On 14 May, 1960 US President Eisenhower signed an authorization to form The Centre for Cultural and Technical Interchange at The University of Hawaii.

On 31 August, 1960 an appropriation and management agreement was signed with the Department of State.

In 1961, $10 million was allocated for the Centre. $8.2 to be used for capital expenditure, for the construction of 6 new buildings.

On 30 September, 1961  JFK signed a Supplementary Appropriation Act (1962) for an additional $3.3 million for The Centre.

The East-West Centre

The Facilities at The University of Hawaii, became The East-West Centre — under the control of CIA’s Gregory Bateson. In the period of 1966 to 1973, CIA’s Richard Helms [1913 – 2002] regarded the EW Centre as one of the five premier CIA facilities in the world. DARPA-NASA, Operation Camelot, and MK-Ultra Operations, were conducted there. Even some controlled Auschwitz experiments were continued — among many other ‘developments’.

CIA double agent Jon Lodeesen (Operation Rollback) was the handler of Rev. Jim Jones, the orchestrator of the 1978 Jonestown Mass Murder (918 people including 304 children). Jones was shot, on the day, after the event.

Both Jones and the still confused Sirhan Sirhan were “trained” (psychological conditioning) at the MK-Ultra Facility at the University of Hawaii, EW Centre — as have many others.

Bobby Kennedy

There was a woman photographed with a polka dot dress, leaving the Bobby Kennedy Murder Scene (a brief shot of her appears in this video), just prior to Sirhan Sirhan allegedly shooting Kennedy. Sirhan missed his target directly in front of him. [In 2011 it was reported that Sirhan said that a mystery girl had let him into the pantry of the hotel where the shooting had taken place and had pinched him on the shoulder, a gesture which he said had sent him into “range mode.”]

Kennedy was shot by CIA’s Thane Cesar, directly behind his right ear, with a small caliber.

It is a particular technique where the bullet spins in the head cavity, destroying the brain, with insufficient momentum to escape. Therefore there is a small somewhat hidden entry hole (confused with blood escaping the ears).

Sirhan was hypnotized, but moved from the triggering area. He fired but missed killing Kennedy from directly in front. Cesar was holding Kennedy’s right arm from behind. As with other assassinations — including that of JFK, there has to be collusion with autopsy reports. RFK died a day later. His brain was destroyed by the Cesar shot.

Cesar was the back-up shooter — as was Jack Lawrence in the JFK Assassination.

As Kennedy fell, he grabbed Cesar’s clip-on tie which fell to Kennedy’s right. When the photograph appeared, on the cover of ‘Life’ magazine, the tie was masked out. Why?

Both Kennedys were opposed to the Vietnam War — a war which eventually bankrupted America. (In 1972, defaulting on French and German gold payments, Nixon securitized Public Lands and World Heritage Lands for resources.)

To demonstrate psychological conditioning, mentalist and illusionist Derren Brown, produced a television special where he ‘conditioned’ Chris Derren with ‘psychological triggers’ to assassinate the popular British actor Stephen Fry. [Chris did the ‘assassination’, though he had no recall of having done so.] In this Youtube clip of the event (below), the polka dot dress woman is one of the repeated ‘triggers’ that was used. I have seen the many hours of footage concerning the training and conditioning that led to this demonstration. The trainers were verifying that the ‘conditioning’ does actually work. In this television special, Fry was a party to the experiment, and of course the gun had blank rounds.

Obama and The East-West Centre

There is also a link between Obama and the East-West Centre.

In searching the ‘published’ White House Obamas’ Genealogical Charts, it is amazing how well records were maintained for so many generations in the little villages of Kenya and also in the back blocks of Chicago. There are some 81 names listed for the pair as an extended and immediate ‘family’, and some 6 generations for the pair. It is difficult to determine what is reality and what is enthusiastic input, to give depth to one of America’s truly great families — so this writer has chosen the path of only believing what is verifiable by multiple sources.

It was at the East-West Centre where Obama Senior and Junior, and Stanley Ann Dunham [Obama’s mother] were also trained and indoctrinated. Obama II is three generations CIA from his ‘mothers’ side, and two generations from his father’s.

