Wonderfully, this year, 2023, Jeanette Archer held a conference in London, to expose SRA. I had not heard of her until recently, except that there is a video of her protesting outside Boris Johnson’s home a while back. When I heard that she was planning a conference of SRA (Satanic Ritual Abuse) survivors, I thought “Nah that won’t come off; it will flop.”
Delighted to be eating sauteed crow at this time. Th event was succesful, on July 16, 2023. As mentioned at Gumshoe, Rachel Vaughan was much admired (possibly ‘adored’ is the word) at the Lindon meeting, but she was there only by zoom. The other were physically present. Here be a partial list of the speakers:
Carlene Louise and Gloria Masters trekked from the antipodes; from Europe came Carla Hameon and Marcel Polte, from UK: Daniel Forester, Keri Robinson, Miriam Beattie, and Kate Blewitt who spoke about Wilfred Wong.
Wong’s current 17-year jail term just about wrecks England’s great legal history. It also shows media up for what it is. BBC:
“Sentencing them at Caernarfon Crown Court, Judge Nicola Jones said they had ‘acted as vigilantes‘. [It] happened at Anglesey, Wales. The defendants had claimed the child was the victim of satanic ritual abuse and said they believed they were saving it from harm. However, a police investigation had already concluded there had been no such abuse. [omg] The judge said [the rescue] caused ‘significant, psychological harm to the child’.”
So, thanks to Wilfred Wong, and Kevin Annett, both of whom believe in stepping in and trying to save the child by whatever force necessary. And thanks to Shaun Attwood for giving Wong airtime a couple of years ago.
I hope the survivors don’t mind the above video “June is bustin’ out all over.” That song was my emotional reaction when I opened this next video which shows that instead of words coming out of brave souls here and there, there is now a combined voice of 50 survivors. Yay!
