Wendy Hoffman was born in Forest Hills, NY in 1943. She had two notable careers – one as a choreographer of dance in New York City, and one as a clinical social worker in Baltimore. Although she had suffered immense cruelty in childhood, she did not know about it. Yes, that is true of many persons who were put through torture in the mind-control program. Your past gets locked into an amnesiac state.
Wendy’s programming was done in a satanic family setting. She has described it in two books – Enslaved Queen: A Memoir about Mind Control and Electricity (2014), and White Witch in a Black Robe: A True Story about Criminal Mind Control. Now, at age 77, she has written a new book, A Brain of My Own (2020). We have covered her previous books at Gumshoe, and soon we will review the new one.
The present article is not a review. It is a series of quotes that are scattered throughout the book A Brain of My Own. I chose ones that I think will be extraordinarily valuable to persons struggling with an attempt to escape mind control. Wendy is an inspirational lady. The subtitle of the book is “A memoir about dissociation dissolved”!
(Note: I have checked the status of the mind control operation, via 15 years of research and interviewing, and am certain it is genuine. If you want to debate whether Ms Hoffman is being honest, please meet me behind the shed, and I’m sure we can work something out.)
The Setting of This Book
In 2013, at age 70, Wendy started to break out of her – what do you call it – dissociative state. She started to integrate her “alter” personalities. In 2014, Canadian therapist Alison Miller did intense work with Wendy. After a while, American Wendy was required to leave Canada.
From 2015 to 2017 she lived with “friends” – Liz and Hank — on the US West Coast who turned out to be members of a satanic coven. They knew she had published two books and were instructed to prevent her from further collusion with Alison Miller. Actually, she and Alison had collaborated on a book for professional therapists, entitled From the Trenches.
The main point here is that although Wendy had come a long way on regaining her life, she was able to be controlled yet again — and not know it.

We, the normals, have to jump on this. It was our fault for letting it happen by the abnormals – and their number is not decreasing today. Rise up, O Normals!

