An executive order was i “Executive Order Blocking the Property of Persons Involved in Serious Human Rights Abuse or Corruption.”
I can’t find anything written about this in the mainstream, and on December 20, the Washington Post was writing about the executive order on critical minerals. But so far nothing about the order to stop serious human rights abuse and corruption.
I quote extracts from the Executive Order:
“I therefore determine that serious human rights abuse and corruption around the world constitute an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States, and I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat. [My emphasis]
I hereby determine and order:
Section 1. (a) All property and interests in property that are in the United States, that hereafter come within the United States, or that are or hereafter come within the possession or control of any United States person of the following persons are blocked and may not be transferred, paid, exported, withdrawn, or otherwise dealt in:
(i) the persons listed in the Annex to this order;
The persons listed in the Annex are: Mukhtar Hamid Shah, Angel Rondon Rijo, Dan Gertler, Maung Maung Soe, Yahya Jammeh, Sergey Kusiuk, Benjamin Bol Mel, Julio Antonio Juárez Ramírez, Goulnora Islamovna Karimova, Slobodan Tesic, Artem Yuryevich Chayka, Gao Yan, and Roberto Jose Rivas Reyes.
The executive order seems to be targeted at “any foreign person [or entity]… responsible for or complicit in, or to have directly or indirectly engaged in, serious human rights abuse.” Stunning.
It includes “the misappropriation of state assets, the expropriation of private assets for personal gain, corruption related to government contracts or the extraction of natural resources, or bribery… [etc]”
The scope is huge.
Netanyahu — An ‘Exchange’?
Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, has for a long time been criticized for serious human rights abuses against Palestineans — even by fellow Israelis. But Netanyahu is definitely not the target of this executive order. President Trump recently helped the prime minister by declaring Jerusalem the capital of Israel.
So is this part of a “deal,” or an “exchange” or sorts? (i.e., With Trump acknowledging Jerusalem, is he being allowed to go after Bush/Clinton cabal?)

“Gertler is tied to Fleurette Properties Limited. Fleurette has partnerships with Glencore. Glencore is Marc Rich. Marc Rich is the backdoor to the Clinton Foundation. This is how Trump is getting to the Clintons.
“Roberto Jose Rivas Reyes, President of Nicaragua’s Supreme Electoral Council, got covered regarding election fraud by Clinton. Slobodan Tesic… supplied military groups in the civil war in Libya. [Remember Hilary’s “We came, we saw, he died” quote.]
“Gulnara Karimova, the daughter of the late Uzbek strongman Islam Karimov, who is alleged to have headed an organized crime syndicate that used government agencies to expropriate businesses, monopolize markets, solicit bribes and run extortion rackets. She is connected to the Clinton Foundation.
“In another back door to the Clintons, you have former President of Gambia, Yahya Jammeh, who supposedly was put into place by the CIA under Clinton.
“Benjamin Bol Mel, got military supplements from Clinton even though [South Sudan was] using child soldiers.”
Back in June 2016, the Intercept wrote:
“The United States… passed a law in 2008 that banned providing military assistance to nations that use child soldiers… but after South Sudan’s independence, the White House issued annual waivers that kept aid flowing to the world’s newest nation despite its use of child soldiers.”
The list seems to include some vicious people with connections to organ trafficking (Mukhtar Hamid Shah), and those who have used bribes and connections to get contracts. It also includes people who have mistreated human rights activists, journalists and peaceful protesters.
What is really happening? Benjamin Fulford wrote yesterday:
“The UN needs to be reformed and both parties agreed on that issue and it is our Opinion that this Institution will soon be moved to Jeruzalem… A Debt Jubilee is being Negotiated with the Illuminati Bloodline Representatives, and
“Soros has been Arrested along with other Cabal Leaders who are being interrogated.”
Soros arrested? (Fulford video here) One would hope so. But maybe that is wishful thinking — and that he arrested and taken away in a sleigh drawn by reindeer?
Oh, Gao Yan is apparently hiding somewhere in Australia.
Some reports are saying that this order is the cauterizing of the Bush/Obama/Clinton cabal.

Dee, I have not had a chance to look into it, but this EO has something to do with a law passed by Congress in 2016 called the Global Magnitsky Act, which allows the president to impose visa bans and sanctions on individuals anywhere in the world responsible for committing human rights violations.

Good Guys? Yes indeed. As a cadet reporter I was taught by ethical elders “if in doubt, leave out.” That referred to any misgivings I might have about the accuracy of my stories or quotes. I changed that to a lifelong personal guideline – “if in doubt, FIND OUT.” What I have since found out – over more than 50 years – is that a group of families, the Rothschilds being one of the main “dynasties,” have used money, power and blackmail to either destroy their opponents (think Gough Whitlam, or New Zealand’s “King Dick” Seddon, or Lincoln or Kennedy) or insert their minions not only in governments (think Woodrow Wilson and the Clintons and Obama among others), but also in the media and government agencies and the military.
