Who Is The “Blue Man” Waving Instructions To Gargasoulas Before The Killing Spree?

I wrote an article yesterday about Dimitrious (‘Jimmy’) Gargasoulas, being chased by the police in Melbourne’s CBD. He was doing “doughnuts” outside Flinders Street Station — seeming waiting for and taunting police. Followed by three silver cars, he drove down Swanston Street (which is closed to general traffic), then ramping onto the pavement, he mowed down pedestrians.

He has so far killed 5 people and injured many more.

I now have more to say, thanks to comments that Gary posted, referring to the video I had provided. Gary noted the man wearing a blue top was seemingly waving instructions.

I analysed this in slow motion and this man — the “blue man” — seems to be signalling to Garasgoulas while he is doing doughnuts.

There are several parts to this man’s actions:

  1. The red Holden is circling with Garasgoulas leaning far out the window — looking at the crowds. Is he waiting for someone, or waiting for a signal? He does several doughnuts.
  2. Then we see the blue man appear and move to the driver’s window of a stationary silver car which is waiting in the tram tracks. (This turns out, I presume, to be one of the unmarked police cars.)
  3. The blue man then runs toward the intersection and gestures to the Holden. The blue man points, then gestures as if he is holding a steering wheel, and turning it. Is he indicating to Garasgoulas to “keep circling“?
  4. As a second identical silver (unmarked) car arrives behind him, then the blue man raises both arms in the air. Why? Could this be “We’re all here, this is your last circle,”  or maybe it is a general signal to all — “standby.”
  5. Then as a third unmarked car pulls up, the blue man keeps his left arm raised (pointing towards Swanston Street) — and waves his right hand, gesturing to Garasgoulas to move along. He is even standing in front of one of the silver cars. Is the blue man indicating to Garasgoulas that “You can head down Swanston Street now.”blue-man
  6. With the blue man waving, the three unmarked cars — in unison — turn left neatly BEHIND the Holden — and follow the Garasgoulas down the tram tracks along Swanston (Note, Swanston Street is for trams only). Amazingly, shockingly, these unmarked cars make no attempt to encircle the Holden and cut it off.

Who is the blue man?

This is extraordinary. This blue “conductor” reminds me of the Craft security guy at the Boston Marathon bombing — and the miraculous disappearance of his large black backpack.

And photographer Tony Gough, of News Corp Australia, happened to be at the intersection too.

    • It seems likely to me that CN would be willing to be used in a story. I feel she allowed herself to become the focus of the Bushfire story, based on her going to the hairdresser’s during the fire. She was not the Fire Commissioner, so who cares if she went to the hairdresser. But it made a good distraction.

      The final Bushfire-inquest edition of The Australian featured the CN hairdresser story on its front page, the general theme being police incompetence.

      But as we “learned” from the Sydney siege, the job of police commissioner in NSW (Andrew Scipione and his 2IC Cath Burn) has nothing to do with “operations” anyway.

      So what does it have to do with? Piano-playing? Oh, maybe it has to do with giving press conferences to say “All is well, we have got the suspect, the brave cops have had a hard day, the community is rallying together, some imporatnt lessons have been learned, conspiracy theorists are pathetic, etc.”

      (The 9-11 Commission Report settled on FBI incompetence and lack of a good communications structure for Intel as main reason why the terrorists were not caught in time. S’truth.)

      • OT- have found an interview with the Italian tourist Stefan in yt, who states he was shouting Allans Snackbar while playing loud Arabic music. Can’t c+p on my phone but his channel is V Jack News or something. I also found the drivers yt channel and it’s just random garbage. I’m still looking through stuff. Bizarre…

          • David, I went to that link and listened for about 5 mins. Since i have not seen the earlier bit I don’t know what he means but at 2.32 the “witness’ says, it was odd how the offender-to-be waited a few seconds for the police cars to pull up.