Excerpts from A Brain of My Own:
6 I believe this kind of thing happens to many surviving victims who have high level secret knowledge of how these cults operate. Therapists should assume the victims are still being tortured. The use of the smell of faeces started early in life under Illuminati control.
7 “You will empower the world with an evil, dark force. You are isolated, separate from the world.” The programmer smears faeces on the victim.
9 During one of my trips west, I thought that I couldn’t find my current passport because I didn’t recognize the photo of my face. Who is this? I thought. My perpetrator programmed me not to recognize myself in my passport photo.
11 The desire for freedom can be stronger than mind control.
16 Once I left New York I received all Nazi programming [as opposed to Illuminati, earlier.]
17 In Victoria, 2013, Allison and I grew close… My front parts always remained present. All of me wanted to know my life.
21 All torture goes into specific internal parts. I was tortured when this happened. But time does not touch inside personalities. [An 8-year-old part will always be 8]. In their thumb torture machine, the torturer dislocated my eight and seventy year old thumb.
23 Some of the very finest people I know come from mind control cults. The near-constant torture has heightened their inherent generosity of spirit and empathy… but after you become co-conscious, it may be too dangerous to have friends who are still amnesiac.
26 One problem with dissociation is that each part thinks of itself as the only real person. Don’t think of yourself as many people. They are divisions, pieces, circuits in your one brain. You are one, not different people.
29 Soldier parts inside are trained to take physical pain… they think they don’t deserve anything more than to cover other parts during violence…. They have no expectations of receiving help or escaping. So they accept their minute lives… Some internal parts are more courageous than others…. During co-consciousness and integration, the ones that hold the emotions start letting the rest of the system know of their despair. Extended periods of grieving follow…. The acute pain eventually passes.
30 Evil is lustful, not rational. It is uncanny how we adapt to anything.
30 Don’t take pills they give you they are probably suicide pills.
33 There is no justice. Your torturers read about the cues in your information books. [The original programmers record all the techniques used on a person; it is now done online.]
38 They often use cold and ice to cement programming. They put a cloth over my face, a shot in my arm… slept a drugged sleep. Woke up blurry and achy. Mistakenly thought body memories were coming up… perhaps [other victims] too mistake current physical pain for body memories.
39 A programmer called out the part named Reserved Mind, showed me a photo of Liz, and said “This is where you will go next… nowhere else … you can trust her. If you don’t go to Liz’s house, we will have to kill Alison and her sweet dog”
39 He injected my stomach “This will fix you.” I think this gave me shingles, which I came down with a little later.
39K when you have intense physical pain, it is difficult to be willful.
44 The suit of clubs [in a deck of cards] indicates that you are lowly. Hank, I assume, is one of the fixer programmers, who go around reinforcing programming that has lapsed…. Even as the brain has sections, the whole satanic organization also has groups and divisions.
45 They have modest homes. and some money. In exchange all they have to do is torture. They use religion as a curtain.
45 If programmers said to a victim’s brain in general that they want a criminal task performed and not remembered, nothing would occur. They have to call out specific parts by means of instructions and cues planted long ago. That makes the rest of the mind vanish and not even be aware of going away….
45 Programmers “dress” personalities within the brain with costumes. All the inside parts are trained not to talk to anyone not even to each other. A child victim’s bruised and fragmented brain has no rest.
46 My original programmer, Max, had segregated these parts, and Mengele of the Nazi section highjacked them ” can take a bit, piece, sliver of anyone…. Only I have them…I can do anything”…He showed me a brick wall. 13 imaginary brick walls guarded this area [of the brain]. “Close her down — ice, IV, lots and lots of electricity.”
46-47 Max gave me drugs to create paralysis, then tied me up and told me to run. He informed these parts that I would never escape… If they murdered someone it would be my fault because I misbehaved. The abusers used the visuals of tarrot cards to seal the programs.
47 My Israeil programmer told me “You belong to us…if we ever do call you out, then the Angel of Mercy will lead you to your death.” [suicide].
53 “Knock her out” A rag of drugs when over my face. Liz said “Watch her foot, we don’t want any bruises.” Bruises evoke memory…. In the basement black chair: “Alison is your enemy.”
57 When I moved to Prim, Liz said “We had to give up some privacy, but I made a friend,” implying that she and I had become friends. Every single word out of these people is programming.
59 Liz had summoned three-year old parts in me whose cheek bone had been broken. They build new trauma on past traumas. No wonder I have such problems with my jaw and ear.
60 Hurt and angry, a sliver in me jumped out of my evoked heart and combined my parents’ betrayal and Allison bringing Liz and Hank into my life. In the morning, I remember nothing. During this time, a local government office gave Liz an award for doing extra good community protection. Her family and I attended the ceremony.
61 Either Liz or Jeff must have reported Liz’s blunder-that she said I was destroying them. Hank called out young tortured ones…did hand signals, and strangled me to make me feel more powerless. “You are not destroying us, nothing, a worm who crawls…. Come out and listen carefully, slut bitch imbecile, whore.” (They often use four pronouns in a row to insult). He showed me Liz’s red bat and tried to blot out all memory. “You never saw this… Liz is your friend.”
62 Here they contradicted themselves, first they said Allison meant to hurt me by sending me to them. Then they said Liz is wonderful…even one slip can make mind control crumble if other listening parts register the misinformation.
66 If you are a helper, keep telling the person you are helping not to protect you. Some surviving victims will sacrifice themselves to protect others.
68 Most programming sessions involve victims being tied up, having a head vice tightened continuously, being electric shocked or tasered, and having guns held to them.
69 Hank said “At least you got some furniture out of it.” He broke a barrier. He hinted that I got something and lost something. Any implication can cut through electricity and drugs and bring out the inside kernel that holds the truth.
73 We ate as Liz kicked my shins under the table. ‘m supposed to always pay for her meals. Some of me must have been more healed then, because for the first time I didn’t pay.
74 And I wonder if any external witness saw but is too afraid to tell. Terror wipes out other feelings.
75 Satanism is soul abuse. Remembering and then discovering who you are begins the repair of the soul.

