Readers of GumshoeNews.com may recall that I attended a meeting in Houston Texas a year ago to check on the bona fides of Sheriff Mack. (He came out fine.) I had not, till then, appreciated the role either of a sheriff or of a county. Mack wants county sheriffs to assert themselves as the people’s go-to person for law enforcement, something we don’t think about when we see municipal police or state troopers.

In this day of the Canadian convoy and the fantastic Canberra protests, there are various moves by people to grab back, ad hoc, the role of law enforcement.  The other day there was a swearing in of citizens as peace officers — why not? But also why not use the county-level authorities.  This includes the county courts, usable for prosecutions by the County Attorney.

Yesterday, Valentine’s Day 2022, I followed instructions by an activist group to show up at my local county prosecutor’s office with papers that shed light on the crimes of Fauci, the CDC, Pfizer, and others. Please read the attachment under my letter to the County Attorney — you will be astonished at the data collected by David Martin, JD.

Dear County Attorney Halvorsen,

Greetings from Concord Heights!

When you were campaigning for the job of county attorney, you answered the question on your website “Why are you seeking elective office?” with the following:

“I am running to be Merrimack County Attorney to keep the residents of Merrimack County safe, hold perpetrators of crime accountable, and restore trust in the leadership of the County Attorney’s office.”

Sir, I am here to announce that, at this point in history, keeping the residents of this county — or any county in America — safe, requires a focus that is much broader than local. I know you are legally responsible only for our 950-square-mile territory, but the 150,000 people in that territory are being harmed by forces coming from afar.  How can you help?

Two days ago, I learned of a nationwide citizen initiative that has been undertaken by the Constitutional Law Group, apparently headed by David Martin, JD. That group asks us (anyone) to visit our County Prosecutor at 3pm on Valentine’s Day and deliver a sort of complaint against such organizations as Pfizer and the CDC. We are supposed to join David Martin in accusing various person of crime. (ConstitutionalLawGroup.us)

Two days warning is not enough time for me to research the matter. I have been researching the pandemic since it began in 2020 and have published a book with some of that material (name of my book: Keep the Republic, Kill the Takeover). Very likely David Martin’s group is spot on about the crimes being committed, but I’m not ready to sign the form he proffers.

I will, however, summarize, at the bottom of this letter, David Martin’s presentation, for your reading. It is a shocker in terms of the cynical way in which certain entities began in the 1990s to arrange the Covid pandemic. As I said, we in Merrimack County are bearing the brunt of that criminality, and you should be involved in helping us, please.

The fact that it is a national matter would normally mean you could kick it upstairs to the Department of Justice (what a name!), but we all know by now that the DoJ is hopelessly corrupt. That said, I will nevertheless write to US Attorney General Merrick Garland and ask him to mount a RICO prosecution against the Covid miscreants. To date, Mr Garland has not shown any interest in the interrogation of Dr Tony Fauci by the US Senate, especially by Sen Rand Paul, himself a physician.

My suggestion for Merrimack County is that you empanel a Special Grand Jury, or a regular grand jury, to deal with Covid. I could offer my services as an expert witness. I know a lot about the roles played by the NIH, the AMA, and the CDC in the scandalous handling of cancer and autism, and have written about that at book length in Consider the Lilies (2013).

In regard to Covid, I am aware that ivermectin was the treatment of choice but was suppressed by Big Pharma.  A few months ago, I went into Walmart, Concord, and asked the pharmacist if he would sell me some ivermectin. He replied “You wouldn’t want to use a horse de-wormer for a respiratory condition would you?” Such nonsense.  Ivermectin has been used successfully on respiratory conditions for decades — and is harmless, compared to say, Remdesivir (aka Veklury) which can finish you off.

Mr Halvorsen, I ask, here and now, that you put to a grand jury the matter of the suppression of ivermectin as criminal. And if anyone has died from that suppression that you arrest someone for manslaughter. “But the doctor was only following CDC’s instructions.” See what I mean? This is bigger than any one county, but who will protect the residents of this county? I nominate you.

By the way, I was the appellant in Maxwell v Secretary of Defense et al, which was recently dismissed, for standing, at the US First Circuit. I was opposing mandatory vax for anyone, but that threat seems to have been rescinded.

Amazing Accusations (according to the research of David Martin, JD). Direct quote:

Throughout the decade of the 90s, Pfizer sought to research, develop and patent a coronavirus (CoV) vaccine. Their first patent filing specifically recognizing the S-protein as the immunologic target for vaccines was filed on November 14, 1990 (U.S. Patent 6,372,224). With a focus on swine and canine gastroenteritis, these efforts showed little commercial promise and the patent was abandoned in April of 2000.

During the same period, the National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID) under Dr. Anthony Fauci funded Professor Ralph Baric at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. This program was designed to commercially weaponize a naturally occurring toxin.  Dr. Baric’s expertise was understanding how to modify components of the coronavirus associated with cardiomyopathy. [Can you imagine such a thing!]

