Jason Gerhard Is on the Ballot, Will Help Us All

There are 400 seats in the NH House of Representatives. One of them could be filled by a guy with a major brain. That’s Jason Gerhard of Northfield. At age 36 he has a deep understanding of the Federal Reserve. And also of the IRS.  And also of the unconstitutionality of treating a corporation as if it were a human being with rights.

By day, he’s a carpenter. Boxing and hiking are two of his pastimes. Here is his statement on Ballotpedia:

“Holding Mega-Corporations Accountable to the Law:  Through judicial chicanery (i.e., judges selling us out) corporations have been given the status of gods. They are essentially immortal since they were given constitutional rights and recognized as persons in the late 1800s. We are now seeing the consequences of this through the growth of monopolies in all areas of the economy resulting in increasing prices and the loss of local businesses that can’t compete with international corporations which use their lobbyists to extract subsidies (corporate welfare) from taxpayers.”

As usual, the New Hampshire Constitution foresaw this and provided for it.  Gerhard points to Article 83 of our state constitution.  It is amazing and shows the wisdom of our forebears:

“Free and fair competition in the trades and industries is an inherent and essential right of the people and should be protected against all monopolies and conspiracies which tend to hinder or destroy it.

“The size and functions of all corporations should be so limited and regulated as to prohibit fictitious capitalization, Therefore, all just power possessed by the state is hereby granted to the general court [that’s the name of the NH legislature] to enact laws to prevent the operations within the state of all persons and associations, and all trusts and corporations, … who endeavor to raise the price of any article of commerce, or, to destroy free and fair competition in the trades and industries through combination, conspiracy, monopoly, or any other unfair means;

“and to authorize civil and criminal proceedings in respect to all the wrongs herein declared against.  The powers delegated by the people to the form of government is part of the laws of the land. They begin and end with the consent of the people.” [Emphasis added]

I can vouch for the fact that if Jason goes to Concord, he will not suddenly get glazy-eyed and forget what he has learned the hard way. He says: “I think it’s time for regular people to get all these lawyers and other legalese-speaking witch doctors out of the halls of power.”

A bit more about Gerhard:  Mother was a public school teacher (ah, so was my Dad) and Jason’s dad was a carpenter. The apple does not fall far from the tree.  The candidate has an identical twin, so watch out.

The following century-old quote is provided by Jason at his website. These words were spoken, on March 22, 1922, by the mayor of New York City, John F Hylan:

“The real menace of our republic is the invisible government which, like a giant octopus, sprawls its slimly length over our city, state and nation. At the head is a small group of banking houses generally referred to as international bankers. This littler coterie of powerful international bankers virtually run our government for their own selfish ends.”

Don’t worry that the young Mr Gerhard might be negative.  He is not negative. And he is keen to listen to you. Since June, he has spent every weekend door-knocking to discuss whatever his potential constituents want to emote about.

Let’s change that word “potential” constituents to “future” constituents. Please get out there, O Republicans and Undeclareds, on September 13, 2022, and vote to sharpen Concord up with this man who is a real, real protector of the state constitution.

  1. First of all, Aussies, that picture of Parliament House arose thru an algorithim, and since Mother is not here to fix it, we will have to let it stay.

    Secondly, I realize you can’t cast a vote for Jason, but you wuold if you could, as he is in the enlightened set.

    what a sense of relief they must feel, that in order to help ensure a better future for themselves and their kids, they dont need luck, they just need to vote MARY!

    • I can see the logic in waiting to see the new congress and senate composition, and what they start doing in February. This is the main game.
      Seems you have to let the crooks do the crime before you can charge them, otherwise it’s just “thought-crime”.

    • The ruling classes have worked out, when the herd is in a good paddock, they get fat and breed up, then there are too many, they need to be culled, which used to be via wars and now there is by medical intervention too, disguised as religion.
      There’s no virtue in joining a war, it’s a deliberate cull. There’s no religion in medicine, that’s a fraud. The CCP did a major cull with the one-child policy, now the Chinese people have a one-child mindset, more culling can take place, entire bloodlines easily terminated.
      In the affluent west, the ruling classes require a major cull, using all assets. As Yuval Harari and others have explained, useless eaters are surplus to their requirements. The exponentially more profligate, useless eater lifestyle has to be terminated, so the ruling classes can enjoy nature, such as rhino shooting parties. The cull is now underway, there are stories of bereavements and sudden onset major illnesses floating all around just in my limited personal life.

  19. I read about the tampax in a UK newspaper back in 1993.

    I’d just like to say that no one’s personal emails or letters or phone calls should ever be broadcast. It’s not posible to make a law against it, but culture should make it a taboo.

    We need our privacy. I think our lack of privacy has reduced our self-assurance to the point where no ego can survive.

    Of course I am not referring to letters or phone calls about political matters. But ALL divorce papers, yes. Marriage is private. Sex is private — how’s that for radical remark!

    • He’s lost his temper in Belfast over a leaky fountain pen, and he wrote the wrong date, clearly preoccupied. Generally all concerned looking sombre but not overly bereaved. The show goes on. Presumably KC3 would rather be left alone after all this, as the Euro royals generally seem to be much of the time. Since his mum gave Royal Assent to Brexit, maybe KC3 &/or next in line will develop an appetite for empire. It’s just possible that we could be living in even more interesting times once he settles in.

  21. If the harbour bridge was maintained as the “Britannia”, decommissioned 27 years ago, things may be different. 4$ per vehicle times a quarter million a day minimum. Plenty to maintain a bridge that hasn’t seen a brush in a decade, rusting away.
    Hands used to bring me prosperity, mouth hasn’t.

  22. Jason Gerhard won the primary to compete in the Nov 8 election for state rep of New Hampshire in the Merrimack district. He got 713 votes. Goody!
