Review of the 2015 book, And Nobody Died in Boston Either, by James Fetzer and Mike Palecek
First off, buy the book. It is a wow. I ordered the edition that said “scratch and dent, $15.” It arrived without a hair out of place. Moreover, it is packed with color photos which is expensive stuff. And there is a Timeline of the bombing that occupies 57 pages – yes, I said 57 pages, written by James Tracy – that covers such things as what hospital personnel had to say, and what the Tsarnaev parents said.
The two editors recruited several top writers about the Boston Marathon bombing to join in proving that no serious harm was done by any bomb that day – April 15, 2013. Among the points made in this book, And Nobody Died in Boston Either, are:
#1. Jeff Bauman could not have possibly lost two legs, below the knee, as is claimed in the official story, and still have been sitting up in a wheelchair, and talking, 7 minutes later.
#2. His sidekick (on the wheelchair ride), Carlos Arredondo, is the fake of the century. He made many specific statements that are provably untrue.
#3. No ambulances, except on near the library are visible in any video of the Marathon, even though there were allegedly 264 victims, and every Marathon has ambulances on standby in case runners have heart attacks.
#4. The side of the boat on which Jahar allegedly wrote his confession was curved and therefore the neat script that the jury saw, could not have been written by Jahar.
#5. Stella Tremblay, a representative I the New Hampshire legislature, immediately expressed doubts. Her chamber voted 312-0 to rebuke her and to offer respect to the injured.
That last one was news to me, but then I lived in Australia, not New Hampshire, when it happened.
I have named this Gumshoe article “If the Marathon Bombing Was Faked, How Many People Could Have Kept the Secret?” as anyone who reads it will be stunned to realize how many people lied. Luckily the book quotes some of the on-the-spot liars in full. Persons who supposedly were right there on Boylston St said they could see body parts flying around. No such body parts were ever found. They lied.
When I get a chance, I will select some those statements and ask the makers of the statements if they still hold that claim. I shall also proceed to create a new petition for a Writ of Error Coram Nobis based on material that was submitted to the court that is now clearly invalid. Certainly, one would want to quiz the persons shown in this picture:

We know the story told by Carlos, and I have read Jeff Bauman’s book Stronger – but who is the man in the lime vest? and the girl with the red hat? What can they tell us? Who is their employer? Were they taking part in an “exercise”?
The US Supreme Court will be looking at the Tsarnaev conviction later this year. The nine justices are scheduled to address only the question of whether the July 2020 First Circuit appeals decision to commute Jahar’s death sentence to life should be overturned. But how could they not consider if the man was guilty in the first place?
I hereby invite anyone who contributed “bad” information to contact me. The Department of Homeland Security openly invites volunteers to perform as injured actors when they do a mock-up of a terrorist incident or a natural disaster, for training purpose. If there were such persons at the Marathon – and Fetzer’s layout of photos is compelling – many of them acted innocently.
What I mean is, that if they agreed in advance to participate “in an exercise,” such as by faking an injury, they would have been surprised later to realize they had caused a big lie to be told to the world. Any of us could have been in that predicament. Wouldn’t you then feel guilty if you heard that a man (Jahar) was on Death Row as a result of your faking an injury?
Also, some who participated in the alleged acting were underage. But the bombing was 8 years ago, so they may be of legal age now. By the way, if any child was indeed made to fake an injury, I consider that a terrible thing to have done to a child, and that person should be apologized to. (And don’t forget that subornation of perjury is a crime that puts the blame where it belongs!)
I’d also like to hear from any of the 302 New Hampshire legislators who later had second thoughts about their vote against Tremblay. It is very unlike New Hampshire people to call for a blocking of free speech. In fact, in a parliament there should be extra oodles of free speech. Surely the full 302 are not holding steadfastly to the belief that all was kosher at the trial of Tsarnaev.
A Note on My Keeping Out of the Evidence-Sleuthing
I am the author of The Soul of Boston and the Marathon Bombing – which is a revised version of my earlier book, “The Marathon Bombing: Indicting the Players”. The “players” I wanted to see indicted were the FBI, the Boston Globe, and others. In December 2019, filed a civil RICO suit against such players. My case was dismissed when I failed to reply to a letter that was sent to my home address in December 2019. (It was returned to the court as Undeliverable, even though I was right here and got Christmas cards at this address.)
The allegations I made against the defendants in the RICO suit were not based on the kind of evidence that is prominent in the book edited by Fetzer and Palecek, which has principally to do with photographs. I have mainly attended to the “crimes against justice” that went on in the courtroom during the 2015 trial.
I am worried that by my printing this book review, folks may start to engage with me about the photographs, the fake blood, etc. I do not want to go there. I consider the Fetzer/Palecek book a triumph of good reporting. I originally shied away from any of the analysis of videos, such as those shown early by Peekay, for two reasons:
- I have no skill at figuring out what is photoshopped. Who am I to participate?
- I find it off-putting when people on social media use “handles”. Right away I think they are not genuine, as those of us who are genuine are eager to give our real names.
Actually, I have a prejudicial view that many of the persons who offer some of the best and most incriminating videos are “controlled opposition.”
So please let me do my thing at which I have some actual skill – recognizing when lawyers and judges are behaving wrongly. Don’t construe my declining to look at videos as disparagement of them. Please do buy this book. It’s not just pictures. It has very thoughtful analysis of “silene and omissions.”
Here is one example. Chapter 7, written by Sterling Harwood, JD is entitled “Boston Bombers Debunkers Debunked: Snopes.com.” On page 113, Harwood complains about Snopes (website) letting Dr David Schoenfeld get away with too much. He says: Snopes admits that the doctor aid that Tamerlan Tsarnaev:
“has so many penetrating wounds when he arrived at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center early Friday that it isn’t clear which ones killed him.” Snopes.com “also admits that Dr Schoenfeld did not address police’s assertion that Tamerlan was run over by a car driven by his brother …Snopes .com just ignores the obvious question of why Dr Schoenfeld did not address that assertion by police.”
Harwood comments: “Isn’t failing to address the obvious question, the key part of the official story that would get the police off the hook, the hallmark of a coverup?” I say Yes, it is. Thank you, Sterling Harwood.
Here is a part of the book that GumshoeNews editor Dee McLachlan will gobble up. It is an appendix by Nicholas Kollerstrom, PhD (astronomy), written just for this book. It compares the case of Charlie Hebdo (January 2015, in Paris) with the Boston bombing. From page 396:
“No possible motive for Islamic attack…detailed knowledge of timing of journal staff meeting, a perfect escape, etc. Also leaving ID in a car with other ‘Islamic’ gear – surely journalists are not going to fall for that? Then the road being cordoned off beforehand, kept traffic-free.”