88 They had made Rachel a big fish in this little pond of a rural coven…but their commanders were happy to sacrifice them too. We are all stooges in this satanic world of theirs.
91 I wondered why Allison wasn’t doing or saying something to stop me.
92 Liz whispered to her husband “Something’s slipping” (I wasn’t supposed to hear that.) Liz was right. Something was slipping. It would take another year before I achieved full recognition of what had happened and who they were.
92 [One thing necessary] for programmed amnesia is the separation of ordinary life parts (front people) from inside personalities who are trained to function in criminal ways.
93 The two divisions were not allowed to communicate. The two essentials of recovery are: 1. knowing which personality holds the specific information, and 2. having the front people aware of what has happened in your life.
93 If you are caught again, perpetrators will place thick barriers between parts talking among themselves… If you dissolved barriers once…you can do it again. You can match and surpass their perseverance. You can be free.
93 Satanists destroy their victims’ identity and self-worth, which you need in order to tolerate change…. Wouldn’t it be worth anything to be able to live even for a little while as life was meant to be and no longer as a puppet of sick peoples’ perverse experiments?
94 Let surviving victims’ souls lead them to freedom.
94 Their car came very close to mine…I leaned on my horn…they turned their car around. Your actions can stop perpetrators. You can be terrified and still act rationally. You can protect yourself. I made it home safely.
97 Satanists can torture too much. If a cup becomes overly full, it spills, and memories slide out. Compulsive satanism boomerangs like any addiction….
97 The Alaska shock opened the next phase of my expedition to unification. Any signal, encouragement, or account of someone’s life can allow an inside part to burst its barricades. Satanists are afraid of victims’ capabilities.
98 Being with good people is how you learn to be human…I have secret knowledge but have not experienced normal life.
99 They called out starving, untouched, unloved infants in me…
100 I would like to kill, first tear apart limb by limb, organ by organ, all the people have hurt me there.
101 My life has been a lie. My relationships have been lies. I have been a false person.
101 TV shows had no meaning for me, but once in a while, one was about real betrayal. Then I would relate and feel that I wasn’t the only one in the world. My heart feels slashed that all those “friends” in Prim turned out to be enemies…. Emotional pain can give birth to freedom.
106 When I moderated online surviving victims’ discussion groups, I learned that many if not most feel abandoned. Being abandoned by therapists is one of its common themes. It is difficult to lose the only person who helps you know your story and still believes in you…. Grief is like a team of horses suddenly released into the wild. It is unstoppable.
107 Therapists reach in and bring hidden away infants to the precipice of humanity. What happens when the therapist is no longer there? …
107 We still live in an age that does not believe that the world is run by the most evil people, and that children are trafficked and don’t remember.
110 Since this loss [of Alison] bled into my other losses, different parts revealed themselves. They expressed a combination of anger, disappointment, and despair. To create personalities, programmers strip away every remnant of self-esteem and identity. These newly discovered parts repeated to the rest of me what programmers had said to them: “You are unloved. No one will want you.”
After each statement, torture — a cigarette burn on my infant feet alternating with an electric shock — to cement the learning. “You are a burden.” You are a throw-away. You are a rag.”
111 I succumbed to fear. Gradually, my body bounced back and my gumption returned. I have not been tortured in over three years. [2017-2020]. My body feels much looser. My neck barely hurts.
118 Online discussion groups where surviving victims can post may sometimes be helpful, but they are heavily infiltrated and leave surviving victims open and vulnerable.
122K The rest of me answers “I’ll never leave you because you are me and I am you. When I die, you’ll die… The others left you because they were people other than you, but I you and you are me. You don’t have to be so scared and always running.
Me: “It’s not your shame. It’s their shame.” Alexandria: “Everyone will smell shit on me.” Me: “you smell delicious.” Iphigenia: “why couldn’t we have had the same life as other people? Why did this happen to us?” Me: “Our blood line got trapped a long time ago. One person’s bad decision that was hard to undo. It is a tragedy.”

How America ends: Mass mental poisoning triggers tipping point of collapse

I did listen to that last night and I think the effects of metals poisoning etc may be somewhat overstated compared to the effects of TV, alcohol, junk food etc which represents a much larger fraction of total intake than trace metals. One really needs to have a proper diet. The doctor did a blood test and told me 3 times that my blood was better than hers.

The old saying “we are being farmed” has been true since farmers overpowered nomads a long time ago. People talk about mystery civilisations coming and going and great deluges etc but the transition from nomad to farmer was the big one. Before that warriors had to fight off wild beasts, after that we were all farmers and farmed in one way or another.