So Gargasoulas would have been instructed by undercover agents that a man with a blue jumper will be at Flinders Street Station to drive in circles and will be orchestrated by the man in blue who will signal as to when he no longer drives in circles and will then be directed as to where he is to drive? although we now look for deviant possibilities as mind control and other controlling aspects? in this situation is the man in blue just another freak who is just another weird onlooker?
    We note Gargasoulas was under police surveillance as many other individuals are before they are in a major orchestration of terrorist performance such as the Lindt cafe terrorist activity, which would be reasonable to conclude and indicate the police are culpable insofar as being all part of a deviant and organized covert operation of being responsible for terrorism.

    • Donredford. You’re right. There is the faint possibility that this blue man is a freak — giving the Gargasoulas instructions…. (like the freak that rushes out with a baton — wow that was a crazy display) — but blue man is standing in front of one of the unmarked cars. This really does look like a show at this point.

        But I wouldn’t rule out that he is a plant, to “add verisimiltude to an otherwise bald and unconvincing narrative.”

      • Mr Turnbull I appreciate that you will mourn for those lives lost today. What about the lives lost at Port Arthur in 1996. Are you willing to have an inquest to prove that politicians and Intelligence Officers DID NOT plan and organise those murders
        and that Martin Bryant killed no one that day. These very same police officers from the Australian Federal Police, that you give support to, refused point blank to me, to do any investigation of that incident. They also refused to investigate the lies told by Damien Bugg in his court summation.

    So I’ll do the job:

    Apparently random incidents like the one at hand here may serve just that purpose (they may serve it even better than incidents that fit into a narrative. What arouses anxiety better then the unpredictable and unexplainable?

  6. Well, the police better get hold of the man in blue quick, he has some questions to answer for the Coroner.
    What odds he is soon dead/ never found?
    The drivers and crew of the three silver commodores and the following white vehicle better get their stories to correlate for the Coroner as well.
    Deceased family’s lawyers have plenty of subpoenas to issue I suspect.

  9. Sorry. I had not watched it all the way through. At 2.58 the “Instructor” (blueman) is not only helping the madman, he has crossed over to the island (tram stop) to be closer to the madman.

    Will they say yes, he’s a Good Samartain, trying to make the madman stop donutting? Then what of the “steering wheel” gesture?

          • Ned, When I say “there can never be such a law” I mean of course that any such “law” is automatically invalid.

            Think about it. It would contradict the valid law of misprision, wouldn’t it?

            And we can’t have laws that conrtradict each other.

          Sec 79 f the Crimes Act 1914
          (5) If a person receives any sketch, plan, photograph, model, cipher, note, document, article or information, knowing or having reasonable ground to believe, at the time when he or she receives it, that it is communicated to him or her in contravention of section 91.1 of the Criminal Code or subsection (2) of this section, he or she commits an indictable offence unless he or she proves that the communication was contrary to his or her desire.
          Penalty: Imprisonment for 7 years.

          So if ithat law was extant in the US (which it is not, of course) and somebody got a notifcation from Secy of State Killery that she was not supposed to give out, he/she would end up in the klink. But of course we are in Oz.

        The simplest way to sort this out is for them to go 50 meters or so from Flinders Street and look for the homeless dude in the blue themselves.

  15. Even if we ignore the actions of the blue man and Gargasoulis — I think the way the unmarked cars drive out and “follow” the Holden down seems most strange.
    I used to live in the US in the 90s and we were subjected to countless chases as “breaking news” broke into TV programming. Many of these were successfully stopped by two cars cornering and ramming into the perpetrator. I know we are not California — but maybe a master class is required. The LA cops had a lot of practice. They also had no regard for damaging their own cars. And i suppose those nice new silver cars — if dented — would have resulted in a lot of paperwork.

  18. Isn’t more likely that this “blue man” was just egging the guy on ? After all traffic related po baiting stunts aren’t exactly uncommon. What disturbs me is that doing donuts has been put in the same basket as deliberately running people over. Once more I ask where’s the actual footage?

  19. To those coming to this site for the first time — we are looking into many “incidents”. With Mary Maxwell attending various Inquests and following the process of law, we have learned much.
    We have covered the Sydney Siege, the Boston marathon and events like 9-11. Plus the Port Arthur massacre. We have discovered so many lies from the mainstream media — and this forces us to question everything (about many staged events). We are interested in factual information — and we need to ask all the questions.
    For example — the number one rule in a hostage crisis is negotiate with the hostage taker. Yet during the siege — for 17 hours — they never spoke to Monis.