For the record: I haven’t done justice to the Fetzer book. It is of unusually high quality.
It also contains, by Ole Dammegard, a piece called “Terror by Template,” itself worth the price of the book.
Fetzer is my fellow amicus at court in the Tsarnaev case. I suppose the judges are aware of his strong book (and my book, Soul of Boston?). However our amicus brief does not make any of the points about Bauman’s leg or whatever.
The third member of the amicus 3 is Cesar Baruja, MD, who wrote to President Trump to say that he knows the marathon blood is fake blood (and that Jeff could not have healed quick enuf from a double amputation to attend the Bruins game less than a month later).
Unfortunately, I have been involved in an incident wherein a young lady of unsound mind, threw herself in front of a slowing suburban train, (she believed it was an express, thus thought it was not stopping) with her plan in disarray, she ended up underneath the train. I crawled under to see how she was, she had lost both legs cut off cleanly just below the knees, there was not a drop of blood in sight. She was reasonably lucid, and when I asked her what made her do such a thing, she told me John Lennon had told her to do it. I told her if she thought she had problems before this event, she had just compounded them by 100%.
Point of the story ? Legs can be cut off without much blood being spilt, and the patient can still be lucid, I believe it’s the shock and adrenalin that desensitises them, which will eventually wear off.
I know exactly who you’re talking about; I used to mind her kids quite a bit.
I know what you are saying Eddy, and there is a reflexive vasoconstriction that does occur in traumatic amputation which is well documented. I guess the difference between what you saw and the Baumann event was in the nature of the trauma where a relatively clean cut of the kind you describe would result in a lesser level of overall vessel damage compared with what could happen in an explosion, but even so, reflexive vasoconstriction would still have some application.

My take on these false flags and terror-by-template plots is that they do happen and people do get hurt and injured and lives are lost but they are choreographed and orchestrated human sacrifice rituals out in the open right before our eyes. According to the official report only 3 people were killed in the Boston incident but 17 of the injured wound up with prosthetic limbs as depicted above.
Whereas 22 were purportedly killed in the Manchester arena but none of the wounded appear to have been that badly hit. The girl on the cover of above clip is obviously still walking – she looks more like she was pushed over in a stampede than someone who’s been bomb-damaged and an exhaustive search indicates there were no injuries that were any worse.

I got a phone call from the fellow coordinating the ‘march’ in our little village. Since I am the elder veteran, I will be leading the march and they wanted to make sure I showed up with my Cavalry hat and medals. No problem, then he started talking about adhering to all the Covid crap.
Apparently there is to be some ‘social distancing’ rules and everybody has to ‘contract trace’. I told him I don’t have an idiot phone and he replied that I can sign in the old fashion way.
I don’t want to cause any problems, but I will not be writing down my name or any other particulars. I also won’t be going into the RSL club for drinks after the march for the same reason, contact tracing.
If someone else wants to write down my name, I don’t mind, but they are not going to insist that I do it. I don’t want to cause a scene by telling someone to get forked, so it looks like I will have to have a talk with someone that is willing to be a ‘gopher’ for me.
I simply refuse to start making small concessions to the madness.

