Why am I writing articles when I should be out on the hustings?  Because developments are occurring so rapidly and I am scared – yes, scared – that extremely violent things are being planned.  Of course the job is not to analyze them but to prevent them.  Today, a very good reporter has obtained a video from someone who has good pictures of the skies over Maui Island, Hawaii, on August 8, 2023.

She is Tracy, a California-based cosmetician trading as “Brush Junkie,” who switched onto this topic as a matter of urgency. She is cautiously trying to make the case for criminality – as am I, on the East Coast. Today she presented a video, but for reasons of copyright I won’t upload it, but will link to it, below.

This article will concentrate on the work of another person, a classics scholar, Mary Efrosini Gregory of Rego Park, Queens.  She, too, was called away from her normal career, to tell us about the making of secret wars by the use of various hi-tech means. In 1992, she started to take notes on what she learned and published it at Trine Day Press in 2011. There are three volumes. The book I am quoting from is Microwave Experiment.

In 2013, I asked Ms Gregory’s permission to use excerpts from a Timeline that she wrote, in my book Consider the Lilies. She said Yes. So although I am now unable to contact her, I will reprint that Timeline here (It’s about 35% of her complete timeline in Microwave Experiment). I will bold some items that imply war-making and which were reported in the press, but with no hint of secret weaponry.

1887  Tesla creates earthquake in NYC with resonance device.

1940  Resonance causes collapse of Tacoma Narrows Bridge.

1949  Guy Obolensky can deliver a blow with a sonic wave.

1951  A. Sakharov generates EMP without nuclear detonation.

1958 —Flanagan invents Neurophone for the deaf.  This brain entrainment device moves the brain into an.y state desired.

1962  Starfish Prime: US creates a new radiation belt 750 miles deep.

1965  Victor Sedletsky tests new weapon directing RF [radio frequencies] at the body.

1966  Operation Popeye weather control extends Vietnam’s monsoon.

1968  Gordon McDonald says ELF [extremely low frequency] waves impair brain performance; entire population could be attacked and not know it.

1970  Pentagon expresses interest in race- or ethnic-specific weapons.

1971  Biaxial Shock Tester is installed to test anti-ballistic missiles.

1973  Ross Adey conditions cats  by bombarding their brains with EM and the learned behavior continues for months afterwards.

1976  At US embassy in Moscow, W Stroessel gets bleeding of eyes.

1979  Adey finds that brain tissue irradiated with EMs releases calcium ions that interfere with brain function. EMs cause confusion.  He warns of dangers of radiation from mobile phones.

1985  Bernard Eastlund’s application for patent for ionospheric heater says it can generate the power of a N-detonation; do “weather mod,” and “a moving plume could [be] means for focusing a vast amount of sunlight on selected portions of the earth.”

1988  Montreal earthquake makes chandeliers sway in  Queens, NY.

       ELF waves detected before Japan and California earthquakes.

1990  DARPA’s HAARP is built, shoots EM waves into ionosphere

1991  Senators Tower and Heinz die in plane crashes, 24 hours apart.

1991  US Navy generates nonnuclear EMP bombs in Gulf War.

1993  WTC is bombed by sheik who gets his dynamite from FBI.

1994  Bolivia earthquake originates 600 kms beneath earth’s surface.

1995  Air Force project: “Put the Enemy To Sleep/Keep the Enemy from Sleeping.”  Acoustics, microwave, and brain wave manipulation are used to alter sleep patterns.

        Army builds TESS, uses resonance to simulate earthquakes.

        EMs break up single strands of DNA in brains of rats.

1996  “Air Force 2025” says ionospheric heaters bring ions together to do more than enhance or disrupt communication: they create torrential rains or extreme drought, wiping out populations.

2002  Senator Wellstone’s plane crashes.

2003  Earthquake in Bam, Iran kills 26,271 people and injures 30,000.

       Air Force spends more than $100 million to investigate beams that can disrupt electrochemical balance of the nervous system.

2004  School massacre in Beslan, Russia, occurs during the week of Republican National Convention. The ratings of  [incumbent] Bush go up temporarily, as is the case when Americans are scared. Putin consolidates power

_____ Roof collapses in Paris. Chirac had blocked AWC to Turkey.

2005  London Underground bombings [During a G-8 meeting in London], occur at stations where Visor Consultants, that trains the FBI at Quantico, is staging mock drills. Visor Director Peter Powers is on the BBC that morning.

_____ Helios Flight crashes on 31st anniversary of CIA-sponsored coup in Cyprus; all 121 people on board are killed

_____ Wall collapses on the Henry Hudson Parkway. Pentagon says it can project a plasma or HPM – high powered microwave and see through barriers into buildings; this is being fitted onto unmanned aircraft; it can shut down TV or radio stations; it can stop cars; it can destroy the circuitry in any machine.

2006  There are roof collapses in Austria and Germany after they oppose Turkish admission to EU.

_____ Air Force discloses that it is building small aircraft whose hulls, called “smart skins,” deliver stunning blow from a distance.

_____ Ohio State announces that radar can image through walls. It distinguishes humans from inanimate objects by the motion of the heartbeat or breathing [as specifically predicted by Orwell].