We had a gay President (Obama) ‘married’ to a wife born a male, with two borrowed (Nesbitt) daughters, posing as a unit. The ‘marriage’ of 1992, was not correctly dated by either when asked, and the early years of the purported first ‘family’ was supported by one photo-shopped black and white image.

Obama was also unable to produce a legitimate birth certificate from Hawaii, Indonesia, or Kenya.

By researching independently, and to no more than three generations — including Obama — the writer has been able to confirm the following by cross-referencing, and the use of Intel file notes. CIA operatives were recorded through three generations along the alleged maternal line and two generations along the paternal line.

And the common meeting point is the infamous CIA Training and Research Facility at the University of Hawaii, known as The East-West Centre.

On more than one occasion, Obama Snr. and Dunham had mentioned leaving the young Obama with the Salvation Army for adoption. Rather than initial contact, it was a projected ‘return’ to the Salvation Army.

As (President) Obama had slipped in a speech referring to Michelle as Michael — so too did he slip by referring to Dunham’s father (his grandfather) as ‘dad’. He was raised by his alleged grandparents.

If Obama, as an African American, reached the presidency honestly, then it is an issue of pride. If however, that attainment of the presidency was by a series of CIA deceptions, then there is a problem. And certainly the legislative and regulatory raft and decisions derived from his being in office, are deeply questionable.

Certainly his conduct as President and of those he appointed to high office, has justly come to be questioned over the recent year — as their veil of non-transparency, and Deep State activities is being exposed.

  1. I agree with G5 that it’s sad that we are given a hero story that can only be scheduled to fall apart later and hurt everyone.

    I’d like to see African Americans throwing a fit over being used in this way. On the campaign trail in Alabama I met a few young black men who are impressive community leaders — self-initiated — and not needing any phoney story.

    Re the birth certificate thing, “someone” spent a lot of money in courts in 2008 to prevent anyone winning a lawsuit to get proof of Barack’s (or McCain’s) eligibility. Shame on the American people for saying there was no need to hold the candidates accountable as to their eligibility. Zheesh!

    And shame on the CIA for harming Barack as a child if that is what they did. Brice Taylor says she was tortured at Maui Naval Base which is but a 10-minute drive to the East-West Centre.

    Accountable, accountable, accountable.

It’s just another example of how arrogant the controlling elite are , from a dopey peanut farmer to a b grade actor then an autististic bush jnr and onwards to a gay/alien with an transsexual partner and now the trump card , time and again they laugh at the ignorance of their people and put PUPPETS in the place of president. It’s all a big farce.. but we just preaching to the converted here…..

    • Bondi, I rarely preach to the converted. I am trying to find ways to excite, or lure, the unconverted.

      But if they are not reachable (largely they are not), then the next task is to round up the converted into an action plan.

      “We happy few, we band of brothers”. etc.

      Look how much one person, Fiona Barnett, has accomplished. And at great risk. I assumed she had been knocked off, but she survived (age 46-ish, I think).

  4. Thanks G5 for confirmation of what many of us have already “known” or at least suspected about Barry Soetoro (aka Barack HUSSEIN Obama) and his “wife” Michelle (aka Michael Le Vaughn Robinson).

    One simple question. How in hell did the CIA get so bloody EVIL??? Or did they begin that way?

    And did CIA Director William Casey really say, “We’ll Know Our Disinformation Program Is Complete When Everything the American Public Believes Is False.”

    If true, he was one sick mutha.

  6. Berry, Michael Meiers wrote a 750 page book in 1988 entitled “Was Jonestown massacre a CIA medical Experiment?” Here is Nacy G’s customer review at amazon:

    I’m afraid the brainwashing in the Jonestown incident was done against us. Michael Meiers is to be commended for his research. His connecting Jonestown to, ultimately, a legacy medical racial experiment (Jonestown was 85% black 90% female–with a white leadership) passed down from Nazi doctor Joseph Mengele is most thought-provoking, if not down-right frightful.

    Yet even this is consistent with other historical accounts’ ommissions in covering Jim Jones’ life…his tenure in Brazil in the 1960s. One much applauded made-for-TV film is an example Story of Jim Jones – Guyana Tragedy. While doing a great job of propping-up the lone gunman, I mean madman, Jim Jones, this crucial background is overlooked in this CBS production. One must be wary watching stuff like this…..