I’ve heard stories about people doing the following on written contract tracing registers: they record “Bob Hawke” next to name & “Parliament House, Canberra” next to the address/email spot & lastly “62775399” next to the phone number.
Occasionally they are called out by a receptionist or the like because they have not written their name & personal info on the sheet. Apparently their response is something along the lines of: “Madam/Sir, are you aware that only authorised personnel under the Emergency Management Act within this state are allowed to read & access the information on this sheet & then only for contract tracing purposes for a known covid case in this vicinity? Anyone else accessing this information is in breach of the act & can be held accountable for invasion of privacy……”
Of course I am not endorsing or encouraging any breaches of any acts, statutes or directives Terry, just sharing with you stories I’ve heard.

Re the title of this article, I meant to point to something in the Fetzer book, but then I did not elaborate. It is this:
The Fetzer book claims no person died or was injured. It was “special Hollywood effects.” He then reasons — and as a philosophy professor he is no slouch at reasoning — that all the cops we see in the videos are not real cops.
Fetzer also says that many ambulance companies had their wagons parked nearby, as ambo-ing is, after all, a business. [Big sporting events involve fainting spectators as well as players.]
So — and this is me asking — wouldn’t there have been some infuriated ambulance owners that felt cheated (if none got used because no genuine sick people)?
If no genuine Boston cops were allowed to roam the Copley Sq area that day, didn’t many of the men chat amongst themselves as to “Hey, why not us?”
In April 2019 I attempted to attend the Marathon after 2pm (when the big crowd has quit) and there were umpteen police, starting at the Public Garden, to prevent me and others from going up Boylston St. (I mean the Marathon calls on huge manpower from BPD.)
So, the answer to my qq in the title “How many [would have to] keep the secret?” is: hundreds, or even thousands.
Oh, this includes nurses and docs at the various hospitals who would have read in the next day’s paper that there were casualties galore — ultimately reported as 264 injured spectators — even tho they did not see any such, coming in to the ER.
Note: I myself do not echo the claim of “no injuries, no cops, etc,” as I have never researched it. Nor am I in a position to reject it. But you’d be hard put to read Fetzer’s book, replete with photos, and not see that there was more than a modicum of fakery going on at the finish line, post bomb-blast.
It is EMBARRASSING that no one has been made to answer qq.

A military tribunal on Thursday convicted former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on charges of murder, conspiracy to commit murder, accessory to murder, child trafficking, endangering a minor, treason, and sedition.
The two male, one female panel of officers cast a unanimous verdict shortly after Vice Adm. John G. Hannink, who prosecuted the military’s case against Clinton, showcased his final witness for the prosecution, Clinton’s former strategist and lover, Huma Abedin.
In exchange for leniency and a plea deal, Abedin testified she and Clinton had “shared” underage children with her estranged ex-husband, Anthony Weiner. Pressed to clarify her definition of the word “shared,” Abedin qualified her answer by saying they had “practiced” lewd and lascivious behavior on underprivileged minors Clinton had imported into the United States.
“American children?” Vice Adm. Hannink asked.
“Yes, but not primarily. They’re too easy to track. More often than not from poor countries,” Abedin replied.
“Would you tell this tribunal how you appropriated these children?” Vice Adm. Hannink asked.
“Hillary used her government credentials. She had carte blanche, as a Secretary of State, former Secretary of State and former First Lady. It was easy for her to bring orphaned children in from places like, say, Syria, Afghanistan, or Iraq. No one asked questions. No one to look for them,” Abedin replied callously.
Asked to quantify their exploits, Abedin said she couldn’t count the number of underage boys and girls Clinton had brought to the United States under the pretense of providing them with a fruitful life, but she told the tribunal there had been “many,” most of whom were later “sold or donated” to influential members of the Clinton cabal.
“Who are the people?” Vice Adm. Hannink asked.
“We never knew, exactly. It’s not like Hillary peddled them herself. She had someone handle that, and I don’t know the person’s name,” Abedin replied.
“And yet she still refuses to speak,” Vice Adm. Hannink observed.
He asked the tribunal whether they had heard enough; that the military had presented overwhelming evidence of Clinton’s atrocities against the United States and humankind. Unlike a conventional criminal trial, he reminded the commission, a unanimous verdict was not needed to convict Clinton on any of the charges. A majority vote, he said, would satisfy justice.
The tribunal arrived at a guilty verdict after deliberating only five minutes. They found Clinton guilty on all charges the military had laid out—the murders of Seth Rich, Vince Foster, and Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia; trafficking and abusing minors from Haiti and other third-world nations; conspiring to assassinate a presidential candidate.
As she had throughout the tribunal, Clinton stayed eerily silent as the verdict was read and the officers recommended she receive the death penalty for her crimes. Vice Adm. Hannink asked Clinton if she had preference in how the military carried out her sentence, but still she refused to speak.
“You refused counsel. You refused to defend yourself. This tribunal therefore decides that the defendant, detainee Hillary Rodham Clinton, be hanged by the neck until dead,” Vice Adm. Hannink said flatly. “The sentence will be carried out on April 26, after Taps.”
