The Captains have decided: Anyone questioning the referee will not just be given a red card and sent off the field, they will be sent to jail. And if the referee decides the match is ‘special’ (a special operation) – they will be incarcerated for a very long time. This is appalling beyond description. This is worse than the laws during the apartheid regime (that I grew up under). In fact, they must be close to being the worst in the world. Despots usually act outside their country’s laws and just assassinate annoying subjects, but here in Australia – we are more civil. We will just scare the bejesus out of everybody by importing the most draconian and oppressive laws – and punish anyone that dares to ask too many questions by sending them off to the bastille.
If these laws were about our saving us from terrorists – the focus would just be on surveillance and privacy. But in Mr Brandis’s “newly dangerous age” there is another greater danger – an awakening to the deeds and modus operandi of governments (as experienced by the Snowden leaks of US criminality).
Why are these laws so rigorously draconian?
Ten years in prison for any ‘reckless’ disclosure of a special intelligence operation – when any operation can be deemed special. Our government says it wants to make us safer. They care for our well-being. So then why are the cross hairs are on the truth-seekers (e.g. the journalists and whistle-blowers) that might be wanting to do the right thing by the people of Australia? This is a flip-flop of logic.
I can only come to one conclusion: We now live under a tyranny, and that our government has most likely has been influenced by an overseas shadow criminal element. (That is not something I say lightly, I just personally cannot think of another explanation for passing these laws – which I will explain in more detail below).
Having lived under the oppressive apartheid regime, I described in a previous post TEETERING TOWARDS TOTALITARIANISM three classic examples of government oppression on honourable journos: Peter Greste, Donald Woods (and Steve Biko) and Ebrima Manneh. Our new laws now terrorize anyone that dares to dig too deep, or speak out – even against criminality. I have friends phoning me up and urging me “please be quiet”. And even the Labor party – the party for the honest working Aussie – agreed to this. What happened here?
So what is Tyranny: arbitrary or unrestrained exercise of power, an oppressive or unjustly severe government; undue severity or harshness and arbitrary action…
How did we get to this point?
We need to get some background perspective: The world was somewhat deplete of enemies in the 1990’s with the cold war cold – but there was something else happening. The rise of connectedness. The fruits of technology were giving rise to the Apples, the Microsofts, and then the Googles, the Facebooks, the YouTubes etc – all providing people unprecedented connectivity and a resulting awakening. For those who desired global governance, this had to be “dealt with”. In the back corridors of power many schemes had been underway for a long time to control the populace. So let me lead you to—

Who was Aaron Russo? He was the producer of one of my favourite movies: Trading Places – plus Wise Guys, and The Rose. Later, became an activist and made America: Freedom to Fascism and was also a presidential candidate (but passed away in 2007 from cancer). In one of his last interviews he talks candidly about the global elite and about the 9/11 event (below):

And thus the “War on Terrorism” was created.

If one adds to this all the other evidence available (from the war games, and all the extraordinary commercial conflicts) there is only one conclusion. The official story of 19 Muslim hijackers orchestrated by Bin Laden is a complete fabrication. Visit past gumshoenews posts. What really happened might become clear with an open investigation with judicial powers. Anyway, in the first instance, al-Qaeda is a CIA invention (such as the admissions by Brzezinski).
So it appears the war on terrorism is a fraud. The 9/11 false flag created a new global enemy – the TERRORIST. And the war against terrorism is an on-going, unbeatable and endless war.
Sadly, the destruction of Iraq (then Libya and now potentially Syria) was an illegal and criminal plot of pre-planned destruction. A plan that was well under way before September 2001. Ret. General Wesley Clarke (Supreme Allied Commander Europe of NATO from 1997 to 2000) clearly and unequivocally explains this below.
So what does this mean for us in Australia?
1. Australia was conned by US intelligence and bamboozled by the media to take on the official 9/11 lie, and then
2. Co-opted into going into an illegal war against the Iraqi people (against the protest of many Australians) which resulted in a million killed.
3. We aided the war on terror – which has been like pouring gasoline on a small flame – and has resulted in a burning global inferno (of hatred and revenge), and
4. The war on Terror (initially a fabricated war) resulted and gave opportunity for governments to bring in the most draconian laws to diminish our liberties.
It is extremely unnerving that ASIO – obviously filled with many intelligent agents and researchers – seem to not question the official 9/11 lie. How can ASIO be oblivious to the scientific evidence when Tom, Dick and Harry in the street can plainly see through the fraud. And it is apparently common knowledge in European intelligence circles that it was a false flag, but our politicians seem ignorant (or mum).
President Bush said that no one in the (US) government could imagine such an attack. But they were busy having war games that morning – simulating that VERY scenario. (OPERATION VIGILANT GUARDIAN – simulating hijacked planes). But ASIO has never informed us, the people, or our politicians of that fact. How can we trust Canberra if QUESTIONING these lies are called “stupid and wrong” by a previous Prime Minister (Julia Gillard).
Even the mainstream media and many independent politicians say this legislation has removed our liberty – gone to far. Changed Australia for the worse. The big question NOT being asked is: Who can we now trust if we are not allowed to interrogate the truth? Not Canberra.
Our politicians made BAD decisions by taking us into war. Thus we not only prosecuted a population without a trial or evidence – we obliterated countries and killed people. (By the way, the hijackers were mostly Saudis) And through these actions we created unimaginable enemies. And now the SAME intelligence organisation that must have provided briefings and allowed this to propagate, and the SAME political parties that caused this egregious mess of murder and mayhem in the first place – want us to put our implicit trust in them – to further remove our freedoms.
But they will not only “watch over us”, they threaten us with protracted jail terms. Why? They want to frighten every journo, whistle-blower and blogger from interrogating the truth. If a report is not the truth, the people and the courts could decide a means to deal with that.
Under the Crimes (Foreign Incursions and Recruitment) Act 1978 (Cth), it is already an offence (punishable by 20 years’ imprisonment) for an Australian citizen to engage in a “hostile activity” in a foreign country. But it is all a matter of perspective. Those aiding Syrian rebels are labelled terrorists and face serious jail time. But being party to the ILLEGAL destruction of Iraq and killing Iraqis – is at worst “embarrassing” and at best, highly profitable.
Thus, in the end
1. I believe these laws have very little to do to do with prosecuting terrorism or terror – for our well-being.
2. The people no longer have the means to monitor what those “behind” the firewalls of Canberra are up to. We don’t even who they are, or who is watching us – and we certainly don’t elect them.
3. These laws, though partly designed to control the internet, are designed for global governance by the Corporatocracy – which may (or may not) have criminal intent on the Australian people, and
4. They are about cementing power over the people. Unquestioning power. And as the saying goes – “Power tends to corrupt; absolute power corrupts absolutely.”
What now? We need to speak out that these laws are not decent. They are a very far cry to “Advance Australia fair”.

If the head of ASIO or even someone high up is prepared to do an open and transparent video interview answering general and honest questions over 9/11, I will retract every negative comment from this article. (Could the ASIO reader just forward this request upstairs and comment below a time so I can fly up with my camera).
