When I read that piece, I realized that Keith Harmon Snow stands as a giant among the very few investigative reporters there who, despite the real dangers of doing so, expose the evil doings of the worst of the worst of our society.
He nails the corrupt family court system to the wall once again, in his full-sized expose, The Worst Interests of the Child. Here is a man who stands 180-degrees apart from the kind of men described by mothers’ custody attorney Richard Ducote as “breastless men,” men who deliberately, maliciously, and relentlessly torment their female ex-partners in the cruelest of ways: by separating her from and harming their children. I happen to know a lot about this topic, as I have worked or interacted with thousands of women who have lost their children under the very same kinds of circumstances described by Keith in this book. The entire book rebounds with truth and resonates with integrity. I read it straight through in one sitting–that’s how strong his message is; I couldn’t stop until I got it all. Get it, read it, and weep for this generation’s children.

This book, “The Worst Interests of the Child” by Keith Harmon Snow, is the best book I have read, which tells the whole true story. Our children who have been abused are used by Family Court to make billions of dollars. I have lived it. I know it as a fact.

I am a teacher who has experienced first hand and am a member of an organization, trying to save the children and protective parents from this corrupt system. In most states Family Court has no accountability and has complete and absolute control. I was told by my own attorneys, “it is your money or your child”. In the end, most of the time, if one keeps fighting for the safety of ones child or children, the child is given to the abuser……..No matter what. Child Protective Services stays out of or stands with Family Court. If CPS gets involved, they say “you get your child free and get full custody or we take your child and put into foster care.” Response, but my brother and his wife would take my child to raise and they are well known responsible citizens who work for the government. CPS response, “We no longer give children to relatives, we put them in foster care. If they want your child, they have to go to court and fight for the child.” CPS corruption happening too. Lots of money to be made there as well. Both parents pay toward foster care and the government too. CPS makes big money. If give to relatives ….no money.

Hard to believe, but true. I lived it. God Bless Keith Harmon Snow for telling the true story. This is a cancer moving across our county. We need to stand up and fight for the children and have Family Court and CPS made accountable. Kansas recently created a citizens review board for Family Court. Perhaps we can see how that goes. SAVE THE CHILDREN — IN TURN IT WILL SAVE OUR COUNTRY.

This author, Keith Harmon Snow, is courageous and shares his expert, investigative reporting of the secrets in the Family Court System. We need more real men, like Keith, who step out of the box of the ‘good ole boy system’ and join with protective mothers. These protective mothers, are typically survivors of decades of violence and are seeking safety for themselves and their children. As protective mothers seek safety, the power and control, toxic patriarchy and vengeful fathers escalate their control. They punish these mothers for leaving their violence by taking the children and giving them to the abuser (no matter how much documentation, medical proof, expert witnesses, etc. are provided to the court}. Not only do they take the children but they get away with alienating the children from the mother for decades. I hope for the day when more courageous, real men like Keith, join with protective mothers to stop this flood of violence and corruption. I hope for the day when the motherless children will awaken and free themselves from the mind control of self-centered and vengeful fathers and from the mind control of this abusive, toxic patriarchy! Domestic violence is at the root of all crime and affects all of us. Tax payers’ money is being spent on this court corruption. GREAT, truth-telling reporting and much respect for this author!

This is a story that the public needs to know, the systemic, entrenched practices and policies that are savaging women and children nationwide in the Family Courts. The blatant illegality of court processes, the human rights violations, the profiteering at the expense of the suffering of women and children by cottage industries, the unfathomable sadism of the courts against women and children who are victims of dangerous abusive men, this is a huge national, and worldwide, scandal that has to be exposed.
The shocking cases that come to light in the media, Timothy Jones Jr., Amy Leichtenberg, Hera McLeod, Jessica Rose Hernandez, Katie Tagle, Amy Castillo, Josh Powell, the list goes on and on, are just the tip of a gigantic iceberg. Fathers who are rapists, registered sex-offenders, violent domestic violence abusers, drug addicts, etc. are entitled to presumptive/mandatory shared custody due to legislation enacted by “Fathers’ Rights” groups who are essentially male supremacists (see fathersmanifesto.net, a racist, misogynist, homophobic group and an umbrella organization for about 90 fathers’ rights groups that became signatories)….

… it is with very mixed emotions that I find mine is not only not a rare case, but that the problem is so tragically widespread. My experiences with the Massachusetts courts have demonstrated that many judges hold pro se litigants in personal contempt for not knowing the ins and outs of generally expected legal practice, and that in fact most cases are decided in favor of the highest bidder, or perhaps the law firm that pays for the judge to attend a legal seminar in a tourist haven. Moneyed interests– insurance companies, pharmaceutical interests, bankers– they own the courts, with minor exceptions to give the appearance of impartiality.

