Via its planned manufacturing plant in Australia, Moderna chief Stephane Bancel says: “Our vision is quite simple. It’s to develop an annual respiratory virus booster that has COVID, flu, RSV [respiratory syncytial virus] and a couple more [viruses], that is adapted for the strain of the year…and adapted for the strain in Australia”.

Every day I can’t believe this is happening, with even more gross exploitation planned, and that the medical profession is going along with mandated medical interventions, bloody hell…

Reportedly billions of people around the world have been pressured, coerced and manipulated to submit to Covid-19 ‘leaky vaccines’, against a disease it was known from the beginning wasn’t a serious threat to most people.

It appears the global population is being set up to be exploited for life with these medical interventions, which are unnecessary for the young, and of questionable value to the vulnerable elderly.

How has this happened?

Political systems and institutions across the world have been hijacked to respond to the manufactured Covid crisis, but perhaps most shocking of all is the medical profession’s eager participation in the medical assault with Covid needles, including under Covid jab mandates.

Who has given authentic ‘voluntary informed consent’ to these highly questionable medical interventions? I suggest no-one has been properly informed about these fast-tracked, experimental products. What does this mean for the medical profession’s reputation, and its medical indemnity situation?

Kamran Abbasi, the global manufactured Covid crisis has resulted in shocking abuses against people’s personal autonomy and bodily integrity, i.e. lockdowns and restrictions, highly questionable PCR testing and RATs, mandated masking, intrusive surveillance and vaccine passports and, most egregious of all, mandated Covid jabs.

Mandated medical interventions, i.e. mandated Covid jabs, are an appalling development in liberal democracies such as Australia – how has this happened with the apparent support of the medical profession?

Mandated Covid jabs are rife in Australia, across a broad range of occupations, and have previously been imposed upon people to participate in other areas of civil society, e.g. to access entertainment and hospitality venues, sports clubs and retail etc.

Mandated Covid jabs conflict with health practitioners’ obligation to obtain ‘voluntary informed consent’ before a medical intervention, including vaccination.

I have sought to raise the alarm on this matter throughout the Covid debacle (see for example my email: Coercive COVID-19 vaccination…people in distress…, dated 20 October 2021), but the regulator of health practitioners, the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and doctors’ professional organisations have refused to be accountable, even though AHPRA has provided me with personal confirmation that “Practitioners have an obligation to obtain informed consent for treatment, including vaccination. Informed consent is a person’s voluntary decision about health care that is made with knowledge and understanding of the benefits and risks involved.” (See letter from AHPRA attached, dated 20 September 2021.)

Despite this confirmation from AHPRA that health practitioners have an obligation to obtain ‘voluntary informed consent’, many people in Australia continue to be pressured, coerced and manipulated to submit to Covid jabs under mandates. The situation is complicated in that AHPRA threatens health practitioners who question the Australian Government’s Covid jab rollout, i.e. “Any promotion of anti-vaccination statements or health advice which contradicts the best available scientific evidence or seeks to actively undermine the national immunisation campaign (including via social media) is not supported by National Boards and may be in breach of the codes of conduct and subject to investigation and possible regulatory action.” (See AHPRA position statement dated 9 March 2021, copy attached.)

The question is…who defines what is “the best available scientific evidence” for the Covid jabs? This is currently a highly contentious subject, particularly as it bears on the quality of information being given to people by health practitioners before penetration with the Covid needles.

Kamran Abbasi, there is much at stake here for the reputation of the international medical profession – is it a willing party to press Covid-19 ‘leaky vaccines’ upon mass populations, against a disease it was known from the beginning wasn’t a serious threat to most people? These medical interventions are unnecessary for most people, and may cause harm.

Why haven’t the doctors’ professional organisations and medical indemnity insurers challenged Covid jab mandates, which obviously go against health practitioners’ obligation to obtain ‘voluntary informed consent’?

Paul Kelly, it appears that Covid jab mandates are rife around Australia, with people in a broad range of occupations being pressured, coerced and manipulated to submit to Covid jabs to maintain their employment, i.e. No Jab, No Job.

Please clarify the Australian Health Protection Principal Committee’s position on Covid jab mandates – what Covid jab mandates have been put in place at the AHPPC’s instigation?

What is the scientific and medical justification for these mandated medical interventions? 

Mandated Covid jabs conflict with health practitioners’ obligation to obtain ‘voluntary informed consent’ before medical interventions, including vaccination. It’s likely that many people in Australia have submitted to the Covid jabs under duress, without ‘voluntary informed consent’.

I’m now seeking clarification on health practitioners’ medical indemnity insurance position if they have not properly obtained ‘voluntary informed consent’ before the Covid jabs. In this regard, please see below my email to Health Minister Mark Butler, which includes my email to Natasha Fenech, Group CEO and Managing Director of the Avant Mutual Group, a medical indemnity insurance provider. Similar emails have also been forwarded to other insurance providers MDA National, Medical Indemnity Protection Society and TEGO; and also to the presidents of doctors’ organisations the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners; the Royal Australasian College of Physicians; the Australian Medical Association; and the Australian Medical Professionals Society; plus Peter Malinauskas, premier of South Australia; and Martin Fletcher, CEO of the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Paul Kelly, again, please advise what Covid jab mandates have been put in place at the AHPPC’s instigation, and what is the scientific and medical justification for these mandated medical interventions?

    • There seemed to be some well informed people that got interviewed. It surprised me as I keep running into stoopid people that babble the talking points from the MSM (Putin bad….). Its like they never graduated from the peer pressure circus of High School.

    Ensuring private profits has become a career path for some. The Ozone hole for example? The search for cancer cures is another. The idea that gravity makes planets circle the Sun, when the Sun is moving incredibly fast … The idea that mass has anything to do with gravity. Global warming?

No official stats re any politically hot issue should ever be taken on board: the “Our World in Data” claim that “68.4% of the world population has received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine” means nothing. Fessing up re the extent of the resistance obviously wouldn’t be in the interests of the promoters

    • In 1994 I tried to find out how many Dept of Education primary school exemption certificates had been issued for that year. I was given 3 vastly different figures via 3 different government offices every one of which was vastly short of the number of on-the-books families who subscribed to a certain independent support network.

      Disclosing the requested figure obviously wasn’t in the Department’s interests but the real bugbear was the fact that the off-the-books families were an unknown/completely uncontrollable quantity: the notion that the State has everyone chartered from birth to death is seriously misconceived

I believe ALL leadership in politics worldwide and ALL so-called Health Ministers and Health Officers knew very well that the pretend pandemic was planned well before it was announced to the world in December 2019. These same creatures are not now going to acknowledge their part in the plandemic nor accept any responsibility for the part played by them in this mass killing exercise.
