This article is about the identity of Tamerlan Tsarnaev in regard to the events in Watertown on Friday, April 19, 2013, the day of the “manhunt” for “the Boson bomber.” The above photo (right) appeared on CNN with CNN’s reporter Gabe Ramirez narrating. I have been told it was broadcast live around 1.10am, but I did not see it. Ramirez said that a suspect had been arrested.

Thanks to the darkness (not to mention thanks to the FBI’s unwillingness to investigate the matter), one could say that the photo provides no proof of Tamerlan’s being alive then (at 1.10am on April 19.) That is, the man in the dark photo could be anybody.

However, today, by chance, I found the picture on the left, taken in the good old days.  It shows Tamerlan’s bare chest. I say it makes clear that the man in the CNN video is Tamerlan – the two male chests match up nicely.

So, thanks to the CNN’s reportage, we can know that Tamerlan, older brother of Jahar Tsarnaev, was alive later than 12.35am when, according to the official story he died from being run over by a Mercedes SUV driven by his brother Jahar. That is to say, the official story is a crock.

Now a word about my identity.  I am a citizen who grew up in Boston. I first took an interest in the Marathon case in 2015 when it came to trial.  Two years earlier, when the Marathon bombing happened, I was living in Australia.  I ended up writing a book called The Soul of Boston and the Marathon Bombing. (free download here).

My almost exclusive focus has been on the court case as such. I make no claim to have investigated anything “on the street.” In this article, I will bring together some quotes from my book regarding the so-called Watertown shootout. I cannot do a proper job of solving the mysteries, and ask others to please take this up.

The Official Story

The official story, as presented in court during Dzhokhar (Jahar) Tsarnaev’s trial is that on Thursday, April 18, around 5pm, the FBI, in a televised press conference displayed photos of the suspected bombers (the Marathon occurred on the Monday, April 15, 2013).

The FBI said (dishonestly) that it did not know the identity of the men in the pictures, and asked the public to help out with that.

Per the official story, that press conference, showing their mugs at the Marathon, caused Jahar and Tamerlan to be frightened. So they “ran for it.” Ran for what? Who knows?

They carjacked a Mercedes SUV in Allston and ended up in Watertown by midnight or so. There, on Laurel St, they allegedly had a shoot-out with police and even threw explosive devices.  Jahar allegedly jumped back into the SUV and ran over Tamerlan.

Jahar proceeded to drive off, abandon the vehicle, and then, whilst cops closely chased him on foot, he disappeared into the night (Can you imagine!) and was not found for another 19 hours.

Finally, after homes in Watertown were inspected by men in military formation, Jahar was located in a boat in someone’s backyard at 7pm.

What Really Happened at the Laurel St Shootout?

I must emphasize again that I am not capable of sorting out what really happened.  My flavor is “what didn’t happen.” Still, by luck, when I gave my lecture at the Watertown Public Library on January 23, 2018, a cop in the audience introduced himself as Sgt John MacLellan. He had been the Watertown Police supervisor on the night of the shootout.

Wanting to publish this in a hurry now –having just located the bare-chest photo of Tamerlan — I can only offer some excerpts from my book.  The points I wish to make in this article, as I tentatively said in the Soul of Boston book are:

  1. A shootout occurred at Laurel St around 12.35 am, but had nothing to do with Jahar or Tamerlan; they weren’t there.
  1. If they had been there, then we would have seen a very wounded Tamerlan in the CNN video where he is being arrested naked, at 1.10am, and put in a cop car. But the CNN photo assures us he was not wounded.
  1. That living, breathing, healthy-looking naked Tamerlan must have been subsequently killed in FBI custody, as he was pronounced dead by a hospital at 6am. Note: his body was identified by his uncle; I do not dispute that Tamerlan is actually dead.
  1. Therefore, two OTHER young men must have taken part in a Laurel St shootout. And yes, as you will see below, the cops swear that one of them ran over the other and — conceivably — escaped.
  1. The one who got run over died, in full view of Sgt John MacLellan. That man’s family must be wondering why he disappeared…
  1. This proof of the falseness of the official story should let Jahar be released from prison. He must have been set up as a patsy from the get-go.
  1. The question remains: Who set those other guys up on Laurel St to do a massive play-acting that turned lethal. (It also injured a cop, Dic Donohue.)

Sgt John MacLellan’s Testimony at Jahar’s Trial

<

p style=”padding-left: 40px;”>A. The older brother.
 Q. What happened?