      The problem is that the “professionals” deliberately manipulated the evidence (by suppressing the facts) in the Boston Bombing case, Port Arthur, 9-11 — and on and on. Even though now it is a fact that US Liberty was a deliberate attack — the professionals and the media do not venture there. It is now agreed upon by the “professionals” that JFK was not shot by Oswald… but these facts still don’t make light of day.
      It has turned out that leaving the investigation of Weapons of Mass Destruction in Iraq was left to the “professionals”. this led to a war in Iraq and the deaths of over a million people.
      Let me make it clear — those small elite running the show do not have your/our interests at heart.
      We have to be diligent in questioning everything. Had we questioned WMD then — and insisted on the truth, then Iraq would be intact — so would Libya and Syria. The lies and deceit in geopolitical wars are beyond staggering.
      We have many barristers and other legal minds contributing to this site and they support the view that we need to hold governments to a high standard.

  22. There are 2 Police stations one on Flinders St and one on Little Flinders. Both within less than 100M from the Clocks. Cops always there picking on jaywalking. So why was this guy not stopped ?

    • My understanding is that it is closed to “general” (car) traffic. Or am I obeying an old ruling when arriving down St Kilda Road? I never see the traffic going down there. Lots of bicycles.

  24. The guy in the blue jacket is one of the homeless nutbgas that’s taken up permanent residence along the foot path on flinders st.
    I have seen him countless times in the same outfit and he is almost always either arguing with police, behaving irraticly or telling a story to his pals which requires him to flale his arms around like wet noodles for dramatic effect.
    He’s a trouble maker and would most defiantly have been egging the sick basterd on and I guarantee he would have been signaling for him to take Swanson st. I don’t know how many people you encounter like this daily but I deal with them every hour or so because of my job. These people have no respect for authority, community or anyone to be frank. I’d almost say with complete positivity that when they (the flinders st warts) found out he has mounted the footpath and killed innocent people. They would have laughed. These people are socially retarded with no respect or thought process they just take up space and harass people who walk near them.

    I say that in the way in which a few of them are quite lovely but the majority including the dickhead in the blue and his mates are just parasites. Refusing help from group homes and charity’s then causing enough chaos to attract a news crew so they can tell the world how no ones tried to help them that’s why they’re there.

  25. It would be good to investigate the cctv footage of the vehicle driving on the pavement. People running inside the store. Check the time to cross reference to the alleged time vehicle was doing dounuts. Also, take note of the geo location of the said cctv footage when the people ran back into the store. According to the police map the vehicle was travelling. The police were wearing red bands. Seemed intersting police were attending the injured. The car had major bumps on the bonnet and roof. I cannot imagine this to be consistent in a situation where a
    Vehicle strikes pedestrians. Also witnesses had stated they were to clear Burke street. I would like to confirm if the train station was out of bounds to the public. News of a baby been dragged 100 metres and yet survived for a few days then pronounced dead. Im not sure if any names have been released, or that if the baby. I find it highly unlikely a baby can survive been dragged 20metres let alone 100 metres. Also what are the chances of a baby be dragged at all in the first place. I would suggest, the speed the vehicle was traveling was reasonably slow. The same speed as seen when people were running into store. The other oddity is the clarity of the witness mobile phone filming. All of a sudden the people filming don’t give the viewer to focus on anything. The camera is moving quickly from side to side and very briefly filming the injured. Even when you pause, you cannot focus or really see the injuries on the victims. The camera also films a lot of the ground. When you look closely, you can’t see blood on the paths. Ok one video, I had seen a spot of blood and further down were the injured about metres from the blood. Although you could not see drag marks between the spot of blood. It could be blood but also could resemble blood. That particular video filmed the baby. Why it was some
    Distance from the others doesn’t seem to make any sense. You will note when you pause
    You can hardly see the baby at all.

    • Ronald, first of all thank you. Would you write an article for Gumshoe? It took me 3 years to come around to the idea that Boston bombing was faked and even now I don’t claim that no one ended up in hospital. My only True Fake is Jeff Bauman.

