Australian Journalist Chris Uhlmann Demolishes Trump After 'G19' and Prostestors

President Putin and Trump at the G20

by Dee McLachlan

The Guardian reported:

“Australian journalist demolishes Trump at G20: ‘biggest threat to the west’.”

An Australian journalist demolishes Trump? And now Uhlmann’s commentary (a YouTube) of the American president has gone viral. He says Trump is a man with “no desire and no capacity to lead the world”.

If he had followed the election, he would have known that Trump had no desire to lead the world. Trump promised to focus on America. Uhlmann, in his broadcast (below), said:

“…what we already knew Barry is that the president of the United States has a particular skill set that he’s identified an illness in Western democracies but he has no cure for it and seems intent on exploiting it.”

Does Uhlmann agree that there is an illness in Western democracies? And does this mean that other leaders are unable to recognize this? At least one leader realizes we are in trouble.

Uhlmann went on:

“[He] barks out bile in 140 characters, [and] wastes his precious days as president at war with the West’s institutions like the judiciary, independent government agencies and the free press.”

Free press? Uhlmann, part of the tightly controlled press, left out the word “fake”.

“…The G20 became the G19 as it ended on the Paris climate Accords the US was left isolated and friendless… [Really? He spent almost two hours and 16 minutes in a (friendly) meeting with President Putin]

“…a deft president would have found an issue around which he could rally most of the leaders and he had the perfect one North Korea’s missile tests [and “promote” yet ANOTHER war?]

“…Donald Trump’s a man who craves power… [and] has pressed fast forward on the decline of the United States as a global leader he managed to isolate his nation to confuse and alienate his allies and to diminish America…”

It seems Uhlmann is more comfortable with the past America — the America that invaded and bombed countless countries. One can reflect on the more recent disasters in Iraq, Libya and Syria — but Global Research has a long list here.

It seems Uhlmann has bought the political theatrics hook, line and sinker. He doesn’t seem to realize that these political figure are merely puppets of their banking and global masters. Trump, it could be said, is possibly the least controlled out of the elected leaders — but still controlled.

As G5 wrote on the G20:

“…all ‘decisions‘ are made months in advance, and on an ongoing basis. As all such theatricals. The ‘meetings‘ are photo ops for the suckers.”

Uhlmann’s video:

Talking about free press… during the G20, I never heard from the protesters.

Curb the Protestors — Calls for a Database

The coverage in the MSM was only about what these protesters were doing — not why they were out on the streets protesting.

From many of the photographs it seemed tens of thousands of people were quietly gathering, but the MSM never gave them a voice.

Then the protests turned nasty. With violent clashes and injuries to nearly 500 police officers, allies of Angela Merkel have called for new curbs on leftwing, anti-capitalist militants — plus a Europe-wide extremism database.

  1. Isn’t it a fact that in this report Chris Uhlman actually demolishes his own credibility? Trump has ripped apart the debilitating PC shroud and he knows that Climate Change is a mechanism designed to destroy western civilization.
Anyone interested in this thought construct please read Juergen Graf’s book that deals with the destruction of the Europeans – White World Awake: Stopping the planned extermination of the European Volk – https://www.amazon.com/White-World-Stopping-Planned-Extermination/dp/193778732X

  2. As an Australian myself, I am EMBARRASSED that this idiot claims to be speaking on my behalf. EXCUSE me, since when have the Australian people allowed a Journalist, and not even a good one, to allegedly speak for us ??? I’m a little taken aback to by his words, I thought journalists were supposed to report the news, NOT MAKE THE NEWS WITH HIS OWN INTERPRETATION OF THE NEWS. B.T.W. this guy works for the ABC Australia, a very heavily Government controlled media, financed by the Government, thus everything it publishes usually conforms to the dictates of the Australian Government.
It therefore exposes a glitch within our Government and the propaganda perveyors in the media, this guy’s statements seemed to contradict Turnbull’s views and public statements he has made on the issue, Press Club statements excepted.
Could it be, that contrary to the public front, things are not as hunky dory in the hallowed halls of power as we are expected to believe, with the love affair between the U.S. and Australia ?
Personaly I cant wait for it to end, and Australia grow a pair and develop our own foreign affairs policy serving OUR interests for a change. Hope I live that long.

  3. It is not the job of the US President to lead the World. That is nobody’s job. Each sovereign nation has it’s own leader, who is supposed to make decisions for the World’s populations, by consensus with the other leaders.

  4. Yes Dee, apparently there were many tens of thousands of protesters but I have seen nothing of their protesting concerns.
It doesn’t much matter what action dissident thinking takes, the distraction agencies are out in force.
What might the result have been if these people had instead traveled to the office of their MP’s in small numbers, with good information, intelligent spokespersons, and a camera to record and publish the tabling of consistent quality documents and questions designed to uncover our real condition?