2007  Several hundred fires break out simultaneously in Greece in 12 hours between 6pm Friday and 6am Saturday September 1.  A laser beam is directed down. [Fires are on separate islands!]

        VA Tech massacre originally two gunmen are seen; the cell phone photos that Cho send to the press are perfectly centered, [hence] he did not take them himself.

2008  Cyclone hits breadbasket of Myanmar with surgical precision.

        A neighbor notices that chemtrails criss-cross the sky. She says every time she sees the chemtrails it rains the next day.

On Not Dismissing the Work of Amateurs

Both Mary Efrosini Gregory and Tracy “Brush Junkie” are amateurs, as am I.  Please resist the temptation to say, well, OK, it’s an interesting read but we should wait for something more official.

No. We are not by any means going to get an honest report about secret weapons. I can say this for Mary Gregory – she is the author of scholarly books from Peter Lang Press, such as “Diderot and the Metamorphosis of Species,” “An Eastern Orthodox View of Pascal,” and “Freedom in French Enlightenment Thought.” And she does not offer a theory about the weaponry, mainly she reports.

Here, now, is the video link with new clues about Hawaii.  In this case, if it is an American hit, it is an American hit on an American state. Please recall my article on the US Constitution’s Article IV which guarantees – yep, guarantees — a republican form of government to each state. It is my plan to ask every state to stand up for the people of Maui.

    • I was just thinking, it’s such a good video maybe they will put it on SBS-TV in 20 years or so, but I don’t think ABC-TV would ever be allowed to run it.

  3. Surely you’re not suggesting Tacoma Narrows Bridge involved foul play, but it is a good example of resonance, a sort of feedback loop powered by a steady breeze

    • That is why they added cable ties to the Anzac bridge in Sydney from high to low across the sides of structure …… look at them next time you cross.
      When the Harbour bridge was completed, later, soldiers marching over it had to break step.
      Then there’s the malicious opera singers who like smashing empty champagne glasses across a room.
      Then they discovered cracks in aircraft from vibrations caused crashed planes.
      Then there is building no 7 on 911 …… well Bin Laden whistled at it and it collapsed in 6 – 7 seconds. Did anyone not realise that💁🏼🤣?

  4. Joe, In the article I do not suggest foul play, as it is the work of another person, Ms Gregory. ( I believe there is massive foul play, see my books, but today I am only quoting.)

    As to whether she sees foul play in the Tacoma episode, I don’t know. In her book she usually holds forth as to a particulra event being foul play. And she is careful to show how mere chance could be involved, too.

    However — and I will save this for another day — her book Microwave War goes into detail about the assaults upon her body. She documented them diligently. I recommend y’all buy her books.

    There is a lot of devastation from these UN mega-fires.

    They are using it as a device to bring their UN death cult policies upon the world. They create the problems for their pre-planned solutions.

    In the 1800s, wildfires diminished rapidly in size and frequency.1 Then, UN policies were incorporated into law, making protecting our families, land, and animals illegal.

    The most significant decline in human life protection began in Australia in 1992 when we fully incorporated Rio Earth Summit Forest Principles2 into our National Forest Policy Statement.3

    The UN’s influence over a compromised political class4 around the world resulted in a greater number of people being exposed to UN mega fires which destroy everything in its path.5 UN bushfire agenda has resulted in the destruction of thousands of homes, businesses, livestock, native vegetation, and animals.6

    When we examine the actors involved, it becomes clear that’s exactly what they’re trying to accomplish. One of these UN actors/frontmen is David Foreman, an eco-terrorist and anti-property rights activist. Who believes humans have become a disease? Foreman calls us “the Humanpox.” He has been an advocate for rewilding since the 1970s, which led directly to the United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity.7

    The UN wants to transform 50% of North America into untouched wilderness that is forbidden to humans as part of its rewilding plan. With 25% of the land remaining, the population will be relocated into ‘sustainable’ communities designated by the UN. Our land is gradually and stealthily converted to conform to this agenda over decades. This has been accomplished through land confiscation, conservation easements, regulations and laws.8

    State and national parks have been locked up since the UN Convention on Biological Diversity,9 and they have become breeding grounds for pests and weeds. These parks are a fire torrent waiting to happen. They are a threat to human life, private property, livestock, and farms. In the event of a hot fire, our wildlife cannot escape and will be wiped out.10 They would rather sabotage us blaming it all on their climate change pseudoscience. Or worse, will they use the problems they created as the device to herd us into a ‘sustainable’ ghetto archipelago of smart cities?11

    We need to hold these people accountable for the damage they have caused and stop them from managing our decline worldwide. ………………”

      Personally I support biodiversity and, therefore, re-wilding, as explained in EO Wilson’s book, Half Earth. But not in the hands of the “United Nations”.

    • The Departments of Conservation and Forestry Commissions were the most successful government management agencies in this country – very few fires occurred under that departments control.

      Disbanded during the early 1980s – to the United Nations agenda.

      • Actually, Joe, we were awake 20 yrs ago, just before “we” invaded Iraq. It was the only huge protest I had ever seen in Adelaide — people packed like sardines all along North Terrace and King William St. March 16, 2003.