      Would Aussie police cook something up? Yes. Gumshoe proved it in relation to the Bella Vista incident (anti-Muslim thing). Dee works a day job so she can’t attend to your hints until tonight.       Just think how we are all so dependent on evaluating each other’s credibility. Wow, what a world. As for the baby, I heard that it was in a capsule within the pram and it was the capsule that got thrown out. So no “road rash” needed.       I saw an incident in Adelaide about 4 months ago that was faked. The criminal was an actor. How disgusting.

      Plainly, the police had many opportunities to stop him between the Bolte Bridge and the stage at Flinders Street.

    • There’s is other CCTV footage showing the car driving very fast. The car reminded me of when in the movies someone falls into a car from a height and the car crumples. I believe hitting the people at speed would have caused the bumps.

  34. That area in front of Flinders Street station is where the homeless people are camping, doing ice and shit. This nosey idiot just appears to be encouraging the driver to keep doing it and probably drive down further to show off to his/her other crack head mates (it actually looks like a woman to me).   35. I have just run a video through. If the grey coloured vehicles were police cars they had plenty of time to surround the criminal’s car.

    One grey car moved out behind the red car which was stationery. There was room for the second car to move in front of the red car and block it in. However that second car just sat and waited.

    When the red car was allowed to drive off the other vehicles appeared to meekly follow as if the red car was untouchable. No police lights or sirens to warn the public ahead of danger were apparent. Just follow the leader which happened to be the criminal.

        The whole scenario is so strange. Apparently they had been trailing him for hours. Maybe they were caught up in their complacency and thought it was going to just continue — until he ran out of petrol.
        But the actions of the 3 cars — as you say — meekly curving around BEHIND him are bizarre — and then to pass the PRESS CONFERENCE that had been arranged at 1.15 on the portico of the town hall — overlooking Swanston. It was about the homeless situation.
        I refuse to speculate on that… but the donuts done in the same place that was to be the focus of the Flinders Street Station and Federation Square Christmas Day TERROR plot.

      Commentators have referred to a known ‘local’ homeless person and it is possible that he is being confused with our real man in blue.
      Further; if the real blue man was signalling to authorities, it was OK from outside the station, he was in sight of the silver commodores. But as the parade moved out the tram blocked the line of sight for police vehicles on the arriving on the other side of the street so he moved to a position in the middle to continue his directions.
      Thus there is a real possibility that he indeed was a signalman.
      If there is anything to this, expect the msm to interview someone to be a homelss dupe to provide a contrary version. Like the wtc ‘pancake man’ on 911, explaining and providing for a false paradigm to cover for the man in blue.
      911 has taught us a lot to look for.

  39. actually, watch this at 1.30, we see the same blue man but from another angle and it’s interesting because he’s got more the attitude of a drunk guy or someone with some mental disability. His gestures are very uncoordinated. I’m watching more footage from other sources/angles but it seems he was just a mentally unstable pedestrian who wanted to participate to the action.

      You say it was the SAME blue man at the 1.30 mark. NO WAY.
      At the one second mark there is a man in blue (not as blue as the ‘blue man’ and has a hat) and he is certainly acting in adisorientated manner
      The other ‘blue man is not seen from my observation until the 1.25 mark (so viewers should be observing the video from way before the 1.30 mark…try the start.) and following the silver cars as they trun into Swantson street. By that time the real blue man has moved to the middle of the road and still directing? (following police cars?).
      The first man in blue walked off the scene across the street to the right at about the 50 second mark.
      Not the same man, please examine carefully and reconsider.

      • I take it that in explanation you may explain that the ‘same blue man’ is the person in other videos alongside the station.
        If so, I am not in anyway convinced that that blue man at any time appears to be disorientated rather than acting with deliberate purpose and continuing to the middle of the street to be within site of vehicles travelling on the correct side of the road to then be directed to turn into Swantson street after the first fleet of silver vehicles.

    • Notice also that the red car seems to be turning in unison with the silver car’s toward Swantson street as the ‘real blue man’ is, is till gesturing in that direction, but from the middle of the road.
      Another thing; why are some silver vehicle/s going the right way but the silver car closest to Flinders street station has arrived going the wrong way. See Dee’s photo 24/1 at 12.03 below.
      Maybe I am confused, last time I was at that station was in 1960.