  5. It appeared to me, while watching this video clip, that even though Mr Trump had “no friends” at this gathering Malcolm Turnbull did his bit of grovelling.

  6. Annother reason to sell the ABC, pocket the capital and reduce our debt by another one billion per year and have the ABC journos find a living at CNN or with the murdocracy.

  7. IMHO, this is’ storm in a teacup’ journalism. Uhlmann, like the rest of his ‘clique’, believe only they have the nous in how this world should be operating, but Trump has news for them all.

With a Russian/American alliance against the Globalists now in the making, the Globalists and their enablers, the Banks and the Corporations, know they are losing their agenda to control the entire planet and are going to extremes to counter what Trump has already done and plans to do to save the American economy from the next massive depression, brought about by the Globalists, while saving the American Dollar from being destroyed and replaced by the Globalist one world currency – whatever that was is to be.

    Bitcoin maybe?

I would call this article a good takedown and expose of Chris Uhlmann and his ’employers’ real agenda.

  8. “storm in a teacup journalism” — me thinks a bit more than this more like the mad hatters tea party well orchestrated political elite agenda a construct from Tavistock social engineering -control of the media networks using the politics of fear and mass propaganda and mind control techniques.. Re protesters—-as I watched- it was clear to me there were masked protesters who were conveniently positioned in a focal place–when told to remove their masks they refused thus providing the excusr-to open fire-water cannons and brute force onto the crowds and then selectively report the chaos through international media outlets.. A strategy replicated around the world–Melbourne and Canberra are very skilled at this— “planned violence thuggery” i have witnessed and experienced it personally.
Investigative journalists and writers are my heroes-Dee, Mary not to mention Pilger and Lydia Cacho- she speaks of “the power that journalism has to give a voice to those who have been silenced by the crushing weight of violence.”

    • Some more about Investigative journalists: I met Lydia Cacho at a writers festival in Melbourne a few years ago.

“Lydia Cacho Ribeiro (born Mexico City, 12 April 1963[1]) is a Mexican journalist, feminist, and human rights activist. Described by Amnesty International as “perhaps Mexico’s most famous investigative journalist and women’s rights advocate”, Cacho’s reporting focuses on violence against and sexual abuse of women and children.[2]”

Lydia Cacho and Anabel Hernández on the risks of speaking truth to power. Published May 17, 2017 by Bill Swainson. “In Mexico where life is held cheap, journalists who voice inconvenient truths are likely to be murdered or ‘disappeared’. According to the human rights charity Article 19, more than 100 Mexican journalists have been killed in the course of their work since the year 2000. And as 95 percent of reported crimes never come to trial, criminals, cartel overlords and corrupt officials act with impunity, with the result that civic society and the rule of law are thoroughly undermined. Journalists like Lydia Cacho and Anabel Hernández, who are relentless in their pursuit of the truth, find out sooner rather than later the consequences of good journalism.”
“As for Hernández, as well as contributing two essays on the kidnapping of 43 students from Ayotzinapa in Mexico’s impoverished Guerrero province and the aftermath of that mass ‘disappearance’ to The Sorrows of Mexico, Anabel Hernández is also the author of Narcoland: The Mexican Drug Lords and their Godfathers (Verso, 2013).”
      Also Dangerous Women Project :
“Lucy Popescu worked with the English Centre of PEN, the international association of writers, for over 20 years and was Director of its Writers in Prison Committee from 1991 to 2006. She co-edited the PEN anthology Another Sky published by Profile Books in 2007. The Good Tourist, her book about human rights and ethical travel, was published by Arcadia Books in 2008. She is the editor of A Country of Refuge, an anthology of writing on asylum seekers by some of Britain and Ireland’s finest writers, published by Unbound in 2016. Six hundred and fifty copies were recently presented to British MPs to read over the Christmas recess.”

  9. Excellent work Dee. Watching Uhlman I was struck with the thought that this is exactly the speech Trump’s detractors in the US want to hear. I suspect that they wrote it for him. And as Eddy above says, on what basis does Uhlman take it upon himself to decry the fact Trump doesn’t want the US to continue to dominate the world? Given their track record over the past 70 years the less they “dominate” the better.

  10. The whole western media is anti Trump.
Speaks volumes as to show how controlled it is.
OT – the great Brighton terrists siege in Victoria. Big news one day, gone the next. Apparently 3 police injured, which led me to this thought – wouldn’t the cops injured on duty while carrying out terrists cases been awarded bravery honours for their valor? What of the 2 cops attacked by Numan Hader ( nearly typed Human Nature there) and the 3 cops injured in Brighton? That mysterious phone call to Ch7, the leading terrists channel?
Or should we just file it with flat earth, Mandela effect and Jesus returning on September 21…?