A. I was standing in the middle of the street. I had an empty weapon at the time but the suspect didn’t know that. I was giving him commands, “Get on the ground.”

He had nothing in his hands. My thought was he was strapped with explosives. I was telling him to get on the ground; I didn’t want him to get near me. He was coming closer. Sergeant Pugliese put his hand on his shoulder, and he collapsed in the middle of the ground — in the middle of the street.

… [Pugliese] said “We have got to cuff him. We have got to cuff him.” And I jumped on top and tried to help him. Q. Did he turn out to be strapped with any explosives?

A. No. Q. What happened to prevent you from cuffing?

A. As we were trying to ascertain if he had anything on him and trying to get his hands, I was yelling out, “You still got someone down range. Watch down range. Watch down range.” And almost immediately I heard, “Sarge, here he comes. Here he comes.”

<

p style=”padding-left: 40px;”>Q. Who are you referring to?
 A. The defendant. [Jahar]

Q. What was he doing?  A. He was in the Mercedes now. You could hear the grinding of gears. You could hear that the vehicle was turning around. I looked up and it was coming towards us.

<

p style=”padding-left: 40px;”>A. How fast was it coming?
  A. Very fast. Q. What happened?  A. I told Sergeant Pugliese to disengage. I told him, “Get off him. Get off him. Here he comes.” I pushed off and the vehicle struck the suspect and what I thought struck Sergeant Pugliese.

<

p style=”padding-left: 40px;”>It was a very violent — the car was jumping back and forth. [Tamerlan] got stuck up under the wheels. And as it passed, I saw Sergeant Pugliese there, I asked him, “Are you all right?” He said, “I’m okay.” The vehicle continued on…it was bouncing back and forth. It struck the front of Officer Reynolds’ vehicle. Q. What happened to — the suspect who was caught up under the Mercedes, was that Tamerlan Tsarnaev?
  A. Yes, it was.

Sgt MacLellan obligingly came to the podium during my Open Mic session. (We have a video of this, and so does the Town of Watertown which also filmed me that night.) The sergeant was polite to me. He must have been baffled by what I presented.

What Sgt MacLellan Said about Mind Control

Sgt MacLellan gave unexpected comments about Tamerlan. He asked me “While we’re wrestling with him, his brother ran him over — how does he get there physically if this is just a big theatrical show?” Sergeant continued: “I had my hands on [him]. I watched Tamerlan bleeding to death… I was the patrol supervisor that night of the shooting and the [IED] bombing.”

Sgt MacLellan sort of congratulated me. He said: “You have a lot of gall for getting up and doing this. But I can tell you unless the government is mind-controlling me and taking control of my whole life that’s not what’s going on here, guys” [referring to my claim that the Tsarnaevs were not present on Laurel St].

My solution to MacLellan’s dilemma is that he is not the least bit mind controlled.  If anyone there that night was operating under hypnotic instructions (or some such thing), it would be those two nameless boys. Would our covert agencies hire someone to perform like a stuntman and then kill them? Yes.

Dr Mindy Hull, Medical Examiner

In Massachusetts the role of coroner is known as The Medical Examiner.  I have written to her, Dr Mindy Hull, asking for clarification about the deaths on Laurel St.  I mailed her the letter but also posted it at GumshoeNews.com on March 20, 2018, three years ago.

Under that article are interesting Comments by Bridget Ashmore. I have not pursued her links but I hope others will.

In my letter to Dr Hull you will find a long excerpt from the testimony given by Sgt Reynolds that accords well with what MacLellan told us.  Let me state that Maclellan seems to me to be a trustworthy cop.

Tamerlan, hoping to become a champion boxer for the US

I do not intend to do more work on the Marathon case. Just as I was writing this, a notice came to my inbox stating that one of the Marathon amputees has asked SCOTUS to reinstate the death penalty for Jahar. I am no force against the media, nor is truth a force against the media.

The ruthless tend to win.  Ruthlessness is a superb weapon.

