A decade before Dr Richard Day’s lecture in 1969, William James Guy Carr (1895 – 1959) had been giving countless lectures on his discovery of the Illuminati. He was a Canadian naval officer, and then turned to writing about a vast conspiracy theory which he alleged to have uncovered.
In 1958 he gave an extraordinary lecture, based on his book, describing the “diabolic plot” against humanity. The recording is below.
In an introduction to his book, Carr writes:
“If what I reveal surprises and shocks the reader, please don’t develop an inferiority complex because I am frank to admit that although I have worked since 1911, trying to find out why the Human Race can’t live in peace and enjoy the bounties and blessing God provides for our use and benefit in such abundance? It was 1950 before I penetrated the secret that the wars and revolutions which scourge our lives, and the chaotic conditions that prevail, are nothing more or less than the effects of the continuing Luciferian conspiracy… “
The book (and lecture) is a story of intrigue, corruption, and political assassinations, where elite groups of “atheistic-materialistic men” have played an international “game” to win ultimate control of the wealth, and natural resources of the entire world. In parts the book reads like a battle between God and Satan, but consider the time he was writing his material.
In 1784 a courier carrying a document courier was struck dead by lightning as he rode through Ratisbon on his way from Frankfurt to Paris. The police found that he had been carrying “subversive” documents that were to foment the French revolution — and passed them on to government authorities.
I now quote extracts from his book — PAWNS OF THE GAME (1958), adding my own headings and bolding:
“In 1784 ‘An Act of God’ placed the Bavarian government in possession of evidence which proved the existence of the continuing Luciferian Conspiracy. Adam Weishaupt, a Jesuit-trained professor of canon law, defected from Christianity, and embraced the Luciferian ideology while teaching in Ingoldstadt University. In 1770 the money lenders (who had recently organized the House of Rothschild), retained him to revise and modernize the age-old ‘protocols’ designed to give the Synagogue of Satan ultimate world domination so they can impose the Luciferian ideology upon what remains of the Human Race…”
“The plan required the destruction of ALL existing governments and religions. This objective was to be reached by dividing the masses, whom he termed Goyim (meaning human cattle) into opposing camps in ever increasing numbers on political, racial, social, economic and other issues. The opposing sides were then to be armed and an ‘incident’ provided which would cause them to fight and weaken themselves as they destroyed National Governments and Religious Institutions.”
One World Government
“In 1776 Weishaupt organized the Illuminati to put the plot into execution… Using the lie that his objective was to bring about a one world government to enable men with proven mental ability to govern the world he recruited about two thousand followers. These included the most intelligent men in the field of Arts and Letters; Education; the sciences, finance and industry. He then established Lodges of the Grand Orient to be their secret headquarters.
“Weishaupt’ s revised plan required his Illuminati to do the following things to help them accomplish their purpose.
(1) Use monetary and sex bribery to obtain control of people already occupying positions in high places in the various levels of ALL governments and other fields of human endeavour. Once an influential person had fallen for the lies, deceits, and temptations of the Illuminati they were to be held in bondage by application of political and other forms of blackmail and threats of financial ruin, public exposure, and physical harm and even death to themselves and their loved ones.
(2) Illuminati on the faculties of colleges and universities were to recommend students possessing exceptional mental ability belonging to well bred families with international leanings for special training in internationalism… They were to be educated (indoctrinated) into accepting the ‘Idea’ that only a One World Government can put an end to recurring wars and tribulations.
Experts and Specialists
(3) Influential people trapped into coming under the control of the Illuminati, and students who had been specially educated and trained were to be used as agentur and placed behind the scenes of all governments as “Experts” and “Specialists” so they could advise the top executives to adopt policies which would in the long run, serve the secret plans of the One Worlders and bring about the ultimate destruction of the governments and religions they were elected or appointed to serve.
Control of the Press
(4) The Illuminati were to obtain control of the Press and all other agencies which distribute information to the public. News and information was to be slanted so that the Goyim would come to believe that a One World Government is the ONLY solution to our many and varied problems.
“Because Britain and France were the two greatest powers at the end of the 18th Century,
Weishaupt ordered the Illuminati to foment the Colonial Wars to weaken the British Empire and organize the Great Revolution to weaken the French Empire. The latter he scheduled should start in 1789.” [Social and political upheaval in France that lasted from 1789 until 1799.]
Weishaupt Raided
“[After Weishaupt was raided] Additional evidence thus obtained convinced the authorities the documents were a genuine copy of a conspiracy… the Illuminati at the top, planned to use wars and revolutions to bring about the establishment of one kind or another of a One World Government, the powers of which they intended to usurp as soon as it was established. [1785, the Bavarian Government outlawed the Illuminati]
“In 1789, John Robison warned masonic leaders the Illuminati had infiltrated into their lodges.”
History Repeating
“…History repeats itself because there has been perfect continuity of purpose in the struggle which has been going on since the beginning of Time between the forces of Good and Evil…
“War-mongers have used propaganda to divide human beings into opposing camps on political, social, economic and religious issues so they could stir them up into such a state of emotionalism that they will fight and kill each other… Truths must be separated from falsehoods, and fiction from fact. Past events must be studied to see how they have affected and influenced conditions existing to-day.”
Note: Carr refers to a meeting back in 1773 where Mayer Rothschild unfolded his revolutionary plan. It was allegedly written down that Rothschild said:
“The power of our resources must remain invisible until the very moment when it has gained such strength that no cunning or force can undermine it…” [and] “there will only be the masses of the proletariat left in the world, with a few millionaires devoted to our cause … and police, and soldiers sufficient to protect our interests.”
“National and International Laws should not be changed but should be used as they are, to destroy the civilization of the Goyim “merely by twisting them into a contradiction of the interpretation which first masks the law and afterwards hides it altogether. Our ultimate aim is to substitute ARBITRATION for LAW.”

