We need a law against mind control. There have been lawsuits for damages, but no prosecutions. No doubt it would be possible to indict anyone who committed these violent acts, by using ordinary state laws regarding assault and battery, or murder if the person died. (There are statutes of limitations to consider, though. These apply to both civil action and prosecutions.)
Law against Genocide
Let’s ask if a law against genocide would be relevant. Australia does not have such a law. This was confirmed by the full federal court in 1999 in response to a claim by Aboriginal persons that they were victims of genocide. Australia is nevertheless a party to the 1947 international Genocide Convention.
In the US there has been, since 1988, a domestic law to make good the Genocide Convention. In regard to mind control I quote here the relevant item, namely “permanent impairment of the mental faculties…”.
As worded in American law, at 18 USC 1091:
“(a) Basic Offense. Whoever, …with the specific intent to destroy, in whole or in substantial part, a national, ethnic, racial, or religious group as such
(3) causes the permanent impairment of the mental faculties of members of the group through drugs, torture, or similar techniques; …shall be punished as provided in subsection (b).
(b) Punishment for Basic Offense. The punishment … is:
(1)… where death results, by death or imprisonment for life and a fine of not more than $1,000,000, or both; and
(2) a fine of not more than $1,000,000 or imprisonment for not more than twenty years, or both, in any other case.
That law goes on to state that there are no time limitations, and that “Any person who attempts or conspires to commit an offense under this section shall be punished in the same manner as a person who completes the offense.”
It will be argued by the defendant that the phrase in (a), “to destroy the group … as such” disqualifies the claim. However, at this point there is massive evidence that someone in the US government has acted against the whole population.
Certainly Charlotte Iserbyt’s carefully constructed case, published as “The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America,” shows intentional “impairment of the mental faculties” of a whole generation of children. Note the wording “With intent to destroy, in whole or in part a national group…”
Granted, the law says that the impairment must be “by drugs, torture or similar techniques.” How broad is the category “similar techniques”? Very broad, I’d say. After all, the two named categories are not similar to one another – drugs and torture.
One of the Techniques Involves Implants
Consider Jose Delgado putting stimo-ceivers into children’s heads. That isn’t strictly torture, and it’s not related to drugs, but it causes a person to be forever controllable by the doctor who owns “the remote.” Isn’t that awful? It was recorded without negative comment in Stuart Mackay’s book “Biomedical Telemetry” in 1968!
Not only does that person have no privacy and no real freedom, she can be hit with pain if ever the operator wants that to happen. Or she can be hit with anxiety. This is reminiscent of the Soviet use of psychopharmaceuticals to manipulate the emotions of political prisoners.
Blanche Chavoustie, born in 1938, was an early recipient of a stimoceiver, unwillingly, of course. She believes it was inserted into the brain through the nasal passage.

The most famous person with a stimoceiver, Robert Naeslund in Sweden, fought the good fight for many years and eventually gave up. Naeslund’s website quotes Nobel Peace Prize winner Alva Myrdal, in which she admitted:
“Research into the field of cerebral function and behavior has as its primary aim to identify the type and degree of changes that can be effected with these new methods, thereby providing information on new possibilities for easing human suffering as well as the risks of control and modification of behavior against the people’s will.”