My suggestion to parents who truly want to protect their children from obvious abusers is to flee this country for asylum. My foster parents came very close to making that choice, but not being biological parents of me, they had zero legal footing to stand on.

I managed to survive a childhood characterized by extreme emotional, psychological, and sexual abuse, within a greater context of contempt and neglect, and a chronic threat of physical abuse. I came to realize that physical abuse was restrained so as to never demonstrate proof.

Recovery is a life long process. Keith’s book is but one paving stone, albeit a very sound and significant one, along our ways. I am very grateful to Keith Snow for bravely printing his findings. May the forces of the greater good connect and support those of us who seek recovery from the travesties of the courts, and may those same forces of the greater good protect and support Keith Snow.

I highly recommend this very well-written, insightful and honest book for anyone who has a family court case. It will open your eyes in ways you will not believe. Keith Harmon Snow is not only an amazing writer, but the lens through which he sees the world is commendable. He is an advocate and tells it like it is. Unless you have been inside this system you might not believe what he reports on but be assured that he has verified and vetted the facts he reports on in this book, I have independently spoken with many of the people mentioned and examined information.

A must for ANYONE in family court, or for friends and family of anyone in a “high conflict” court case or where child abuse or domestic violence has occurred. Thank you Keith for your great coverage of a heart-breaking topic.

Very meticulously researched, beautifully packaged book carrying horrible, timely, essential information for any citizen who believes the justice system needs reform (or in these egregious cases, serious scrutiny followed by outraged action rather)–or perhaps mainly, for anyone who believes our system works just fine as it is. All is not fine. In instances recounted in this book, and which I know apply far beyond its scope, all is the evil opposite of fine. This is not theory–it’s hard hitting facts told in the author’s insistent, passionate yet soundly journalistic prose. Keith you are hero, once this book gets transported to a few of our countries law makers, and read. It just may peak the interest of our Congress to initiate a congressional hearing/ investigation into the corruption, lawlessness, perjury, and fabrication of lies to rip children away from loving families who suffer along with the child(ren), who suffer permanent psychological scars and damage. One of our boys is 3+1/2 and has ptsd!!! In foster care which has immunity from everything.
He has suffered a broken elbow, and his front teeth punctured his Lowe lip and was pushed up into his gums. Along with s habitual cold since cps took him Feb.24, 2015.The judge without hearing our side of the story has issued a termination of parental, and allowed the subsequent adoption by the foster parents who in our first time in family court, stood up and stated she wanted our boys. This day was supposed to be the beginning of reunification of the boys with us…we are now allowed 2 visits a month for two hours under hostile supervision….next month one visit for two hours, then corruption wins out.

If we had seen in the news that children in some faraway place were being ripped from their mothers and forced to endure horrific lives, we would pay attention. When it happens every week in our own country, we look the other way. Our own media doesn’t even see it as a priority. Until someone experiences, first hand, or personally witnesses the corruption of family court, they do not believe that it could possibly be such a regular and frequent reality. Someday it will come out in the open, but that day might be far away, and it will be far too late for far too many children. I hope this book lands in everyone’s hands.

This book is difficult to read because it’s all true. Human trafficking at its worst – even worse than professional guardianship fraud if that’s possible. KIDS FOR CASH was a syndicated crime by judges in Pennsylvania (Google Kids for Cash) that was finally shut down after the lives of thousands of children were ruined. Now the miscreants have figured out a new ploy with the help of CPS to take children from parents (CPS doesn’t get paid unless they take children away from the parents) and then dip into the federal money that was supposed to be available to help kids. Keith Harmon Snow lays it all out in heart-wrenching stories and descriptions of the many “professionals” who trade their souls for money while destroying the lives of our children.

It’s a real shame that this book blames the “white male entitlement” for the corruption in “family” courts, which he wrongly claims affects mostly women. A simple Google search shows that only 17.8 percent of men have primary custody of their children, and not because they don’t want it, but mostly because of the financial incentives that penalize the breadwinner when a divorce occurs. Unless mothers, and fathers unite and accept the fact that children need both parents to grow and develop to their full potentials, “family” courts will continue to wreck havoc with the American family.

      No doubt he will be too busy to reply – he never has – but whether he’ll also be too busy to watch it? I wrote that it may be a chance for him to stand on the side of good. We will see I guess.
      Exposing “Mr Global” is about so much evil. The family law court ‘system’ as we know it, can and will not survive!

