This article gives the Prosecutor’s Opening Statement in a moot court trial. The accused, Mr X, could be any one of several well-known players in the vaccine field .
Ladies and Gentlemen of the Jury,
You will be hearing about three charges brought against Mr X, per the Grand Jury indictment dated December 20, 2021. These are: genocide, treason, and development of a bioweapon. I’m going to read you what the law says, as many citizens think these crimes are only to be used in connection with a foreign enemy.
Genocide
In 1987, Congress passed domestic law against genocide; it was called the Proxmire Act. It says:
“Whoever, whether in time of peace or in time of war and with the specific intent to destroy, in whole or in substantial part, a national, ethnic, racial, or religious group as such — kills members of that group; causes serious bodily injury to members of that group; causes the permanent impairment of the mental faculties of members … or subjects the group to conditions of life that are intended to cause the physical destruction of the group in whole or in part “…. will be punished.” [18 USC 1091]
Furthermore, “Any person who attempts or conspires to commit an offense under this section shall be punished in the same manner as a person who completes the offense.”
I will show you how Mr X meets the criteria of killing and causing bodily injury to a national group, namely Americans, by medical malice connected to vaccines. He may have done something similar overseas as well, but this trial is not about that.
Treason
As you can see, Mr X is an enemy to his own people, and thus the charge of treason is appropriate. The Framers of the United States Constitution defined the crime of treason and left it to Congress to codify it as law, which it did.
That law says: “Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States,” meaning any citizen or resident, “levies war against them” — meaning against the states, “is guilty of treason.” [18 USC 2381] I’ve omitted the part of the definition that talks about giving aid and comfort to the enemy. Maybe there is a globalist enemy but the charges in the Grand Jury’s indictment do no refer to that.
In the 245 years of this nation, no citizen has been brought to book for levying war against the people, other than during the Civil War of the 1860s. But the time is now. Treason has been committed, blatantly. Over a hundred million Americans have been injected with a harmful substance.
Possession of a Bioweapon
The third charge against Mr X is development of a bioweapon. The bioweapon here is a substance that alters a person’s DNA. Mr X may try to justify the use of it by saying it does have a peaceful purpose. But even if some potential good can come from it, it would have to be voluntarily accepted by the recipient in full knowledge of potential harm to herself and her progeny. To date, no recipient has been voluntary in that sense; the harms are not well understood.
The law says: ‘Whoever knowingly develops, produces, stockpiles, transfers, acquires, retains, or possesses any biological agent, toxin, or delivery system for use as a weapon…shall be fined or imprisoned.” [18 USC 175]
I will be showing you that Mr X has been planning his treasonous genocide by encouraging the development and stockpiling of bioweaponry. He often boasts of it, albeit without using the word “weapon.”
The Three Elements of a Crime
Before finding an accused guilty of a crime, it is important to determine that he had the means, the intention, and the motive.
Mr X had the means, as he is very wealthy and has minions, as well as upper-level contacts, in many parts of government and science.
He had the intention to carry out the treasonous genocide, as he has worked on it more or less openly for decades.
He also had a motive, but this will be hard to prove. The prosecution will argue that the real motive for the medical malice is to reduce the surviving population to slaves. They will be under mental control and economic control. “Getting control” has been a well-established motive for many leaders in history. In this case, it not only assures Mr X of having servants, it guarantees that the government will never act to blame him. He will be protected.
That third element of the crime, the motive to gain control over American society and government, is a reason for us to act quickly while we still can. Today, Mr X sits here in the dock. Gaze upon him. Be prepared for the opening statement by the defense. You will be told that Mr X is a good man. But I am telling you he is a criminal.
It would not matter if he’s the friendliest guy in the world, or if he talks a good game. Crime is crime and it is your duty to discern if he committed any of the three crimes — genocide, treason, and possession of a bioweapon for other than peaceful purposes.
Witnesses
The Prosecution will bring dozens of witnesses. This is so you will know what really happened. The final burden on you is to determine whether Mr X committed the three crimes with which he is charged. Many witnesses will tell you only that the crime was committed, not who did it. That’s all right; it is not their job to know everything.
You must piece together what the witnesses say. Also, you jurors are the deciders of whether a particular witness is truthful. Naturally if you think the person is deceitful you should not credit his or her evidence.
It is incumbent on me as Prosecutor to point out to you that in a treason trial there is specific wording in the Constitution’s Article III. It says “No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.” First, in regard to confession, Mr X has pleaded not guilty. Still, at any time he can change that to “Guilty.”
Second, in regard to the word “overt,” where two persons witness an overt act, this means a physical act, not a mental act or a conversation. The reason this was put into the Constitution was to make it hard to convict a person of treason, as there were instances in England when the charge of treason was made rather glibly. Even to have harbored a bad thought about the king was punishable as treason. Note however that in law a written statement is an overt act.
When Judge Smith is giving you instructions before you retire to deliberate the case, he will go over this constitutional matter with you. For now I assure you that it is all right to listen to, say, a video in which Mr X states his wish to vaccinate the population. That might help you decide that he is guilty of the crime of genocide or possession of a bioweapon even if you may not use it as evidence of treason because conversation is not an overt act.
Facts
It is a juror’s duty to listen to the facts and not be swayed by emotion — either for or against the accused.
In 1770 we had a trial of British soldiers who killed four colonists in Boston, which became known as the Boston massacre. John Adams, a lawyer, was not personally inclined to favor the British, but he was the lawyer for those soldiers and brought to light anything the jury could use make up its mind about guilt. John Adams said:
“Facts are stubborn things; and whatever may be our wishes, our inclinations, or the dictates of our passion, they cannot alter the state of facts and evidence.”
But now I must prepare you for the large number of witnesses who are scientists and will most likely say things that are opposite to what another other scientists say. This case is about genocide by means of a poison, as it were. Was the poison really poison? I myself am not knowledgeable about how the chemistry of the human body works. I have recruited, as prosecution witnesses, persons who are able to show evidence that the body is poisoned by the Covid injections.
Also, since Mr X has been involved, in the past, in promoting other vaccinations that are harmful, witnesses will show how you can make connections between the past and the present. This will not constitute double jeopardy for the accused — he was never tried for any of his past activities. Whether or not those activities amounted to genocide, treason, or possession of a bioweapon is not for you to determine. Mr X is on trial today only in regard to vaccines pertinent to the so-called Covid-19 pandemic.
Didn’t the US Government Sponsor the Vaccination Program?
It is unlikely that Mr X will try to proclaim innocence on the basis of his having obeyed government rules, as his self-image appears to be one of superiority to any government. However, even if he did claim that he was only following orders, this is not an excuse at law for the commission of any crime. Nor is duress — though, again, it’s unlikely Mr X would say he was pressured to do what he did. If he does claim pressure, this can be considered in the sentencing phase of the trial. For now, you are at the fact-finding phase of the trial.
The background landscape of governmental involvement in this crime is probably impossible for you to ignore. We are here in the United States, reading daily bulletins about the Covid disease, the Covid treatments, the Covid prevention program. It all sounds beneficial, or at least it uses the language of benefit, with phrases such as “protecting the public” and “improving one’s health.” That background should be ignored by you as much as possible. It does not bear on the case.
Granted, the poisonness of the poison, as laid out by prosecution witnesses, does bear on the case. You may end up rejecting the poison idea, in which case you must find Mr X not guilty of any of the crimes of genocide and treason. AS for development of a bioweapon, we will hear evidence about that.
If, however, you accept the poison thesis, and convict him of crime, what will this do to the government’s program? It does not directly change it. However, the jury would more or less be nullifying existing law of vaccination. Again, though, that burden should not rest on your shoulders. You are here to perform a limited function.
Go forth and do that job with diligence, reasonableness, and above all, courage.
I suspect there will be no objective history of the 2019/2026 sliver of human existence. But if there were to be, the preamble would go something like this…
“The most remarkable aspect of the public response to the globalist covid-19 bluff and its creation of a socio-economic noose, ever-tightening to force compliance with mRNA intervention mandates, was the continued universal belief in the Rule of Law and Integrity of the Judiciary, despite clear evidence that the global elite driving the campaign had entirely jettisoned any regard for Law… State, National, or International.