NIAID Grants AI 23946 and GM63228 (leading to patent U.S. 7,279,327 “Methods for Producing Recombinant Coronavirus”) was the NIH’s first Gain-of-Function (GOF) project in which Dr. Baric created an “infectious, replication defective” clone of recombinant coronavirus. This work clearly defined a means of making a natural pathogen more harmful to humans by manipulating the Spike Protein and other receptor targets.

A year after the filing of a patent on this GOF CoV, the world experienced the first outbreak of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). Under the guise of responding to a public health emergency, the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) filed a patent application on the genome of SARS CoV on April 25, 2003.

Dr Baric and Dr Fauci (Repeat: this is David Martin talking, not Mary Maxwell), accessed and manipulated the genomic data, which came from China. One year earlier, Dr. Baric and his team had already filed a patent … clearly the pathogen CDC claimed as novel in 2003.

Three days after filing a patent on the genome, NIH-funded Sequoia Pharmaceuticals filed a patent for the vaccine on the virus invented a mere three days earlier. At the same time, Dr. Fauci was appointed to a board position with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (a competitor in vaccine manufacturing) thereby beginning an anti-trust crime.

In 2005, the DARPA and MITRE hosted a conference in which the intentions of the U.S. Department of Defense were explicit. In a presentation focused on “Synthetic Coronaviruses Biohacking: Biological Warfare Enabling Technologies”, Dr. Baric presented the malleability of CoV as a biological warfare agent. Dr. Baric and the U.S. Department of Defense spent over $45 million in amplifying the toxicity of CoV and its chimeric derivatives.

From 2011 until the alleged COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Fauci has routinely lamented about the inadequacy of public funding for his vaccine programs and the public’s general unwill-ingness to succumb to his insistence that everyone MUST be vaccinated against influenza.

Despite repeated appropriations to advance vaccine dependency, his efforts have been largely unsuccessful. NIAID – under Dr. Fauci’s direct authorization – encouraged UNC Chapel Hill and Dr. Baric’s lab to ignore the GoF moratorium in a letter dated October 21, 2014. At that time, Drs. Fauci, Baric and EcoHealthAlliance’s Peter Daszak were in possession of an extremely dangerous Chinese pathogen identified a year earlier in Wuhan. 2

While many unlawful and illegal acts were committed by the conspirators leading up to 2015, the domestic terrorism program (in violation of 18 USC § 2339) was announced by NIAID-funded Daszak at the National Academy of Sciences. Here, he announced what was to become the domestic and global terrorism event branded COVID-19.

“…until an infectious disease crisis is very real, present, and at an emergency threshold, it is often largely ignored. To sustain the funding base beyond the crisis, he said, we need to increase public understanding of the need for MCMs such as a pan-influenza or pan-coronavirus vaccine. A key driver is the media, and the economics follow the hype. We need to use that hype to our advantage to get to the real issues. Investors will respond if they see profit at the end of process, Daszak stated.”3

This work, funded under R01AI079231, was pivotal in isolating and manipulating viral fragments selected from sites across China which contained high risk for severe human response. (Ge, XY., Li, JL., Yang, XL. et al. Isolation and characterization of a bat SARS-like coronavirus that uses the ACE2 receptor. Nature 503, 535–538 (2013).) The GoF work NIAID allowed to persist in the face of the moratorium was Dr. Baric’s work with this pathogen.

“Countries, donors and multilateral institutions must be prepared for the worst. A rapidly spreading pandemic due to a lethal respiratory pathogen (whether naturally emergent or accidentally or deliberately released) poses additional preparedness requirements. Donors and multilateral institutions must ensure adequate investment in developing innovative vaccines and therapeutics, surge manufacturing capacity, broad-spectrum antivirals and appropriate non-pharmaceutical interventions. …

In November 2019 – one month before the alleged “outbreak” in Wuhan, Moderna entered into a material transfer agreement – brokered by the Vaccine Research Center at NIAID (at which UNC Chapel Hill alum Dr. Kizzy Corbett worked) – to access Dr. Baric’s Spike Protein data to commence vaccine development. In his own written statement obtained by the Financial Times, he refers to this agreement as being the foundation for the mRNA Moderna vaccine.7

To finalize the nature of the racketeering (RICO Act) and anti-trust criminal conspiracy, when it came time to commercialize the NIH and DARPA owned spike protein and passed it off as a “vaccine” (in conflict with the standard for vaccines in statutory and scientific application), the Operation Warp Speed 8 contract unwittingly signed by President Trump was awarded to DOD contraction ATI, a subsidiary of ANSER.

In a graph reminiscent of the anti-trust hearings at the formation of the Clayton and Sherman Act in the early 20th century, the identity of the interlocking conflicts of interests are presented in graphic relief. It is with no surprise that the result of this price-fixing evil conspiracy was for the enrichment of the conspiring named parties ….