  4. I don’t know how anyone except the most starry-eyed optimist could have kids these days.
    And then once they do they can’t wait to put them in daycare and make somebody else look after them. I think in places like Australia depopulation is happening naturally, can’t quite see the urgency or the point of depopulation schemes except as a sort of meat-harvest.
    In old times things didn’t make it to court, there were local support services, such as the local clergy, extended family etc. With all the extravagantly expensive structures in place these days nothing much seems to have improved. It’s an epic fail for all the psychologists and officialdom, there are still plenty of druggies, orphans, prisoners, suicides and all the other casualties.
    The cultural problems underpinning it all presumably originate in places like some of the big Foundations and other such international collectives of weirdos.

    • w3, with respect – the young folk who are red-pilled are our chance to change direction for the positive. I predict less focus on $$ and a return, albeit slow, to family values and extreme (healthy) distrust of bureaucratic authority. Young ones even asking if I’ll come out of retirement and consider home-schooling grandkids. These ‘kids’ aren’t starry-eyed – but they are, sadly, lacking in numbers. Support them from grass-roots old-fashioned style. Lop off the heads of the top-down BS we are guilty of allowing to take over. That happened on our watch.

      • The baby-boomers hippy revolution got subverted by drugs, gurus such as Timothy Leary peddling CIA product, parallel to that, for the squares, mall culture was developed.
        You can put the same crap in a special plastic blister-pack, install it into a shop-fitted feature in the latest mall and sell it for triple, or sell it for the same price and get 10x the volumes. Everything is totally subverted by the masterminds, these few oligarchs, who have shaped our existence by appealing to laziness, weakness and shallowness.

        • w3, you just touched on a topic that I was woken up to with a jolt very recently. I was tasked with dropping off pamphlets at a local shopping centre to the owners or managers. The pamphlets were for them to display in their windows if the “vaccine” card comes into being. The message was that this establishment does not discriminate by certain virtues, such as Vaxxed or not. However, there were no sole traders in that shopping centre. The businesses were either franchises or part of a corporation run from interstate. When I realised this situation I took stock and noticed that the Chinese restaurant that had operated on site for numerous years closed down during the Covid period. The fish and chip shop operating until recently has been closed, I suppose once again because of the Covid sanctions.

          There goes private enterprise apart from big business, who will probably gobble each other up. No competition. Good on you treasonous politicians for doing the dirty work of foreign entities or as Reiner Fuellmich labels them Mr Global.

          • I like to watch early morning TV for a few minutes when I wake up and today they were pushing gender fluidity, emerging generations now are considering their gender options, this predilection of childhood is normal enough, and got a push along as a reaction to the Vietnam war when baby boomer males grew their hair long in rejection of the Military Industrial Complex. However the gender fluidity is currently getting a big push along from the fashion world and we can all guess who sponsors them. Next story was Artificial Intelligence in self-driving cars, cars “learning” about all the variables of driving by a collective experience, in other words a MASSIVE database.
            The themes are coming thick and fast and now everything has to be artificial.

  5. Judges and pedophile protection connection. How many judges are pedophiles?
    Australia has a huge problem with child sex abuse, that can only be solved by exposing them, difficult when code of silence is entrenched. So they continue to abuse innocents for kicks and kickbacks, the main reason courts fail abuse victims.

    In my younger surfing days, noticed that rock spiders were a protected species. A mates wife with young son sitting on sand exposed to, in your face wanking and poo pushing by two men. Hubby went in, told the freaks off, they moved on. These men usually well spoken educated types. Good waves, Dave comes out for a few more, on this beachie in national park. Lo and behold, in thirty minutes, a few policemen show up on the sand waiting for Dave to come in. Told him, never to come here again, if caught doing so will be prosecuted. That was nearly three decades ago.
    They were days before Internet, now problem exponential with child pornography at fingertips, sick bastards protected promoted and profiting. Sick society.

    • A good find, good templates for everyone to start class actions, the last of 3 runs for 101 pages so hopefully Health Ministers and Corporate Health Officers will be in court a lot getting grilled like little meatballs, some smart lawyers will be specialising in this type of case, hopefully the officials concerned will be totally destroyed by all this and their lives ruined, they deserve nothing less than to be vilified and hated by society until their last breath

      • Government minions reading this need not imagine this is some empty invective made in the heat of the moment, it isn’t, I really wish the absolute worst on your masters, if they were rolled over by army tanks in Federation Square / Martin Place I would just say that is way too good for them. We see some ethnic names in one of the multi-party actions listed above, they claim to live in Barangaroo towers, they may be muslims, if they are applying “an eye for an eye” principle I wish them the greatest success.