  1. I reckon Tamerlan was murdered because he knew too much about something or other and for some reason or other wasn’t considered trustworthy

I think the bods in the Laurel St scenario were most likely genuine crims (as opposed to actors ) and that the Tsarnaev bros. were fingered purely as a means of killing two birds with one stone

    • “The last video is the one from MIT that shows the murder of Officer Sean Collier. From quite a distance away, it shows two figures, who would later be named as the Tsarnaev brothers. But if it was indeed them, then why? Why would they even be there? The prosecution said it was to get another gun. Here is the thing about America: If you want a gun, you don’t need to attack a police officer 30 feet away from a busy street, especially if you are well-prepared jihadists. They could have gotten a gun just about anywhere else, ahead of time. It just doesn’t make sense that at a moment when their faces are plastered on TV screens in every household, that they’d decide to go to a public place instead of just leaving the city. Plus, they already had a gun. Even if they didn’t, who would expect to easily obtain a gun on a darkened university campus? Who would know that an officer was sitting in his patrol car between a couple of buildings on the campus? “

  2. To answer your question about mind-control and the two individuals who apparently engaged in a fight with law enforcement, you can find the answer in a book written by Michel McPhee, an investigatrion journalist who claims that on Dexter Street live 2 men who she found strangely resemble Tamerlan and Jahar. When she visited them they told her to be very careful of what she said as the house was wired by the FBI so they could listen to the conversation. Now the question is ‘why did the FBI see fit to wire-trap their house’? What information was the FBI protecting?

There is a video of that night where you see Tamerlan on the ground (someone else also on the ground beside him) at the corner of Adams street. In that video you can clearly hear Jahar calling for his brother. I cannot listen to that video anymore as it brakes my hart into pieces.

I have never understood why Jahar was indicted when paragraph 7 of the indictment bill clearly state that the IEDs were conceled in black backpacks, while at the same time one of the trial exhibit shows him walking on Boylsten street with a very light grey backpack.

I have never understood why the trial Judge who has, hopefully, read the Indictment bill and who has seen the exculpatory exhibit could let this case go on.

I have never understood why the jury convicted Jahar and later imposed the death penalty after seeing the exculpatory evidence of the light grey backpack.

I am still in the process of writing a book about this case – be patient – I am not fast at writing as Mary is! I get discouraged easily as I wonder why I insists in writing that book. I have decided that I was writing it in the name of history.

If you have not read Jahar’s lawsuit and the amendment to his lawsuit, please do – mind you it is quite disturbing.

    • PROTOCOL No. 15

Under our influence the execution of the laws of the GOYIM has been reduced to a minimum. The prestige of the law has been exploded by the liberal interpretations introduced into this sphere. In the most important and fundamental affairs and questions, JUDGES DECIDE AS WE DICTATE TO THEM, see matters in the light wherewith we enfold them for the administration of the GOYIM, of course, through persons who are our tools though we do not appear to have anything in common with them – by newspaper opinion or by other means …. Even senators and the higher administration accept our counsels. The purely brute mind of the GOYIM is incapable of use for analysis and observation, and still more for the foreseeing whither a certain manner of setting a question may tend.

      • What you invariably “overlook” is that all “monotheistic” law-based societies are essentially the same.

The difference between Gentile and Jewish conversion to Christ is, of course, another matter altogether: Whereas the former involves being grafted into an extant tree, the latter is a consequence of acknowledging one’s roots.

One of the more obvious signs of faux Gentile conversion is boasting against the branches:

“Boast not against the branches. But if thou boast, thou bearest not the root, but the root thee.”
        ROMANS 11:18

  3. The brothers are innocent, killed and jailed wrongly.

“The easiest way to carry out a false flag attack is by setting up a military exercise that simulates the very attack you want to carry out.”

At that time, when martial law was imposed on Boston, people were forced to stay in their homes and forced to have police enter their homes without warrant, to search for one man?

  4. Some inconvenient info evidently escaped prior to the fingering of the Tsarnaev bros:

    Apr 17, 2013:
“FBI urges media to ‘exercise caution’ after inaccurate arrest reports
CNN and Fox News among several news outlets to mistakenly report that a suspect in the Boston bombings had been arrested. The FBI issued a strongly worded warning to media covering the Boston bomb investigation on Wednesday after numerous outlets misreported an arrest in the case.
CNN, the Boston Globe, Fox News, the Associated Press and the BBC were among the organisations that carried inaccurate reports that a suspect either had been arrested or that an arrest was “imminent”.
The claims quickly spread around the internet, leading to numerous secondary sources reporting the ‘arrest’ as fact. CNN continued to stick by the story long after the FBI had said on record that the report was ‘inaccurate’.”

    Here’s the full statement:
‘Contrary to widespread reporting, no arrest has been made in connection with the Boston Marathon attack. Over the past day and a half, there have been a number of press reports based on information from unofficial sources that has been inaccurate. Since these stories often have unintended consequences, we ask the media, particularly at this early stage of the investigation, to exercise caution and attempt to verify information through appropriate official channels before reporting.’”