    As a CONSTITUTIONALIST my concern is the true meaning and application of the constitution.
    Seeing the pictures beamed from Nice, France about the carnage one obviously wonder how on earth could this have happened. Why were there no road blocks in place to prevent this? I understood some decades ago a person making known how easy it would be to drive a gas tanker into Bourke Street Mall, Melbourne, and blow it up, causing huge casualties. It was not a person who had any terrorist connections. What we have done is politicians like John Howard, Tony Abbott, Julie bishop Senator George Brandis, and heaps others including the then General Peter Cosgrove defying constitutional limitations/prohibitions as I view it, going out bigtime onto mass murder, crimes against humanity, terrorism, war crimes, etc in Iraq and well nothing was done to hold them legally accountable. Little wonder that there are elements who then hold it they will pursue their reign of terror in response. Politicians will tell people to go on normally, while they DON’T because they are hiding behind a curtain of security so that they are safe and let the innocent citizen suffer the horrors inflicted upon them. Politicians are the “cowards” who claimed to make the world a safer place” while in fact making it far worse.
    Nice clearly lacked proper security as to prevent a truck to enter where people had their festivities. Then one has to look upon any major city and wonder is the same possible in Australia, and regretfully this is possible. Take Bourke Street, Melbourne, where it is a pedestrian mall but the trams are going through it and so delivery vans/trucks. Instead of warmongering politicians hiding behind a security curtain the monies of this security curtain would be better spend such as road buffers to be fitted into the ground. For example to prevent a truck to enter a mall using the tram tracks a heavy duty buffer is coming up after a tram has passed through preventing any vehicle to enter using the tram tack. This steel buffer can be raised and lowered into the ground as to allow safe passage for trams and emergency vehicles but not for other vehicles unless someone with security clearance were to manually let the buffer to sink into the ground for any delivery vehicle to enter. It means that in times of public celebrations those buffers can be raised above ground and so become a security for those celeb rating in the area. Such kind of devices could be fitted on any road where at times it requires to be closed of regarding sporting events, parades, etc. A proper system would facilitate such buffers to prevent motorist to use tram tracks while the tram can engage the buffer to be lowered when it comes nearby so the tram can pass through. This is the kind of security system that should exist at the very least. To expect a police officer facing a truck coming towards him to stop it is lunacy. There must be a system of buffer that can be sufficient to stop a heavy truck in its tracks and prevent what eventuated in Nice to eventuate in Australia. Instead of having bollard or other material transported to and from the area, by building buffers that can drop down into the ground when not needed or obstructing otherwise a tram from passing, this would be a far better manner. I understand that in some countries they use massive kind of buffers to redirect the sea flow to avoid flooding’s. The shape is like that of a sliced of an orange hinging at the thinner edge. Also, we had this media report that some person allegedly heavily involve in preaching jihad or at least promoting issue to it nevertheless continue to do so. I view that any person doing so should be deemed to place national security of citizens at risk and by this should be charged accordingly.

      Well, if by chance you are called for jury service in a criminal court, say in NSW, you may have to consider a conspiracy theory.
      Every day in all commonwealth countries one of Her Majesty’s prosecutors opens an address to the jury summing up Her Majesty’s case against the alleged conspirator……. be it murder without a body, etc.
      So there you are Jeremy, sitting listening to Her Majesty’s address outlining the evidence to be brought in the case against the alleged murderers.
      Based on your comment, do you have the guts and belief to arise from your seat in the jury box and exclaim to the court and the crown prosecutor:

    • May I suggest to all sleuths and commentators that we define who we are referring to when commentating.
      There may (is) be some confusion.
      The ‘blue’ man is the fellow depicted otside the station and seen in front of a silver commodore and then proceeds to the tram stop.
      There is another fellow with a blueish jacket (?) and hat/cap
      who is clearly presenting as ‘disorientated” and moves off to the the right of the station, but returns at a point of time when the ‘blue’ man is over at the tram stop.
      So we have a possible facilator and a separate nut case.
      May we identify which of the two fellows commentators are referring to when posting observations and antecdotes?