    • Diane, were you aware of Dr Ross Adey of Adelaide or Dr Sydney Bockner, also of SA? They were biggies in Tavistock-type stuff. I was surprised to see Mary Efrosini Gregory refer to Adey’s discovery (supposedly in cats) that he could use Electromagnetism to alter behavior. As above:

  18. What the hell, I’m going to put this Adey stuff here, as it is little known. — All of it is in Mary Gregory’s book, The Science Behind Microwave War. She footnotes it properly. (I don’t.)

    In his seminal article of 1979, entitled, “Neurophysiologic Effects of Radiofrequency and Microwave Radiation,” Adey summarizes three findings that he made:
    • “cell-to-cell communication between brain cells…involves…slow waves…”
    • “brain cells sense electric fields in their own environment and…these fields are far below those electric gradients associated with synaptic processes.”

    • “…we no longer think of ions massively transferred from one side of a membrane to another in the initial steps of excitation, but rather that there are forms of resonant interaction between ions located at binding sites on membrane charge sites, surface macromolecules, and that they ‘see’ one another at considerable atomic distances.” Ions are electrically charged particles: the brain commu- nicates via electrical messages; to alter the behavior of ions in the brain via EMs is to effect a change in brain chemistry that has far reaching physiological conse- quences.

    From these three findings one must necessarily extrapolate that brain tissue interacts with impressed electromagnetic fields and hence, there are physiological, biochemical and behavioral consequences to bombarding the brain with EMs.
    Adey advises that it is a known fact that cerebral neurons communicate via waves; the cerebral neuron “transmits waves to other cells; it leaks waves into its own environment.

    Thus we come down to a critical question. Does the electroencephalogram in the fluid around the cell have an informational content?…If the electroencephalogram does. have informational significance, can one induce subtle be- havioral changes if one imposes environmental fields that look like the electroencephalogram?” Adey sets out to an- swer this question and discovers that one can indeed cause behavior to change with EMs.

    Before addressing the effects of EMs on the human brain, Adey points out that the navigational systems of animals are run by EMs. Some animals and birds demonstrate a high tissue sensitivity to environmental electric fields: “Sharks and rays navigate and exhibit predation in fields of one hundred millionth of a volt per centimeter…Migrating birds cut diagonally across the horizontal component of the earth’s magnetic field. It has been suggested that nodding of their heads has something to do with this sensitivity.

    It is the same order as in sharks and rays, 10-7 V/cm. Circadian rhythms in birds, subjective time estimates in monkeys, and circadian rhythms in man appear similarly sensitive… Sharks and rays have tubular electroreceptors, the ampullae of Lorenzini, on their heads…The mechanism is known to be used in orienting, navigating, and searching for prey.”

    Adey mentions that Wever in Germany has performed ex- periments in which he placed humans in underground cham- bers and significantly altered the natural circadian rhythm of their sleep/wakefulness cycles by imposing electrical fields on them.

    The experiment was repeated with birds and it was found that their daily activity and diurnal rhythm was also altered with EMs. Adey says that he, too, has succeeded in affecting a monkey’s ability to estimate the passage of time by imposing weak electrical fields; and in modifying behavior in animals by impressing the same.

    He has proven in the lab that a variety of biological rhythms and behavioral states are closely related to low frequency fields and that they can be altered simply by changing the EMs; he cites the findings of his 1973 article on cats; he points out that the Russians have reported success in treating psychological disorders and mental illnesses with EMs.

    Adey also reports that subjecting cat and chick cerebral tissues to EMs causes a 20% increase in calcium ion fluxes and a 20% increase in the amino acid neurotransmitter gammaaminobutyric acid.12 This proves that the biochemistry of the brain can be modified with EMs.

    This is significant because ions are electrically charged par- ticles and if calcium ion fluxes can be induced, then one can change the way that the brain communicates with itself, the central nervous system, and other organs in the body. The Pentagon would love to use this science to create an EM weapon that causes confusion in the enemy.

    Adey has also warned against the dangers that EMs em- anating from mobile phones pose to humans. Continual bombardment by the two frequencies that cellphone carriers use, the cellular band called “1900” (1.85 to 1.9 GHz) and PCS or the “800 band” (824 to 894 MHz), will have an effect on the human brain over an extended period of time.

    Adey has published prolifically over the course of 50 years; many other researchers have also performed experiments on the effects that EMs have on biological tissue. We recommend the studies published by Adey, Bawin, Eichinger, Gavalas-Medici, Kalmijn, Schmitt, and Wever.

    Judging from what EM bombardment has done to my co- workers, I would say that it causes memory loss, inability to concentrate or focus, hyperactivity, OCD, and extreme docility; also neurological impairment causing a person to fall backwards, sudden death, cancer, lupus, heart attack, and the inability to survive after an organ transplant.

    MM — I will write a subsequent article about what they did to her. She hasn’t answered my emails lately so I fear she is deceased. By the way, she was working in Building 6 of the WTC on Sept 11, 2001, as a G-12 in US Customs office.