For example, the US District Court’s rejection (“dismissal”), last week, of my war-powers lawsuit. Why bother to engender a constitutional amendment making it OK for a prezzie to make war, when you could instead just instruct the judges to twist Article I, section 8, “into a contradiction of the interpretation which first masks the law and afterwards hides it altogether.”
You’d have to turn the volume to max here as I spoke quietly. If you go right to the end and pause on 9.30 you will read Gilman being a perfect servant, trying to show how all these changes (in China and Japan) are needed for “happiness.”

26, thankyou for trying to put a spanner of truth into this machine. I think they don’t go all out as they could, because they need it done willingly.(according to many including this Canadian author ) Our parliament judges itself as successful just by introducing more laws in a term than ever before. (Thats their metric)(I used to work for a cloud corporate, and this word trumps everything).The mountain of laws lead to contridiction , the evenual weight will break the law for various reasons. Most family law cases here are coerced to arbitration because the court can order any outcome it wants(no jury is possible).
I don’t know about anybody else, but this conspiracy stuff is hard to keep in ones head, and when I try to share it people , tune out, leave angry or go to sleep if I have a captured people that can not get away. This must be programmed pavlov style at school.

As Hollywood told us we live in a matrix. And every one of us is responsible for its perpetuation. Every negative thought we have, every dogmatic ideological position we take, and every greedy deal we make strengthens the matrix of fear/control. Also, with seven billion of us spewing our bile into the ether we are each living the dream of giving them life. When we can replace ambition, the big house, the fat salary, foreign cars, fashion, clothes and everything else that drives our egos and replace them with heart energies of love, compassion and helping each other the Illuminati, or whatever is the nightmare du jour that creeps us out, will simply dissipate into the ether. Both Ned and Terry are on the right trail. There is more and more knowledge of these evil plans being uncovered as time passes. Each new uncovering, proves beyond doubt that these plans do exist and are not mere dreams of David Icke and similar people.

Many of the evil people mentioned above are branded as philanthropists by the msm, however that is not so. These people are really buying the services of other people. If all these so called philanthropists were really donating to a good cause, there would be no need of “charitable” groups praying on the ordinary wage earners’ pay packets. There would be more than sufficient funds available to finance health research and support for the less fortunate.

Thanks Berry , I read the page, I was baptized and confirmed catholic although I when to a church of england military school in Sydney . Whilst a laymen, I have some idea of the teachings. I do think that Satans first port of call would be these institutions and its impossible to tell what has been changed in the bible revisions. I was almost driven to atheism by things I saw accepted by the church. Its just that I don’t believe the church should be picking on some things they view as immoral. The anti gay attitude to the point of bashing is not my Gods way(i was anti gay by training till about 15,mostly from a pedo teacher harrasing our class who eventually was jailed) , and I was never going to duntroon to be a Christian soldier after watching and being beaten by these freaks.
But I walk in nature, and I can feel God though my senses and want to just be part of that. The church knows how to manipulate these feelings in a church setting somehow, intensified through the group, to terrible ends.
I think God gave us intuition, and this is shut down in the church’s (their way or the highway). Jesus was awesome, but there must be other ways home.

Simon, you are so right. Our ancestors were at fault, but our generation should not take the blame.
These foul people that are the subject of our article should take the blame for the Globalist money wrought, as even though it is previous generations of them, that started the process, it has been in the present generation’s power to put a stop to this farce for a long period of time.
We are not to blame, but our wealth that is stolen, needs to be reconcilled. We , including me get angry at the resources being removed forever and us still on the hook with interest. If we can treaty with the originals, and find forgiveness, we find God we find ourselves. (Sorry im on the bulpit now).
Nobody has had a solution to what binds us, I like you try to think of one, this is all I can think of doing. If nothing else I am happy we have drawn a line in the sand.
