Comparison of Gulf of Tonkin and MH17 Ruse.

Let us learn from past deceptions.

vietnam

August 4, 1964, President Lyndon Johnson went on national television and told the nation that North Vietnam had attacked U.S. ships. “Repeated acts of violence against the armed forces of the United States must be met not only with alert defense, but with a positive reply. That reply is being given as I speak tonight,” Johnson declared.

Unbeknownst to him. He had been duped. North Vietnam had not attacked the USS Maddox, as the Pentagon claimed, and the “unequivocal proof” of an “unprovoked” second attack against the U.S. warship was a ruse. Secretary of Defense, Robert McNamara’s deception is documented in the declassified files on the Tonkin Gulf episode in the Lyndon Johnson library. Congress soon passed the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution, which provided Johnson with pre-approved authority to conduct military operations against North Vietnam. The public had been bamboozled – And we know he rest.

Now, let me outline what I THINK happened surrounding MH17.

A group / agencies wanted to increase the global pressure on Putin as they have geopolitical and resources interests in Ukraine.

MH17 leaves Schiphol Airport  (the very same airport the underpants bomber was ushered through customs without a passport).

MH17 is allowed (directed) over the war zone. It looses contact with the control tower for some time ?

The plane is shot down (possibly deliberately) by a Ukrainian jet fighter (15:30). Someone has already prepared the YouTube clip with the rebels making admissions.

Ukraine’s Yatsenyuk orders an investigation some 23 minutes later.

The black box is found 3 hours later by the separatists. And 2 hours after that (20:15)  ICAO declares a safe route in… and this paves the way for (OSCE) Michael Bociurkiw (the first of 2 international monitors)  to reach the wreckage in the days to come.

Meanwhile Obama comes out (on TV) fairly quickly demanding that all parties must assist in an open investigation. He sounds authentic in his desire to have transparency. But he must have had briefings (from Ukraine/CIA?) that a missile brought the plane down – and that it was the separatists. This is geopolitically convenient for western interests in Ukraine. But I think Obama was initially duped – like Johnson, otherwise he would have been more reserved in his language for transparency.

Well, Australia would have would have been fed similar Intel – and possibly discussions with Kerry’s office.

By breakfast (in Australia) the admissions YouTube clip has made its way onto mainstream media in Australia. This clip soon disappears when alternative media discover it was made before the accident.

Canberra has also possibly been duped – and the dye is cast. Tony Abbott is a strong personality – and fitting to his leadership style, and from the information he has – he comes comes out boldly, publicly blaming Putin’s part in this. The mainstream media carry no Russian views or reports to provide any balance.

Michael Bociurkiw becomes intimate with the wreckage over many days and later talks about the machine-gun fire on the wreckage.

From there, I guess, the Ukrainian government puts as many stumbling blocks for the foreign investigation teams as possible – and I think even drumming up the land mines story to scare off scrutiny of the scene. But the mainstream media have their log line: “Russia and the separatists shot the plane down“. There is no ‘alleged’ or ‘possibly’ – and they ignore all Russian radar evidence and evidence of bullet holes.

There seems to be no sign or evidence of a missile. And Kerry’s office in the US is grabbing for any social media confirmation of separatist involvement. At some point US intelligence provides a conflicting view (3rd August). But it seems special interests (and Kerry’s office) keep the “official Russia did it” story going.

Julie Bishop meets with Ukrainian officials (around 26th July) – but no one openly asks for the control tower tapes – something that could solve everything. The focus is the bodies and the grief.

Australia – probably in the desire to be seen to be proactive and diligent, I think were confronted with a wall of difficulties and persuasive arguments into signing an agreement – a non-disclosure agreement (on the 8th August) that gave veto power to the likely perpetrators (Ukraine). Maybe Bishop felt safe by being aligned with the Dutch?   I guess that Bishop and many politicians are somewhat shielded from on-the-ground Intel – and are having to deal with the information (and spin) dominating in mainstream media.

All in all I think the western corporate interests in the Ukraine (government) masterfully manipulated the situation to their advantage. Russia is the bad bear and the march to dominate Ukraine’s resource continues.

But this leaves Australia with a dilemma. The evidence points to a Ukrainian jet. But they (allegedly) signed something that gave Ukraine a veto in reporting the investigation findings. I wonder if government lawyers are busy working out the legalities of what to do next. I’m sure they hope this all goes away.

However, I know that if the mainstream media were to become inquisitive in their reporting; not make assumptions and report more truthfully, this would greatly assist our politicians in Canberra. We like honest, plain speaking politicians in Australia. And when they are forced into a path of integrity – we like them even more. But at the moment, the mainstream media seem to be part of the deception.

The losers in all this is Russia. And this is a very complex scenario as powers and groups battle for the earth’s finite resources in this part of the world.

For a detailed video analysis – the Corbett Report is below. I found the discussion around Royal Dutch Shell’s interests in the area most interesting.

I predict that the alternative media has exposed enough of the evidence, and that this will eventually force Ukraine into (finding) revealing a scapegoat. I think in the months ahead – when there is a lot of ‘noise’ in the media – a briefing (by the 4 countries) will come out – pointing blame, not at the separatists, but a rogue fighter pilot (possibly of another EU nationality) – who mistakenly shot down what he thought was a Russian plane (or Putin). It might be discovered that he was on (psychotropic) medication at the time. Case closed – Maybe.