When we are all fully intensively farmed, the process is well underway now, varmints on hobby farms will be plucked (sorry Schulze), and a process of selection will be started with whatever is left after the great cull of useless eaters. This selection will be roughly like dog breeding over the centuries and result in various types such as “dumb ox”, “worker ant”, “sex-kitten”, “brain slave” and so forth. Within a few generations we should see these forms emerging more clearly. Like horses we will individually have to be culled at the age of uselessness.
Rockerfellas and the old geezers running this show are waiting for more life extension therapeutics, in the meantime they are terrified of catching the flu, they could be knocked over by a feather already, regardless of all new body organs and every other treatment. They don’t wish to be locked up on an island somewhere so they lock all of us up instead. Easy to see who is the farmer and who is the farmed. Free and slave is the same thing now we have cubicles and a globalised banking system.
It would be so easy for the farmed to escape but they have surrendered already. I have unfortunately experienced something along the same lines as this article describes.
My first wife , who was very bright and 100% normal, ended up completely disassociated similar to what I read here.
Her story is a long one, and after going through it , I am still at a lose as to what happened to her.
Through a series of events, she was admitted to a hospital in Beecroft Sydney ” Chelmsford Hospital “.
Some of you may know of that hospital, I will never forget it.
She was under the care of a Dr Bailey, who experimented with electric shock therapy and also deep sleep therapy.
My wife went in as one person and 10 weeks later, came out as multiple people ( that’s the only way I can describe it ). From day one I was not allowed to see her or visit her, trust me it got to a point where I tried to force the issue to no avail.
To this day, I have no idea what they did to her, I only know they totally destroyed the wife I knew.
After she was finally released and allowed to come home, I had no idea what the next 2 years were going to manifest.
By way of example , I will share a couple with you .
1: Many times I would wake up in the middle of the night, with my wife hitting and or punching me , on other occasions trying to stab me with a knife. She was convinced she had to kill me, because I was talking to the neighbors about her , ( totally untrue )
2: I came home from work one day to find that she had moved into my neighbors house and commandeered the neighbors daughter’s room as her own.
The poor teenage neighbor, was reduced to sleeping on the lounge.
That experience ended up, long story short , for over 2 weeks. We could not convince her to come back next door to her house. It was an absolute disaster, and something I would never like to experience again EVER.!!
I really do not know to this day, what happened to my wife , the only thing I do know , is that SHE was gone, from the day I bought her home from that hospital.
As you could imagine , there were many other experience’s , we went through , most bizarre to say the least.
After 2 year’s, and based on one brilliant Doctors advice, we separated and divorced. ( Very hard to go through ).
Later on, the whole Chelmsford Hospital nightmare was uncovered and exposed.
It was discovered during the investigation, that Dr Bailey had been sexually assaulting many of his patients, including my wife.
In a welcomed fate, he committed suicide during the trial. The hospital was shut down, leaving many patients , as I would call it fried.
The point of sharing this with you is , to give you a first hand account of mind change within a person.
I am a very patient and determined person, I believed I would be able to get my wife back. It didnt happen.!!!
The mad doctor genre of horror story and old movies was snuffed out and only David Cronenberg seemed to continue it, I have noticed one or two others trying it on and being shut down by producers.

We were originally referred to Chelmsford and Bailey from a Dr Dawson who had a practice in Hornsby, she claimed at the time, this was state of the art medical technology, and highly recommended it to us.

We couldn’t believe it, but accepted it under the circumstances.
Time drifted on with our conversation, when I suddenly thought my wife had been in the bathroom too long, I went to investigate.
I knocked , however recieved no answer, so I opened the door to ask how long she would be .
Much to my shock and horror , my wife was calmly sitting on the toilet, with a razor blade in hand slicing through he wrist. It was very bad and very deep.
There was so much blood, she was covered in it. Strange as it seems and due to many bizarre events I had encountered with her condition, I was very calm , I asked her what she was doing, she answed to my surprise , NOTHING.
So you can imagine how the dinner went ? Ambulance and hospital.
For me, the thing that affected me the most about the whole Chelmsford experience, was Bailey , he was one arrogant, narcissist prick , who ruined our lives, however he never owned anything that he did as wrong.
He also took a liking to my wife, and would summon her to his Macquarie St Practice for special therapy, (Sex Therapy)
People just cant imagine how much of her mind was gone and totally erased, she still knew me, however she gravitated to very young childish behavior at times out of the blue.

You missed the story about Fauci in the gay bar and steam room, more relevant I would have thought. As for war deaths, all sorts of nastiness happens, I would not discount a lot of stuff. I remember a video of a skeleton man with about 5% life left in him being kindly assisted into a mass grave where he could lie down on all his dead and dying friends while he waited to die or get buried by the bulldozer I guess.