Civil Actions
To date, lawsuits for mind control have failed for various reasons. An army sergeant, James Stanley, sued for having been given LSD, experimentally. The government claimed it was immune to suit, and that military personnel cannot sue for things that happened to them while on active duty. The US Appeals Court agreed with the government. Another litigant, the executor of the estate of S M Glickman, was turned away because of statute of limitations.
So far, the only successful case occurred in the Canadian courts, which awarded $750,000, to be shared by nine persons. This was the Orkilow case. Luckily, the plaintiff was the wife of a Canadian parliamentarian. She had been subjected to “de-patterning” by Dr Ewen Cameron (which included being put into deep sleep). The court made clear that Cameron was a CIA contactor, despite his location: Montreal.
In 1995, possibly owing to veterans’ complaints about their exposure to radiation for experimental purposes, President Clinton hosted hearings. One victim, Claudia Mullen revealed that she had been used both for radiation and mind control experiments. She gave details of being kept in a cage.
It is my guess that a grand jury could use her sworn testimony to indict some of the persons who harmed her. One could invoke the law against genocide. It’s right there in black-letter law.
Mind Control in Australia
In Melbourne, a group called Cult Consulting Australia has a website with the question “What is the Effect of Mind Control?” They give this answer:
“The damage done is immense and far reaching. They will set out to fleece you of your money and assets, isolate you from your family and friends, physically and mentally abuse you and ultimately take total control of your life. They will approach you cunningly when you are most vulnerable, offer you love and friendship, a sense of belonging, a glorious, trouble free future, and when you are not looking, steal your very being.”
In Sydney in the 1960s and 1970s, Dr Harry Bailey treated his psychiatric patients with a deep-sleep method like that of Ewen Cameron in Canada, and also dispensed heavy doses of the drugs Tuinal, Neulactil and Sparene. Several patients died and there was a Royal Commission about this in 1990. The coroner Mr Nash reported:
“I am of the opinion that the evidence does not establish against any known person a prima facie case for an indictable offence in which the question is whether such known person caused the death of the deceased person concerned.”
It’s Prosecution Time
I repeat: mind control is a crime. It is unfortunate that the few victims who have taken court action have used civil suits rather than ask for prosecution. It is time to concentrate on the crime involved.
The remark made by US District Court Judge James E. Boasberg, in dismissing a lawsuit by the children of the late Ft Detrick scientist Frank Olson, will be of great help. Olson was drugged with LSD by the CIA in 1953, seemingly causing him to jump out a window of the Statler Hilton Hotel in New York. The family later received $750,000 compensation.
In 2012, they sued again, it having become known, from Frank Albarelli’s book “A Terrible Mistake,” that the man did not jump out the window, rather he was pushed. Judge Boasberg dismissed the claim, partly on the grounds of the previous settlement. Yet he said:
“The public record supports many of the allegations that follow, far-fetched as they may sound.”
The ‘public record’ includes Freedom of Information documents and the 1975 Frank Church Congressional hearings on the subject of mind control. Below is a Youtube video related to Naeslund’s case.
The speaker informs us (starting at 30 minutes) that the US had a way to scan 33,000 brains at a time, in Vietnam. That was forty years ago! Please note: I have nothing to back up that claim but I can definitely vouch for Blanche Chavoustie, whose whereabouts are presently unknown.

I try to look for law connections when yakking about any subject that is considered undesirable practice. I know of some people who are suffering terribly from mind control. Don’t they deserve the protection of society? And isn’t such protection usually carried out by means of law, e.g., prosecutions?

As massive numbers of Australian citizens have been injections and neurologically impaired by this “active” technology the issue is very serious. The ability to get tested now in some locations for emissions as well as other forms of testing is now of benefit to those working it out. (Not just a few, a Massive number of Australians have been affected, and as the brain is being impaired/affected the whole system legally and otherwise is stuck in a catch 22.
Due the large numbers of nanotechnology injections (massive) number in Australia the situation is a very serious one. The technology which is “active” ( ie being manipulated) and causing damage neurologically is now detectable using certain scanning and due to the ability get scanning now we have a serious issue and a catch 22 for the legal system with the brain affecting nature of both the technology and the idiocy behind the acts of actually using this technology to intentionally damage and affect people for negative purposes.

I am a victim of all of the above as well.. They have been trying to get me to act out in public, kill someone, hurt my animals, commit suicide it has been an ongoing suggestion even under hypnosis. Happened in a store that I had rented at the time, in Neubrunn 740, 8488 Turbenthal.The anesthesia with KO drops I got probably from a Daniele Silvestry.The reason is probably a detention of two acquaintances: Andreas Jansen and Roman Graber. Jansen worked in trade fair construction and committed thefts there. I can imagine that false statements by Jansen have led to this. He was my roommate in Wila before this crime. As far as I know, Roman Graber drove him with the car and the stolen goods. After the detention Jansen and probably also Graber had a new colleague. A civilian policeman. The shocking thing : Jansen already told me at that time : It is cool that he is corrupt. I was already pretty sure that Jansen knew about my implant. He was known to another friend of Jansen earlier. I think a Colombian. At another dentist, when I wanted to remove the chip, another one was immediately inserted during the treatment. The dentist asked the assistant if the gentleman with the envelope had already come by. When she nodded, she left the treatment room while I was still sitting in the chair with the drilled tooth.