Some passages later (maybe) but Ilyin stresses that you should not respond to evil with evil (i.e. malice in the heart) but that force (the sword being the last resort) is sometimes necessary to quash the evil so that it doesn’t take hold and become (the new) normal.

Pharmacy prices usually depend on whether they are in the rich area or the cheap area but I would guess a roughly normal pharmacy markup of 100% on wholesale would apply, wholesale injection price has been mentioned as roughly around $10 so the retail markup another $10 and then Scotty’s xmas bonus another $10.

When one considers the early history of psychology at the University of Melbourne the words of Kurt Danziger, a distinguished former staff member, appear rather apt: “[it has a] long past but a short history.”2 As an independent department, psychology arrived relatively late at Melbourne – later than at Sydney and Western Australia, later than in the United Kingdom and much later than in the United States. However, the teaching of psychology and psychological research at Melbourne dates back well before the turn of the 20th century, when the University was a comparatively small institution cultivating the state’s intellectual elite.

My late father was given electric shock therapy, multiple times in psychiatric hospitals, suffering depression because developers sucked his skills, blood and money dry, for no reason other than him doing good works. He was gifted with arts and crafts like MichaelAngelo, sculptures in mum’s home testimony to the genius in his seven fingers. For decades they juiced him up with lithium, largactyl and we were unable to do anything because the shrinks were in with the crooks.
