hate and now Russian hate, the public is willing to hate just about any “other” and is happy or resigned to fund the engagement. They have been whipping up Russia Russia Russia since the election Hillary Clinton lost. The Russians have been going to Crimea for hundreds of years. It used to be Greek. Why do Australians care about Russia Russia Russia, it’s a mystery to me, some from Europe are scared of communism but they go and vote ALP which is same thing different drag.

  5. Wow, that didn’t take long! Ant56 has already got his group going. Carpenters, plumbers, painters, termite control persons, electricians, window fitters, gardeners. All filled with joy as they build homes for Australia. Thank you, Ant.

    • Sean Hross has been revealing too much and is now expecting to be terminated by some skinny version of Arnold Swartchenegger. There are lots of clubs people can join to get closer to Swissy and the Royals, just learn to keep your mouth shut unless they tell you to drink the babies’ blood, then you open wide.

  6. Allies was all lies, now woke in the coalition of the willing.

    Henry Makow
Sept 6 – Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano
    Globalism Represents Satanism

Now or never, when will we start Anti Globalist Party here in Oz?

  7. Thanks to Ant’s not knpwing how to give a link (???), I googled “Makow”. Here is what I got:

The Canadian writer Henry Makow gained fame at the age of 11 when he began to write the syndicated advice column “Ask Henry.” The column ran in newspapers in the early 1960s.

Makow was born on Nov. 12, 1949, in Zürich, Switzerland. As a child he moved with his family to Canada, settling in Ottawa. He soon learned English and at the age of 11 was eager to work for spending money. When both a supermarket and a gas station turned him down because of his youth, he decided to write a newspaper column of advice for parents and youngsters and sent a sample column to his local newspaper, the Ottawa Journal. The managing editor of the Journal found Makow’s writing clever and full of common sense and offered him a weekly column at the paper, which paid him three dollars a week. The column was an immediate hit, and Makow quickly secured a contract for its syndication. The format was typical of advice columns; parents wrote in with child-rearing questions to which Henry responded, giving the child’s perspective on parenting. At its height, “Ask Henry” appeared in 40 newspapers in Canada and the United States during its run from 1961 to 1964. A collection of these letters and responses was published in book form as Ask Henry (1962).

Capitalizing on the success of his first column, Makow began another column for the Ottawa Journal in 1966, “Henry Asks,” which was geared toward a teenage audience. He was also a regular participant on numerous television programs in the 1960s, including To Tell the Truth and What’s My Line in the United States and Close Up and Front Page Challenge in Canada. In adulthood Makow became a freelance writer, eventually settling in Winnipeg, Man. In 1985 a board game that he created, Scruples, was put on the market. The game posed ethical questions to its players, reflecting Makow’s continuing interest in the question-and-answer format.

  8. Talking about court cases the famous recent Canadian one where the judge said a “thumbs up” emoji was a contract, to the outrage of the defence is getting a good run in the media, looks like all that stuff we pressed “OK” to on Bill Gates’ software is now enforceable and he has all your old emails too👎☠

    • The ads at the end are interesting, they say a combination of Ivermectin and Fenbedazole is great for treating cancer, I have a bottle of Fenbendazole but it’s not so easy to get Ivermectin, ( thanks TGA for trying to fix us all up with a big cancer )
